Ever After Destination Weddings

This is the most unprofessional company. Do not use them! My sister had planned her destination wedding through them and I’ve been trying to cancel for over 3 months, I bought insurance and no one will call or email me back. My in-laws cancelled their reservation pre-COVID and we’re told that although the company received their money back from the resort since they bought Insurance that they would have to file a fraud claim since the accounting department would not be sending money out.
