. From start to finish, she brought calm, organization, and so many thoughtful touches that made the entire day feel effortless for us. Before the wedding, Tatiana visited the venue with us to walk through the space, understand our vision, and help plan how everything would flow. She also met with our DJ ahead of time to make sure everyone was aligned, and she offered fun, creative ideas for how the reception could move smoothly and feel engaging for our guests. On the wedding day, she handled all the little details we didn’t even realize needed attention. She arranged the tables, linens, and flowers with such care, creating a beautiful atmosphere for both the ceremony and the brunch that followed. Because our ceremony was intimate and our reception later in the day was much larger, many of our guests wouldn’t have been able to experience those earlier moments. Tatiana took photos, had them framed, and displayed them at the reception so everyone could share in that part of our day - such a thoughtful and meaningful touch. She made sure our photographer captured every shot we requested and quietly took care of all the behind‑the‑scenes tasks so we were free to simply enjoy our day.
