I’m SO happy we hired Tatiana as our Day Of Coordinator. I had a lot of fun planning our wedding, but obviously couldn’t be the point person for the day — having Tatiana take charge of all our vendor communications as our wedding day approached was the best feeling ever. It’s like she immediately understood everything that was happening and more. I felt soooo chill and happy on our wedding day knowing she had everything organized and under control. She was extremely adaptive to the whims of the wedding day gods, and checked every box with ease, and without us in the final email chains — which was SO IDEAL. She never overwhelmed us with details and only communicated what was necessary, so that we could truly enjoy every stage of our day. It was like she was our fairy godmother :) During the wedding she also kept us on schedule and brought me Lactaid and filled my water bottle and made sure we got our favorite dessert items which made me feel like a princess lol. Even though she was just there for the day, it felt like she knew our wedding better than we did! She remembered truly everything! Such a magical feeling. She’s honestly the main reason I had such an amazing day with absolutely no stress. I miss her already!! <3 If you planned your wedding and just need someone to bring it all home HIRE HER RIGHT NOW!!!

Working with Tatiana was amazing! She was friendly, professional, and caring. Roughly a month out from our wedding she took over all communication with our vendors, and kept us in the loop. When I had a worry about one of my vendors, she eased my mind and took care of it. The day of our wedding everything went smoothly, she was there every step of the way, setup, getting my vendor tips, taking my second look to the venue etc. The end of the evening she had everything single thing broken down and packed up ready for us to take back. I highly recommend her services!

. From start to finish, she brought calm, organization, and so many thoughtful touches that made the entire day feel effortless for us. Before the wedding, Tatiana visited the venue with us to walk through the space, understand our vision, and help plan how everything would flow. She also met with our DJ ahead of time to make sure everyone was aligned, and she offered fun, creative ideas for how the reception could move smoothly and feel engaging for our guests. On the wedding day, she handled all the little details we didn’t even realize needed attention. She arranged the tables, linens, and flowers with such care, creating a beautiful atmosphere for both the ceremony and the brunch that followed. Because our ceremony was intimate and our reception later in the day was much larger, many of our guests wouldn’t have been able to experience those earlier moments. Tatiana took photos, had them framed, and displayed them at the reception so everyone could share in that part of our day - such a thoughtful and meaningful touch. She made sure our photographer captured every shot we requested and quietly took care of all the behind‑the‑scenes tasks so we were free to simply enjoy our day. Her professionalism, creativity, and genuine care made a huge difference. Even as a day‑of coordinator, Tatiana made an incredible impact on our wedding.
