Ever Be Floral

We found this florist on Instagram and were so obsessed with their floral arrangements and decor. They were a pleasure to work with the entire way. They saw my vision via inspiration boards and photos and executed it perfectly, including gorgeous greenery from the ceiling and bridesmaid bouquets. They were always patient and kind when I changed my mind on a few things over the course of the planning. Would highly recommend!

Florist likes to do business through email. Flowers order for my daughters wedding was a disappointment. Her colors were, Ivory, dusty blue and gold. There was very little blue in the arrangements. The day of the wedding was very windy and they did nothing to weigh the aisle arrangements down. We provided our own aisle vases, one fell from the high winds and busted. I heard about the breakage from a family member. Business has not reached out to me or my daughter to tell us about the breakage. Nor have they called to tell us what happened, compensate us, or apologize for what happened. Eucalyptus that was used in arrangements was dead on the ends, and several boutonniere's had roses that were limp and had to be removed before the ceremony. This company is to expensive for the amount of flowers you get.

The gals with Ever Be Florals (and coordination) were absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish! You can tell by the quality of their work and by the way they go about their business that they both 1) truly care about their clients and 2) truly love what they do! We worked with Chelsea from the start, and throughout the planning process she was flexible and attentive, working with us to create a vision board to ensure our vision of the day and florals would come to life. Throughout the planning process Chelsea, Shannon, and Jennifer were very responsive to emails and video calls, and were flexible with us. They truly listened to our vision for the day, and they absolutely delivered and helped to make our dream day come to life. The florals were absolutely stunning and beautiful, better than anything I could have imagined! All of the gals were so kind, but also serious and very professional about their work and the quality of their work, and the way they communicated with us. Chelsea helped us all they way up until the day-of. She was incredible from start to finish, and she also had just had a baby! We also added on coordination for about a month out and for the day-of. This helped take a load off of us tremendously! They coordinated and communicated with all of our vendors. And the day-of Jennifer was our coordinator/POC, and she absolutely crushed it. There were so many mishaps and things that went wrong throughout the day, but I (the bride) wasn't aware of any of them until after the fact because Jennifer handled everything so well, and always came up to me with a smile, a thumbs up, and left with a wink! She put out all the fires that came her way and did it with such grace, kindness, and professionalism! I would 1000% recommend Ever Be Florals + Coordination to anyone having a wedding in the Greensboro area. You will not be disappointed. Our wedding probably would have been a disaster if it wasn't for Ever Be! And not only that, they created BEAUTIFUL floral arrangements, installations, bouquets, and boutonnières for us that made everything look so beautiful. Ever Be Floral is absolutely amazing!! From start to finish, the team was always kind and quick to respond to any questions or changes. Pricing was upfront and honestly very reasonable. The booking process went smoothly and allowed us to share pictures of what we had in mind for our flowers. We showed them our examples and gave a rough outline of what we were looking for, but what they provided was just above and beyond! Ever Be was an amazing partner from the first inquiry email to wedding day. They helped me crystalize my vision for my florals and overall décor and truly brought what were just images of floral arrangements to real life beating all of my expectations. Ever Be Floral did such an amazing job on our florals for our wedding this past weekend! During the planning process they were very friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable! They took all of our design ideas and really made them come to life! On the day of they were there on time and got everything set up and it was beautiful! My experience with Ever Be was very hot + cold at the same time. I feel that when it comes to florals, 1000% they nailed it. We spent a pretty penny on our florals and Ever Be delivered on that part. The moment I saw the florals for our reception, I was in awe. It looked just like my pinterest board and inspiration photos! Where I feel Ever Be falls short however is coordination. I feel like they lacked proper communication with me as a bride which I did call them out on. But despite this, this lack of communication did show on the big day. They made so many mistakes the day of my wedding that there were moments were I was ready to break down and cry. There were major events in the wedding timeline they completely fumbled which caused a domino effect as the day went on. Also as coordinators, continuously having to ask my wedding party for help to simply round up guests was really questionable. Don't get me wrong, my coordinators were very sweet and I'm sure they tried their best. But their inexperience definitely showed on my wedding day. In short when it comes to florals, absolute yes go to Ever Be. But for coordination I would definitely look elsewhere.

I truly could not have been happier with Ever Be for my wedding. Shannon and Chelsea were INCREDIBLY helpful through the planning process, through many different mockups and rearrangements, and were so attentive to every idea and request that I had. The execution on the day of was SPOT. ON. My flowers were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, these ladies were so sweet and took my abstract ideas and made them into a bouquet I could never have dreamt up. The flowers were the first thing on wedding day that actually made my mom cry, in the best way. They saw my vision and ran with it while being so professional, kind, and felt truly invested in our wedding. I would whole heartedly recommend them a hundred times over!

Ever Be Floral took my dream florals and made them come to life. I loved how they included pictures in the final quote to show what they were thinking so i could compare it to what I was thinking. I also used them for coordination services and it was amazing! The day went perfect even through rain and having to kick someone off the property but I never had to worry about it, they handled everything perfectly. I would recommend them to everyone!!

Ever Be Floral was on point. I initially decided to go with Ever Be because they didn't have any minimum on how much I need to spend for the arrangement. But I should have spent more money because they made it come true what I wanted while meeting my budget. I can't imagine how nicer it would have been if I spend more money on it. They always responded in time, returned my calls and emails. On the wedding day, the team came find me, they explained their plan for the day and what they brought for the floral arrangement. Throughout the wedding day, it was inevitable to avoid any mistakes or hiccups from the vendors. But I really didn't see it from Ever Be. They are very reliable.

Ever Be Floral exceeded our expectations for our wedding flowers. I meet with both Shannon and Chelsea and they were wonderful to work with, they were both so helpful with different suggests and helping me create my vision. After a few meetings we created my wedding vision and they made it come to life. On the day of the wedding the set-up went very smoothly and they were pretty fast. Everything turned out so beautiful and was more then I could have imagined for my wedding florals. Everything from the cross arrangement to the bouquets and centerpieces were gorgeous. We took all of the flowers at the end of the night and gave them to guests so we didn't end up with a ton of flowers, all of the guests loved being able to take some home. The quality of everything was great and guests were still sending pictures of how good the flowers looked ever a week after the wedding. I will recommend them and will use them again for my floral needs!

I booked Ever Be Floral because they were very economical, and my wedding budget was very tight. My husband and I are blown away by the professionalism of these women. My wedding coordinator and I were not the right fit. I should have booked Ever Be for coordination. Regrets.. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied in the end.

Ever Be Floral was truly a life saver for our wedding day. They did our florals, our month of coordination, and they even took care of our table decor and candles, etc. which we rented from them! It was incredibly helpful to have one team in charge of all of the above and it really just put us at ease the entire month leading up to the big day. We had Christy as our main coordinator for the day of and she was AMAZING and just went above and beyond to help us make our wedding exactly what we wanted. We rented a light fixture from another vendor and it was NOT was it was supposed to be. Christy worked her magic and turned it into the star of the show with some beautiful draping greenery. We are seriously so thankful for her. We HIGHLY recommend using Ever Be for your floral and coordination needs- they will not disappoint!

Ever Be Floral is the absolute best! If you need a florist in the Carolinas they should be your go to! We worked with Chelsea who is the most amazing person and florist. Her arrangements were stunning and pulled our vision together perfectly. I asked for a mixed arrangement of dried product, mixed with timeless and traditional touches. My bridal bouquet from Ever Be floral turned out so much better than I imagined. Im not one for keepsakes, but my bouquet was so beautiful, I plan to keep it in a shadow box for many years to come. THE BEST, ALL AROUND. Where do I even start? I booked for both florals and day of coordination (which I 100% recommend doing, it's a great deal). Of all the vendors I booked, they were the most on the ball. Between questionnaires and zoom calls, they put in a lot of leg work to help me perfectly execute my vision. Pricing is also very reasonable. Florals: I don't know much about florals. I sent them some pinterest pictures for inspiration and told them my wedding theme and colors. I didn't give them much direction, but they did not disappoint. I was floored when I saw the floral arrangements. They were jaw dropping. My bouquet had to be in 99% of my photos because it was THAT beautiful. They were very flexible to boot- we had many last minute cancellations so we had to shuffle around a few things and it was not a problem. They even do complimentary bouquet preservation. Coordination: Chelsea was amazing. She is very sweet and easy to work with. Great communication, not only between her and myself, but the rest of the vendors, especially the photographer. She executed my vision perfectly with decorations. She is the reason my wedding day was stress free. My wedding schedule had to be shuffled around immensely day of, and Chelsea made sure everything went off without a hitch regardless. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. I would absolutely recommend them for your wedding! Book them and you won't regret it!!

Ordered arrangement days before V-Day. Trying to support local shop, but that was a very major mistake. Flowers did not get delivered. Was offered to have delivered to a different address, funny thing is the original point was 2 miles away. I elected a refund, was not offered a refund and tomorrow on them or anything like that just the usual we are so busy. So what! You said you could due the job and failed. If you can not due a small delivery, why would anyone want you to due their wedding?? This business and its two airhead owners are a major joke. As usual the statement "Shit service expect it, you want be disappointed" very much applies here.

Honestly the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen at a wedding. We loved working with these ladies! Personable, quick to take requests and very professional. The venue even said that they were the most gorgeous flowers they’ve ever seen in their ballroom!
