Ever Weddings

iously walked me thru each issue/question to ease my mind. I am an indecisive person to begin with and she helped with some of my decision making...and not in a way to sway my decision, but to offer pros/cons of each situation to help me make the decision myself. About a month out from the wedding she took the reigns and she made herself the point of contact with each of my vendors to help ease the stress. On the wedding day she was wonderful and I cannot be more grateful! She received so many compliments not only from us, but family, friends, and vendors as well. She is so easy to work with. If there was a problem-she fixed it and she was always on top of things. If I had to do it all over again I would 100% choose her hands down!

edibly kind. We relied so heavily on her on the wedding day and the days leading up to it and we were not disappointed. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her! She was a calming presence in the midst of what could easily have become a stressful hurricane of details. My husband and I (as well as our parents) could be present and enjoy the day while she managed to make all the things run smoothly. We are beyond thankful that we had her to lean on!

on. Although I'm a huge planner, Michelle’s expertise and authentic nature made her the perfect companion through the whole process which led to me having the wedding day of my DREAMS. I am not exaggerating when I say my whole wedding day was absolutely perfect, and the help, love and support of Michelle was one of the biggest reasons why it was. I literally did not have to worry about a single thing the day-of, and leading up to the day Michelle was always kind, communicative, grounding, and reassuring. From vendor communications to asking me questions I hadn’t thought of to not being afraid to tell me “don’t worry, it’s all going to work out,” Michelle was the friend I didn’t know I needed during the entire process. And on the day of, her presence made me so happy and confident—not only because of how helpful she was but also because she had been a significant part of my life for over a year of wedding planning and I couldn’t imagine my day without her.

On our wedding day, she was essential to having everything run smoothly. Her calm and professional demeanor were much appreciated by us and all our vendors. We recommend her with the highest enthusiasm!

Eliza is very skilled at taking charge while very being professional and providing a fun, calm presence. On our wedding day, despite a few issues popping up, Eliza handled the situations smoothly negating any stress being added to my husband and I.

During the ceremony and reception she tackled any small fire and checked up on us throughout the night. The venue was set up perfect and assisting the clean up/break down after the reception was a huge help to our families who were packing the gifts and decor. Would absolutely recommend Eliza.

e is also very responsive-it was incredible that I could text her about anything and she would respond immediately! Michelle also would think about every single little detail that I wouldn’t have even thought about (such as what type of knife to use to cut the cake, sunset photos, etc) and she had everything timed to the minute. There is NOTHING I would change about my wedding and it is because of all of Michelle’s help and wisdom! I would HIGHLY recommend Michelle!

ere able to have fun with planning the wedding and have a great time AT the wedding. Michelle did all the heavy lifting. She was the coordinator of all vendors. She thought of every detail, many things we would have not thought of. She made a timeline for every minute and made sure it was met. I never missed an important event at the reception (cake cutting, etc.) as Michelle would discreetly notify the parents beforehand. Michelle started work from the minute we signed our contract and was always available, even though we had a "day of" package. We honestly had stress free wedding planning which was due to Michelle, probably prevented a few mother/daughter drama moments ;). Eliza was great at helping with keeping things organized on the wedding day. Without a doubt, this was absolutely the best money we spent. (very reasonable) I credit these ladies for giving my daughter the PERFECT wedding!

to answer any of my questions or guide my decision making. We had multiple chats leading up to the wedding where Michelle got me thinking about things I hadn't even thought of (and thankfully so!). Come wedding weekend everything was so seamless. I was able to enjoy my wedding day with no worries while Michelle handled all the behind the scenes details. She was always calm and organized and on top of everything. I was so grateful to have her so I could just relax and enjoy the day. She was even on board to help during a bathroom crisis! chelle seemed like a great fit. This is one of the best decisions I made in my wedding planning process! Michelle was easy to work with from the start - she communicates so quickly, it makes it effortless to work with her really. She's organized and guides you through your wedding planning process - letting you make the important decisions but helping you feel confident that everything will go well the day of the wedding. Our rehearsal night was kind of crazy - 45 degrees, rainy weather, outside venue (no bride wants to experience that!), but even then, Michelle kept everything as calm as possible, we got the job done, and she made me feel like no matter how the weather turned out for the actual wedding, everything would be ok (and it was!) On the day of the wedding, Michelle was quietly in the background the whole time. I honestly didn't have to worry about a single thing. I found out later there were a couple of hiccups during our cocktail hour and Michelle was right there to take care of everything and made sure not to let it impact our experience at all. She kept our reception on track, but was never pushy - again, just gentle guidance the whole way. Not only is she a fantastic coordinator, she's an all around sweet person - genuine, down to earth, and is truly passionate about what she does. If you're on the fence about whether or not to have a coordinator, my opinion is that it's an investment worth every penny. Even if you think you have it all worked out on your own, you can't put a price on peace of mind.

On the day of the wedding, she was here, there, and everywhere making sure every single thing was taken care of, vendors were happy, guests were happy and that made US happy. We did not have to lift a finger on our wedding day, and therefore we got to spend the entire night on the dance floor. We spent the following two weeks just relishing in the memories of our wedding. I cannot emphasize this enough, we owe that joy and relaxation to Michelle. She is confident, capable, and intuitive. I don't even think of her as someone we hired, but someone we trusted our day to, and got to share it with! Thank you thank you!

She was able to contact all of the vendors the week of the wedding and make sure everything was scheduled which was a true blessing! She was never too controling or too quiet during the day. She always made decisions with me in mind. Michelle was not only an amazing coordinator but she also felt like a friend at our wedding. We loved having her there every step of the way!
