Having Betsy and Kyle photograph our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. They were a joy to work with, from the very start with engagement photos, until the last photos take on our wedding day. They were also very understanding and accommodating when we had to reschedule our wedding because of Covid. Due to the last minute rescheduling, much of the wedding day was planned on the fly. We followed Betsy and Kyle’s wedding day timeline and the days events were seamless. I couldn’t have asked for better photographers to capture our day and make it so fun at the same time.

I cannot recommend Kyle and Besty enough to anyone looking for wedding photo and video. We hired them originally for video for our wedding which they graciously rescheduled for us TWICE due to COVID without question. Then when we decided to get married and hold a small wedding and celebration I reached out to them and they customized a photo and video package for us that fit within our budget. They are overly accommodating and truly go above and beyond for their couples. We had SO much fun working with them the day of, they made us feel so comfortable and they were very laid back, while still staying on time with the day of time line. This was very important to me because I can get stressed out and anxious easily and I didn't want to ever feel rushed on our big day. We just got our sneak peaks back last night and OMG they are just amazing. I cannot wait to see what the rest looks like. Kyle and Besty - I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for me and Jordon. You truly made our day so special. Best part about all of this is I get to work with them again for our vow renewal and big party next year and I cannot wait!!!!

Kyle and Betsy not only captured our day perfectly, they were so wonderful to spend the day with. They worked with us through every detail of replanning our wedding 3 times due to Covid and treated us with grace and kindness through it all. Their work speaks for itself, they are simply wonderful! Hiring Betsy & Kyle of Ever After Studios as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. From the initial meeting to get to know them, to our engagement photo session, to our wedding day itself, and all the communication in between, they were simply the best! Photographers were one of my number one priorities while wedding planning and I am beyond happy with our choice to work with Ever After Studios! Kyle & Betsy captured the most important day of our lives perfectly and we will never be able to thank them enough! They worked so well together as a team and were so fun. What a great pleasure it was to work with Kyle and Betsy! I could not recommend them more highly—honestly, I usually give pretty tough reviews, but can't think of anything I would have changed. Not only did they capture our most special moments, but their calm and composed demeanor reminded my wife and me to cherish our day together amidst the chaos. From the beginning, Ever After Studios were amazing to work with. My husband has experience in video, so we were pretty particular about what we wanted our video to look like when completed. Kyle listened to all of our needs, talked through details many times to make sure he knew what we wanted captured, and also gave us great recommendations. He was was so positive during the entire planning process, and also was funny & positive the entire wedding day! Kyle is very good at capturing important parts of the day, but also very good at capturing details. We even saw on Instagram the next day after our long wedding day, Kyle & his team were still at our venue trying to get "the shot" of our scenery for the video. It is clear that Ever After Studios is dedicated to their work and clients. Wedding videos are not cheap, and Kyle & his team made ours worth every penny. Within DAYS after our wedding we got a trailer that we absolutely loved. Once we got our actual long video back, we were so happy with it. He captured every speech, every special moment, the entire ceremony, while keeping the film artistic and perfect for our tastes. We feel lucky we went with Ever After Studios because they captured our day so perfectly and now we can relive our wedding day over and over again for years to come.

From start to finish Betsy and Kyle were great to work with! It was fun and easy to get to know them. If you’re like me it doesn’t always come natural to pose in front of the camera but I loved that they made us feel comfortable and helped come up with beautiful poses :) They make sure they capture the love and style that YOU want to show. We were on a bit of a time crunch between ceremony and reception (we had a big bridal party and traveled to a park for some of the pictures), they still made sure we got plenty of photos of just my husband and I, which is what that day is really all about, you and your future husband. We are thrilled with all of our pictures and are so glad we chose Ever After Studios to capture the most memorable day of our lives! We can’t thank Kyle and Betsy enough!

I CANNOT recommend them enough. Prior to our big day, I had requested that they do a video to a certain song. They usually don't do the longer three minute videos but they were so accommodating and open to something different and wow did they blow it out of the park!! They were so warm and friendly when they arrived to shoot. I felt so comfortable with them being our paparazzi for the day. They did such an AMAZING job capturing special moments. The way they timed the video clips to the music and transitioned from each clip was just flawless. They also snuck in a snippet of my sister's speech and I LOVED it. I seriously watch this video at least twice a week and it makes me so happy to relive the day!

Betsy and Kyle were recommended to us by our wedding coordinator/event designer. From the moment we met Betsy for our engagement photos, we knew we had made the right decision. My husband used to hate taking pictures and after our engagement session was over, he turned to me and said, “That was so fun. I could keep taking pictures for hours!” We met Kyle for the first time the day of our wedding. Both he and Betsy made us feel so comfortable and helped us to relax. As a nervous bride, I was feeling all kinds of emotions and struggling to stay calm. Betsy and Kyle helped calm those nerves. They are goofy, fun, bubbly, and outgoing. They kept us laughing and having a great time. Although we do not have our entire set of wedding photos back yet, we were very happy with our sneak peek photos! We loved that there are not only the traditional, posed wedding photos but also impromptu shots. Betsy and Kyle have a special gift. You would not be disappointed in choosing them!

I can't say enough great things about Betsy and Kyle! My (now) husband and I NEVER take pictures together, so we weren't even sure about doing an engagement session, but I'm so glad we did. It made us more comfortable in front of the camera and it was great bonding time with B&K leading up to the big day. At the wedding, they kept us on schedule, were super flexible and I had multiple comments about what a great team they were! We already have a sneak peek of photos to choose from for Thank You cards and can't wait to see the rest! Thank you Ever After Studios, for capturing all of the details so perfectly.

We hired Betsy and Kyle of Everafter Studios for our engagement and wedding photos. I cannot say enough great things about them and their work! They simply did an amazing job. My husband and I are not very comfortable in the spotlight and tend to avoid being the center of attention. Betsy and Kyle did a wonderful job helping us feel at ease during our engagement session despite our reservations about the obligatory PDA for the photos. I was happily surprised to see how comfortable we look in our engagement photos! The photos turned out beautifully and prefectly captured our love and happiness despite how we felt about having our pictures taken. The engagement shoot was a great warm up to our big day. Betsy and Kyle brought a team of photographers with them and were able to capture our day from the very start. They captured the little details (our wedding rings, the decor, some items such as books that were special to us, etc.), our first look, family photos prior to the ceremony, the ceremony, a few stops in downtown GR between ceremony and reception, and many at and around the reception. I am so excited to see the photos and video from our day because I know they will be wonderful! Thank you so much Betsy and Kyle! You are wonderful people and we couldn't be happier with what a great job you guys did for our engagement shoot and wedding day!

I would not book with Ever After Studios after the way they treated my mother and I. Clearly, they are very particular on who they want to work with and dishonest in how they go about it. I started communicating with Kyle on August 2, 2017 and we made plans to meet on August 9. During this meeting, he was friendly and answered our questions. Online, you can only see "teaser" films and have to inquire to see a full length film - this is something that is a little odd. We asked him several questions, many as to which his answers weren't direct and his tone and body language seemed insulting. Overall, I thought the meeting went okay and I did like the quality of their product so I was thinking about confirming with him after running some numbers. On August 10, I emailed Kyle asking if he could send another video for us to watch as we wanted to see one more sampling of a full length (again, as they do not openly or willingly provide these online). He did not reply until August 14... 4 days later and this is what he said "Sorry for the delay. We had a double header this weekend and it kept us very busy. Unfortunately, this weekend another bride with your date contacted us and wanted to book our services immediately, therefore, the date of July 21st, 2018 is no longer available. It was wonderful meeting with you and your mother and we wish you all the best with your big day. Best Wishes," This left a terrible taste in my mouth. Even if he was busy, this is not how you run a business. I inquired first - if he received a second inquiry he should've given me the time of day to make a decision. It's common courtesy and the proper way to run a business and treat the customer. At the time I met with him, he said he had no one else interested in my wedding date. In the end, everything works out. The videographer that I went with was far more professional and kind and my product is phenomenal. I wish Ever After all the best and hope that they treat potential clients better in the future.

Throughout the ENTIRE process; engagement, day of, and after- Betsy & Kyle were nothing short of amazing! So friendly, professional, and fun to be around; it made our wedding process run so smoothly. These two (as well as Trevor and Chelsiegh) were everything that we hoped for and so much more. They truly love what they do which makes their work stand out! Thank you all for being such troopers on our 96+ degree wedding day! We appreciate everything you have done for us!

For my husband and I, photography was in each of our top 3 wedding priorities. Mark, my husband, researched photographers in MI because we are from Chicago but got married in Michigan. I believe Mark found Ever After Studios through The Knot website with raving reviews; welp, we are jumping on the bandwagon ☺ They are, simply put, THE BEST. As a couple we had to have the discussion about videography- we weren’t 100% sure it was worth it financially for us. We talked to SEVERAL of our married friends and it was clear that the videography aspect was something that we should splurge on. Then we saw Kyle’s work & sample videos… the decision wasn’t our own anymore- it was clear. Mark did most of the communication with Kyle throughout the entire process with the exception of a few weeks leading up to the wedding date of 6/1/18- this is when they sent questionnaires (via email) to ensure they knew exactly what we were looking for & so nothing was missed during the day. Additionally, we met with them when we were “shopping” for photographers/videographers back in August of 2017. They are personable, kind, friendly, and it was apparent they had morals and values. It was also very clear that they loved what they did, too. Then, we chose to do engagement photos only to get comfortable in front of the camera. We had a free weekend at the end of April- so we took the trek up to Grand Rapids. It seemed like every single place they planned to shoot had something weird with it for that specific day- so Kyle & Betsy had to think on their toes. Long story short, the pictures are awesome. It’s like they make us look FAR better than we look in real life! Ha! Then, our wedding day was AWESOME. Everything went off without a hitch. They brought two people with them- one to help each of them- Deb & Trevor- and they were also incredible. Not afraid to make suggestions & vary ideas. We took pictures in some crazy fun places. Right now, Mark and I are patiently awaiting our final product (ok, there’s a chance we talk about seeing everything every single day). But, Ever After Studios will “tease” us every once in awhile… with the movie trailer, or a picture here and there ☺ We are VERY excited to see everything. We are also pretty bummed our relationship with Ever After Studios is coming to a close. Needless to say, we would highly recommend to anyone looking.

This dynamic duo was an absolute treasure to find for our weddding! So go with the flow but also your biggest advocate for the wedding! We just got our final video of our wedding day and to say in words about the adorable packaging and the video and pictures..oh my goodness...just magnificent. I am in sweet awe and laughter. Betsy and Kyle did such an amazing job, I can’t stop watching this video, crying and laughing and reliving this wonderful day of ours. Ever after studios is very special to us and we are thankful for Betsy, Kyle and their crew! Highly recommend if you want to have a stress free wedding day!!

I cannot speak enough to the talent of Betsy and Kyle! They are truly dedicated to capturing your happily ever after and the photos speak to that. They make the photography planning and wedding day experience seamless. On they day of the wedding they were organized and I didn't need to worry. We met twice prior to the the wedding which was really helpful. It actually ended up raining on our wedding day and they had a plan B for taking photos which turned out to be amazing and our bridal party had fun too. We had so much fun working with them and recommend them to anyone, you won't be disappointed!!!

Ever After Studios did our engagement photos at the park where we started dating and truly captured our love. We had a blast with them that day. They went above and beyond to ensure we had memories to last a lifetime. The photos and video were so professional, beautiful and simply perfect! My husband and I get so emotional looking at our photos and video from our wedding day. Betsy and Kyle are honestly the best and we highly recommend them! Kyle and Betsy did an amazing job on our pictures. We had two meetings prior to our big day, it was nice that they took the time to meet with us to discuss what we wanted. We didn't do engagement pictures so they also offered to come to one of our vendor meetings to take pictures in place of them. It was great to have two photographers the day of, Kyle was able to go with the guys prior to the ceremony while Betsy took care of us girls. It made it easier to get more pictures done. They were able to capture all the moments throughout the day,

Betsy and Kyle went well above and beyond for the perfect shots, they are in the right field of work and make a wonderful team. They also have the right tools to get the job done, our engagement photo day ended up being a very dreary November day but you'd never guess because of the lighting and deflectors they brought. I would recommend Ever After Studios to anyone, you'll get every pennies worth of your investment and so much more.
