ut also so calming, I planned my own wedding and there were so many moving parts and she took it all over seamlelssly. She set our all of our games and decorations and table place cards, made sure everything was running smoothly, met with us several times months before the wedding and provided advice on things we were waffling on or weren't sure how to do, etc. She came to our venue walk through with her ipad and was so organized, I couldn't tell if she or the venue coordinator was running the meeting! I felt so taken care of with her. Your wedding day goes so fast and you don't want to be the one managing the timeline, and Katrina did this SO well! We had late night taco bell that I ordered on DoorDash (yes it was a $600 doordash order) and Katrina literally tracked and coordinated it all on my phone while I was dancing and chatting with my guests! She stayed until the very end of the night and made sure everything was in the right place, put away, taken somewhere, and accounted for. I cannot recommend Katrina enough!!

She’s also an absolute wizard with décor and ambiance — I was able to hand over the baton after months of planning, and she brought everything to life beautifully. Not only is she incredibly organized and efficient, but she’s also a genuinely lovely person to work with. Our guests, wedding party, and even our vendors commented on how smooth and stress-free the day felt, which was all because of her. If you’re thinking about hiring a coordinator, do yourself the biggest favor and hire Katrina. She made our wedding day feel effortless, magical, and completely stress-free. We are beyond grateful and hope everyone’s wedding day feels as special as Katrina made ours. h of Coordination and I am so happy I did. She was very friendly and made us feel like our wedding was just as important as if it were her own. Katrina answered any questions we had and never left us wandering what the day of would look like. The day of the wedding she handled all things that needed to be done and even did time check ins and check ins in general to be sure we were happy with everything. She handled everything from making sure people were on time, communicating with other vendors and was very professional when other vendors were not so cooperative with what we wanted. This is just a few things to name but you won’t regret going with her for your big day! We love you Katrina!
