This company had changed since the last reviews. They were professional, and was the best addition to our party. 5 Star, highly recommend!

I hate to even put one star. I went to a bridal show and they seemed so nice. It was a husband and wife and they just seemed so friendly. They told me of a special that they were having for the Bridal Show only and how if I placed a down payment today that it would guaranteed at this rate that they offered me. Plus they said that if I needed to cancel before 60 day that they would refund my money back to me. They also told me that they would contact me to personalize my photo booth accessories in 2 months. They never did that so I tried to email them a million times and never got a response. I eventually called them and Dustin told me that he had already ordered my accessories for the day of my wedding and they cost so much that he could not give me a refund. I then asked him how on earth could you have ordered them when I have never picked any of them out. He clearly did not have an answer. I explained to him that I was upset that he lied to me and that I wanted my money back. He said that it was to late and that if I did not leave him alone that he would file harassment charges. I was being nothing but nice. All I wanted was what I was promised. I would NEVER use this company they are so unprofessional in every way.

We met Dustin at a bridal expo. He and his team seemed lovely. They offered a promotion if we put down a deposit to save on our photo booth. He reassured us repeatedly (with witnesses) that if anything changed or we needed to cancel, we had 60 days to do so. He even told us what we were signing wasn't "iron clad" and he would send the official contract via email. Being smart, I took a photo of what I signed before it was submitted to him, and gave my credit card information. Our deposit was processed immediately, but it ok multiple requests (and excuses as a response) before we finally got the electronic form to sign well over a MONTH later. When I saw it and still had questions, I was told it would be mailed to me. I never signed the electronic contract, and never received mail. My calls, emails, and texts began to go unanswered. Not trusting there wouldn't be an issue closer to or ON our wedding day, we decided to cancel at 60 days. Another message to them via text and email asking when we could expect our refund. Not a single word in response. Finally I decided to dispute directly with my credit card company. Apparently they WILL respond to them. Now they're contesting my dispute, but still no response directly to me! Million Dollar advice: Avoid this shady company at all costs. When it seems too good to be true, it is. They clearly have no mind for customer service or maintaining a good reputation, or this would have been handled a long time ago, and respectfully. I HATE writing reviews like this, but I don't know any other way! Maybe they'll respond this time?

EventTech did my sister's wedding on 10/2/15 and our wedding on 1/16/16. Both times, the EventTech photo booth was a huge hit! Dustin and Julie were super professional. Their equipment was high-quality and the set-up fit in perfectly with our reception. Everyone couldn't stop laughing while taking pictures and we still laugh looking at the photos. We were very pleased with the service and feel that the photo booth was a memorable part of the wedding and a great value as well.
