it's entirely worth it. First, I am not someone who can or wants to scroll through hours and hours of photos on pinterest and various wedding websites (though I did go through many more than usual because, well, it was my wedding). I found some photos I liked a lot, but didn't love, and sent them to Eventscapes. They started to do their thing, and a few weeks later, I had a change of heart. I decided to go with a more tropical flower theme based on a single pinterest photo I had found. I sent that over and they were happy to accommodate my indecision. For decorations, I looked through the list of options and chose based on past photos, but gave them a general description of my personality (simple, elegant, modern). That's it. I probably should have been more stressed out about it, but I just let Eventscapes run with it (I had so many other things to do). Flash forward to the day of the wedding and the flowers were 10x better than the picture we sent. We were so happy/surprised with the flawless execution and improvement on our request. Everyone commented on how beautiful our flowers were, and I wish I could take some credit, but all I did was send a single (much uglier) picture to eventscapes. We also requested an earlier delivery for our flowers so that we could take photos before the ceremony, and they rushed to accommodate our request even though they had other deliveries before us. Our decorations were exactly what we requested -- beautiful, elegant, simple, modern. Eventscapes was in and out day of (we didn't even notice the workers, but everything was just as we had requested it). Highly recommend!!! Linda is awesome!

for your perfect day. We got married at a venue that they manage, so they took care of the venue, decor, and flowers. First, the venue. The Little Bee Barn is absolutely stunning! If you are going for a rustic, but elegant look, the Bee Barn is the venue for you, but you have to go with Eventscapes to do your decor. They did such an amazing job transforming a huge empty barn into my absolute fairytale of a wedding. Every little detail was thought out and planned perfectly by Linda and Noelle. They seriously thought of everything. It was simple, so elegant and beautiful. They also have so many things to choose from for decor that you are guaranteed to have everything you have ever dreamed of for your perfect wedding. Linda and Noelle are also amazing with communicating. They would get back to me right away and kept me calm throughout the whole process. Finally, the flowers! Oh goodness, their florist is AMAZING! She did such a wonderful job with all the floral arrangements, it was exactly was I was envisioning in my mind and she was able to get it perfect without me even explain it that well (I know nothing about flowers). My bouquet was beautiful, our centerpieces we amazing, everything was perfect. I HIGHLY recommend Eventscapes for not only their flowers and decor, but also for their venue spaces that they manage. It was so easy just having one team to work with for all of these things. They have also been around for a long time, so all my other vendor new them well and they all worked amazing together! My wedding was absolutely perfect and I owe it all to Eventscapes.

etting up for a wedding at the Roaring Camp venue. I had never seen a more beautiful or fun wedding decorations. The staff were so friendly and I quickly asked for a business card as I was helping to plan my niece’s destination wedding at a Scotts Valley, CA venue. I contacted Noelle Wirth at Eventscapes and the rest is history! Due to a limited wedding budget, we went with the minimum limit for the order. Noelle created magic within our budget!! She achieved a tropical setting with lots of fun elements and lighting....including a bamboo Chuppa. The daybeds with tropical touches, as alternative seating, were a big hit with the guests. Everyone was amazed at how beautiful the setting was, including the venue operators. The Eventscapes staff were totally professional as well as friendly. Noelle and staff were able to accommodate our quick turnaround. Just amazing!! Eventscapes are the best!!

afternoon and evening of the wedding and seeing all the work Eventscapes had done, was the best feeling! We knew they would do an amazing job, but never imagined it would look as beautiful as it did. From the Japanese lanterns and string lights to the tastefully arranged plants and sofas, all the decorations and furnishings were high-quality, gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. In addition, once we had our initial conversation with Noelle, she took care of everything. We never had another worry. If you need decorations and furnishings for your upcoming party or event, all I can say is that Eventscapes imagined and implemented our dreams beyond our wildest expectations.

They are so easy to communicate with and so accommodating - they make you feel like you're the only wedding they have all month! They made the venue look exactly as I had visioned, not to mention their pricing is very reasonable. d fix what was missed in communication previously (like the flowers for the ceremony arch that we paid for) and the one bridesmaid bouquet that I forgot to re-order after one of our bridesmaids re-joined the wedding party when her availability to travel changed. The only thing other than the arch flower design that they missed was the long blue ribbon that I wanted to be hung from our bouquets. I sent them pictures of what we wanted and I don't believe those were passed on to the florist because none of the bouquets had any hanging ribbon at all. They were still stunning and aside from the ribbon, perfectly captured what we wanted. The onsite florist was amazing and checked in on me to assure me that she was working on everything to make it just how I had hoped, I really appreciated her. Eventscapes has their process dialed in, I highly recommend them for any event decor that you need.

Linda had packages already set for each room at Seascape and was very flexible with adding other centerpieces and decor design for our wedding. I think the best part of our design was the backdrop for our sweetheart table; it was a curtain backdrop with white lights behind it - it just framed the room so well! Linda and her team was so easy to work with from our first consultation to the final payment and everything in between! We loved seeing our design come to life and got so many compliments on the decor from guests. I always say, you get what you pay for and we got exactly what we hoped for and paid for! We had our in office meeting with Linda and she really listened to what we had in mind and helped us put together a great plan and we were even able to reuse a lot of our floral and decorations from the ceremony at the reception which was great and saved a lot of money. We were only able to meet in person once but never had a problem communicating with them. Linda & Noelle were always prompt to reply and helped us put together the wedding we'd always dreamed about. We absolutely loved how everything turned out at the ceremony and then walking into our reception room was amazing! handle the job and the second one didn't seem very enthusiastic. After my first call with Linda at Eventscapes I immediately knew this was the right vendor. She was extremely prompt in responding to my inquiry and I felt like she connected with what I was asking for and assured me that they could make it happen. Eventscapes did uplighting and hung bistro lights around the gym, placed these romantic-looking street lamps around the gym floor with shrubbery, brought in live trees, and set up a large green hedge wall with decorative mirrors as our stage background. The gym was TRANSFORMED! It looked absolutely spectacular and we got so many compliments from guests saying that they couldn't tell they were in a gym and our decorations were done so cleverly. Throughout the whole process, Linda a delight to work with and very patient with me as I made a lot of changes. I didn't get to talk to any of the staff that set up the decorations on the day of, but my Wedding Coordinator said they were extremely nice and easy to work with. All brides know that wedding planning is extremely stressful, but everything went so smoothly with Eventscapes, and their decorations were a huge reason why our wedding was so great. I couldn't be happier. Eventscapes was worth every cent!

months and everything we wanted in decor and design was beyond breathtaking thanks to Linda and her team. Steve and I had a particular look and feel in mind. We wanted romance at the ceremony (Lighthouse Point, a bluff overlooking the ocean) and a lounge-y fun party for the reception (The Dream Inn). Linda was extremely familiar with both locations and came up with fabulous ideas to help us create what we wanted within our budget. From the chandelier arch to the day bed-style lounge benches, to the uplighting we weren't sure we needed but FOR SURE loved when we saw it, to the hip cocktail rounds, we loved every bit of it. I had many MANY questions and changes throughout the planning and Linda was patient, kind, and extremely punctual with her responses. If I were to change one thing, it would have been my awareness of the placing of the arch and chairs for the ceremony at the Lighthouse Point park (something I didn't even think to ask). The day before our wedding, there was another wedding at the same spot, and their set-up was very close to the railing along the ocean and public sidewalk (facing the Boardwalk) which I believe prevented the public from walking behind the arch during their wedding (not sure if that was an Eventscapes wedding). The next day at our wedding, our set-up was farther back and facing about 45 degrees to the right of the Boardwalk) and we had dozens of people in the background of our ceremony and photos. OF COURSE, this isn't Eventscapes' problem, it is a public park. Just a thought for brides planning to use the same venue. :)

Their touch set the mood of the event and the evening was absolutely wonderful not to mention the fact that they did everything and we never had a worry throughout the entire process. Linda was always prompt to respond to emails (of which I sent MANY...) and questions, and provided helpful advice whenever I had trouble making a decision. Most importantly, our reception looked AMAZING. The lighting, lounge spaces, bars, drapery, and tables were exactly as I had hoped. The icing on the cake came when Linda's crew was under budget on take down/cleanup, and we actually received a refund! Thanks for making our dream come true, Evenscapes!

was very attentive taking notes and just listening to what we were looking for, before she made any types of suggestions or recommendation which is very rare, typically some vendors have their preset arrangements and packages. Once Linda heard about our ideas and needs, she provided the different options that were available for us to choose from and was very knowledgeable of the type of flowers and botanical names; we were impressed as they have in house floral manager. But the best was to come, as the special day arrived we were once again blown away as Eventscapes, Inc.had a staff of 4 to assemble the center pieces and floral arrangements on site, you can imagine the freshness and the wonderful scents of all of the pieces and decorations. The lighting and wall treatments where awesome as well, the banquet room entry, walls and ceilings were beautiful. The investment that we made and what we got in return was definitely was we wanted and expected, some our guest and family members have commented to us that they be using Eventscapes, Inc. for some of their upcoming events. We highly recommend Eventscapes, Inc. as they were professional, dependable, detail oriented, and most importantly responsive to any all of your needs. ged guests to their chairs on the sand; Linda instantly described the two-layer plywood walkway they always use in this situation. She also suggested the brilliant solution of color-coordinated parasols to shield sensitive guests from the afternoon sun. And everyone loved her paper lanterns along the aisle. Jeff's team combed the beach in the morning, smoothed the sand, artfully buried potted beach grasses, constructed a solid walkway topped with carpet, arranged the chairs, and assembled the riser. Then they posted a watchful guard at our public beach location. At the reception they coordinated a stage for the band, with pipe and drape behind. And all around the hall they placed amber uplights that coordinated perfectly with the hotel lighting. (Another wonderful suggestion from Linda.) After the wedding, they had the beach decor broken down before we were even finished with dinner. (We could see them from the banquet hall, working quickly.) Every Eventscapes staffer at the event was unfailingly cheerful and pleasant. In preparation for the event, Linda worked with a practiced efficiency, and when she wasn't able to quickly respond, Jeff stepped in to assist. I actually find myself thinking of other events to throw, just so I can use them again. We had a perfect day, thanks in part to Eventscapes.

Everything was planned out and executed to a tee. Eventscapes is as professional as they come!
