ed me was a gem (I unfortunately forgot her name!). I felt very comfortable and the space is beautifully decorated and spacious. I also had a fantastic experience with Alice who partners with them to do dress alterations. She is super skilled! Can't go wrong here.

derful. I only had intentions of getting ideas of what I wanted but ended up walking out with not one but TWO amazingly beautiful dresses! The selections are easy to see, and even my gals got to pick dresses they wanted to see me in. Taylor and staff were amazing. She helped me through my nerves, answered every question and even helped me through doubt by asking me great questions to help sort through all the beauty. I honestly felt like she was part of the group, just enjoying the moment. 💕 The prices were excellent and I couldn't say more about this place!

ke me. That feeling immediately dissipated once I saw the selection in store. If you're looking for something that's delicate, detailed, ethereal, and unique, take a look at Netta BenShabu - this shop is one of only a few in CA that sell this designer. The shop is small with only two mirrors which is nice since you don't feel lost in the shuffle of a lot of people. I came in with just my mom. The stylist was focused on me and only me, and it was a low pressure, quiet environment which was the kind of relaxed calm vibe I wanted for this type of experience and big purchase. They took the time, even beyond my appointment hour, to show me veils, what different linings would look like, how they would bustle the dress etc. I had plenty of time to ask questions and get a good idea of the process and the different ways the dress would look on the day-of. Since I'm an out of town bride and wanted to show my "group" the dress before I left town, they even opened up the shop early to help squeeze me in one Saturday morning so I could have that say yes to the dress moment. The only con I have to say is that I was a little bamboozled on the price. When I saw the dress I chose on the rack, I wanted to try it on but it was a little above my estimated budget. We decided to give it a go since it was close and the stylist said that she could speak to the owner about the cost. I tried on several dresses that day, not leaving any on longer than 10 minutes, other than the dress I did choose, which I spent a good hour in, talking with the stylist and the shop owner about the bustling, lining, etc. When we left, the shop owner wrote the price down on a post it and it was significantly less than the listed price. My mom and I decided to go with it, only to find out later that the price was for another dress I tried on that I didn't even like. I'm not sure where the confusion came from since it was clear what dress I was choosing after we spent an hour discussing alterations and everything while I was wearing it. I felt like at the end of the day, they should have adjusted the price a little bit after leading us to think the dress was much cheaper than it was. On the positive note, they work with a seamstress that comes in shop twice a month who is great and she worked with me extensively! They also have an annual sale around Black Friday on all sorts of accessories. The team at the shop was also super communicative about timing for my dress and when it would arrive to the shop and they even have the gown preservation kits available for sale there. All in all I think this shop is a good one and has a great, more unique selection and an overall good customer experience...maybe just don't trust a post-it price. :)

I am not super skinny and have always been very self-conscious when shopping so I was not really looking forward to the experience but she helped to make me feel so comfortable and not judged. They had a wide range of styles that complimented my body type and lots of cool dress styles that I haven’t seen before. When I went back to try THE dress on for a second time, they already had the dress pulled and ready to go for me when I arrived. I felt, to me, was second skin. The ladies at the boutique were attentive and quickly found a great selection of gowns I was interested in. In no less than an hour, I found it! And months later, they communicated timely when my dress arrived and have recommendations for alterations. The whole process was made efficient and easy with their help!

I personally was very scared being a heavier set woman that I was not going to find anything, but she made me feel so confident in all of the dresses I tried on. An added bonus that I walked out with my dream dress that same day! ad to go was Ever After. When you park you are instantly transported into a small time hidden gem vibe . The store is gorgeous! Taylor was so patient as I explained my wedding vision and gave me a chance to look through the racks. Mind you I was a plus size bride 4 months post baby, so I had to figure out my style in my new body. After a few dresses Taylor brought a beautiful ball gown for me to try and I fell in love instantly! I finally had felt the moment that I had seen on my own brides. I knew it was the one! Taylor walked me through the ordering process and helped me narrow down my idea for my accessories and even helped make some customization recommendations. When I picked up my gown she helped me make sure that the fit was perfect, and suggested shape-wear. The only alterations I needed was length and bustle! Highly recommend any bride to come to Ever after all of the dresses are mini works of art and Taylor always makes the best selections on what to carry in her store.

They were so accurate on sizing, that when my dress came in all I had to do was hem it and get the strap length adjusted! Which ended up saving us so much money in alterations! I got married in 6 month my dress came in 4 months before & depending some cane take 4-6 months .mine came in 2 months. My dress was Perfect ❤️ I had gotten so many compliments !! I found and purchased my wedding gown from Ever After and it was my dream dress! It arrived on schedule and they notified me as soon as it came in, which was wonderful. When I picked up my dress, they offered I could try it on again and take all the time I needed. I never felt rushed being there. I honestly was sad to leave every time I was there. Nothing but positive experiences at Ever After!

nd my group were a burden. As I was trying on dresses, the owner took a 10-minute business call, continuing the call as she clipped me into dresses. They didn't make any effort to find the perfect dress for me or suggest a dress that I would like. Other bridal shops we visited offered water, asked who my guests were, etc. They did not do any of that. Keep in mind, we were the only appointment/guests at this time and there were two consultants there, but we didn't feel attended to at all. Also, their sizing is not inclusive at all. We did not see any dresses above a size 6. Even if I had found a dress I loved, I would have gone elsewhere to buy it.

I wanted for myself. She has an amazing eye for detail and really listens to what you love and don’t love about each dress to make sure you get the perfect style. And her shop is gorgeous. Everything from decor and mirrors and dressing room size. It was perfect. Thank you!

ll you that her store and service is amazing! She went above and beyond to ship my dress to our new home in Coeur d’Alene. Her shop was far and above my favorite bridal dress-trying-on experience (there should be a more formal term for that). She was patient and guided me toward dresses that she knew would look good on me. This girl knows her stuff! I ended up picking her selected dress rather than what I went in thinking I wanted. She did not push nor try to "sell" me a dress that I did not like. She truly allowed me to find myself in each dress I tried on and I am so grateful for that. Bridal was relieving! I almost cried tears of happiness because of how easy it was and because Taylor listened to my wants and needs. She found the best dress for my body type and my friend and we loved the first dress we tried on.
