Jodi is amazing and made our dream wedding come true! We had no idea where, when, or how... we wanted to get married somewhere tropical and she truly held our hand throughout the whole process and helped everywhere and anywhere. Our wedding was perfect, seamless, and something we will cherish/remember forever. Our family and friends rave about the week we all spent together and how easy and fun it was! Jodi was fantastic. There is a lot that goes into a destination wedding (I was a bridesmaid) and she made the process SO smooth. From making sure we knew deadlines to book the resort to setting up the airport transfers, it was flawless. She sent many helpful guides on traveling to Mexico, to in-depth packing lists, and the best recommendations. I also heard from the bride that Jodi made her experience a lot less stressful, which I can imagine is very important as a bride.

We cannot recommend Jodi and EverAfter Travel enough for destination weddings. She was a huge help throughout the entire process. She was extremely attentive and listened to our wants, gave great resort recommendations, helped our family and friends with their bookings, helped communicate with the resort for all the logistics, and made sure we were comfortable and happy even during our trip. Jodi made our first trip to a Cancun all-inclusive stress-free, seamless, and as relaxing as can be! She handled all of the trip coordination so all we had to do was show up and enjoy our vacation. We especially loved the resort-specific tips and tricks which impressed all of our friends who hadn’t thought to book with her. We’ll definitely be working with her again!

Our wedding would not have been the same without Jodi!!! We had no clue where to start at first, hadn’t even narrowed it down to a country and were overwhelmed by all the options. Jodi got on a call with us and asked us some questions and then picked the perfect place right away! We had our wedding at Dreams Sapphire in Puerto Morelos, Mexico. We fell in love with the Vista Del Mar pergola and terrace venue there which was absolutely beautiful and had a view of the ocean but was tucked at the end of the resort so it felt more private than most beach weddings. Jodi broke down all the major details of the wedding package and was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. She created our wedding website where our guests could book their rooms directly through her and find all the information they could possibly need. It was extremely user friendly and organized. We received an update every time a guest booked along with which nights they were staying. We had multiple guests express to us how happy they were with Jodi and how on top of it and easy to work with she was! She booked their airport transfers in addition to their stay. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and so much fun!! The staff at Dreams was fantastic, they were so accommodating and the wedding team was great. Everything the day of was seamless and stress free! We used the DJ and MC through the resort and they exceeded expectations. We flew in our own photographer and used the resort’s preferred vendors ($500 outside vendor fees waived) Styling Trio (hair and makeup) and OV film (videographer). Our guests had a blast and the resort was perfect for our crowd- fun energy, beautiful resort and pool with a swim up bar, open atmosphere and a big main bar with plenty of space for everyone to hang out/mingle. (And delicious espresso martinis!). In addition to our stay for our wedding, Jodi booked our pre wedding visit and our honeymoon! For our honeymoon, we wanted to go to an adults only resort that didn’t require an additional flight. Jodi once again hit the nail on the head and suggested Unico in Riviera Maya. We LOVED Unico. It was absolutely beautiful and the food was amazing. It felt very luxurious and the staff was fantastic. When you arrive you have a staff member assigned to you who you can text through WhatsApp for pretty much anything, dinner/spa reservations, request to run a bath for you, housekeeping, you name it. Jodi arranged our transfers from Dreams to Unico and to and from the airport, so easy and one less thing to deal with! I would recommend Jodi to anyone planning a destination wedding! I was so impressed by her attention to detail and her response time. Throughout this long process (1.5 years!) of planning, I can confidently say that she didn’t let a single question go unanswered or forget to do a single thing. Thanks Jodi!!❤️

So my sister and I had decided to go to Mexico for a wedding. We went with ever after travel. A week before we left, our other sister decided to join us. Jodi took care of it and got her a place with us. And we had a great time.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jodi while traveling to a destination wedding. To start, Jodi provided excellent step-by-step information on booking our trip (this was our first international trip), along with tips and things to consider while traveling and packing. In addition, she provided some of her own personal suggestions which really added a nice touch. Throughout the trip she had checked in with us to see how everything was going. Finally, at the conclusion of our trip she followed up to see how everything went. All of this aside, what made her wonderful to work with was how upbeat, responsive and kind to work with!!

The agent from EverAfter Travel was extremely thorough in her explanations of what was included in our travel package. She provided extra information that made preparing for our trip so easy. The payment options were also very convenient. We knew just what to do when we arrived in Cancun at the airport, a list of the top restaurants available to us, activities, etc. We were attending a wedding so it was very important that everything went off without a hitch. And it did.

Such and easy process! She was so helpful and so detailed in all of our interactions that I didn't even have an extra questions to ask! (But I know she would have been happy to answer any!) She was so quick responding to everything! This was my first time taking a trip to Mexico so I really had no idea what to expect and she made everything to easy to figure out.

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites in Jamaica is an excellent choice to vacation. The all inclusive amenities allows you to have a worry free vacation and wedding in once place. Food, drink and suites were great with a helpful happy staff. EverAfter Travel made everything easy to understand and helpful with every aspect of the trip. Club Mobay is a must to get through the airports with ease. We enjoyed every day and the weather was spectacular the whole 7 days. View from our suite was amazing and we were upgraded to this suite without asking. The wedding ceremony was so beautiful on the beach and everything was close so you didn't have to leave the beach. Jodi from EverAfter Travel is the best travel agent we could have asked for! Our journey with her started back in the Spring of 2022. We decided to have a destination wedding and knew that finding a travel agent was our first step. We met with a couple travel agents but none of them seemed to fit our style as they were all pushy and dismissive of our questions, but then we reached out to Jodi and she was perfect. When my husband and I started this process we weren’t really sure how we would ever narrow down a resort to get married at but Jodi was quick to help us get the ball rolling. She asked us tons of questions ranging from resort size, locations we had in mind, what type of vibe did we want, to what was most important to us on our wedding day. After going back and forth on this couple of times, we had it narrowed down to 2 resorts in Mexico. Jodi then helped us arrange a visit to both resorts in Summer of 2022. We spent 3 days at 1 resort and 4 days at the other. While both resorts were absolutely wonderful, we knew exactly which resort we wanted to have our wedding at after this visit. Jodi was quick to help us with putting down a deposit for our wedding day, book our room block and created a website for our guests to book their trips through. While we booked our wedding in Summer 2022, our wedding wasn’t until February 2024. During this time, Jodi was no stranger to us and consistently helped us to navigate any questions we had. I cannot stress enough how quick her response time was, we were greatly impressed with how attentive she was to us. When our guests started to booked their trips, they also had the same experience with Jodi. We heard nothing but compliments from our guests- she was so easy to work with, quick to respond to their questions and VERY informative. We had several guests that this was their first time traveling outside of the US and they were so appreciative of all the information that Jodi was able to provide. Our wedding week finally came in February 2024, and everything went smooth for us and our guests. Everyones transfers to and from the airport were timely and everyone’s stay was perfect. Our guests were extremely impressed by our resort choice thanks to Jodi’s recommendation. Jodi was incredible to work with in planning our honeymoon! From the very beginning you could tell she was passionate for what she does and listens closely to her clients. We had no idea where we wanted to go but just said all inclusive in the Caribbean Islands, she sent multiple recommendations and we ended up going to a Sandals in St Lucia. Once we booked our trip, we got a lot of communication for reminders of what we should think about to make our trip the best it could be. She gave us tips, packing lists, different excursions to book ahead of time, and anything you might be forgetting in the midst of wedding planning. Honestly, we don't think we would have had the best honeymoon if it wasn't for Jodi helping us along the way! We couldn't recommend her enough.

Jodi helped us plan the most wonderful honeymoon. My husband and I traveled to Finland, first Helsinki and then Ivalo, then from there a few days in Prague. It was a bit of a funky itinerary, but Jodi was incredibly helpful and informative. We really had such an amazing and unique time. We even stayed in an igloo hotel room! Jodi provided recommendations and suggestions on the hotels and activities and made booking the travel and transfers so easy for us. The whole process from start to finish with Jodi was quite seamless, you discuss what you'd like, any specific requirements or things you'd like to experience, and she really takes it from there with providing ideas and plans. We went back and forth a few times before we finalized the itinerary. She even sent us over some champagne to our hotels, such a sweet touch! Jodi is incredible! Not only did she help my best friend pick the most amazing Resort for her destination wedding in Mexico (Unico 2087, the nicest all-inclusive I've ever been to), but she also coordinated ALL the travel and resort reservations for all the wedding guests, who were coming from all over the US and Peru. She also helped our wedding party plan a day-excursion to the nearby Cenotes -- we had such a blast that day. Everyone had the most unbelievable week celebrating the happy couple. Thank you Jodi!

Jodi did a great job with creating an unforgettable honeymoon experience for us to Greece. Everything from food, sights, tours, and accommodations exceeded our expectations. It was clear that Jodi put much care and effort into making our trip as perfect as possible, even getting two airlines together on a conference call when we had a small issue getting checked into our flights! She took care of all of the planning for us so all we had to do was be on time and there was very little work on our end so we could sit back, relax, and enjoy a beautiful vacation. This was our first time using a travel agent but would definitely ask her for help in the future as well. From the moment we started working with Jodi we knew we were in good hands. We reached out for her help in booking our honeymoon. With our initial phone consultation Jodi asked us how we envisioned spending our honeymoon (relaxing, going on adventures, eating, etc). She sent us some options in our price range, along with details for each location and hotel. In the end we decided to go to St. Lucia and we were so happy with this decision! Based on our phone call with Jodi she could tell we wanted to stay somewhere quiet where we could relax and unwind. Jodi emailed us the day of our wedding to send us well wishes and even checked in with us during our honeymoon to make sure our experience was going well. On our way home she emailed us to let know of potential weather in our connecting city and what we should do incase our flight got cancelled. These small gestures shows how much she cares about her clients and their experience while traveling. There's no doubt we would book another trip through Jodi!

We do not have enough wonderful things to say about working with Jodi to plan our dream wedding. She is patient, kind, honest, knowledgeable and organized. Most importantly she listens, and you can trust she will help you plan the best wedding, honeymoon, trip, etc. Do not hesitate to work with her. When we first began working with Jodi she took the time to get to know us and what we envisioned for a wedding in Mexico. Based off of what we wanted, she suggested a few amazing resorts and provided us with their wedding package information. When we finally chose a resort, Jodi worked directly with the resort on our behalf to put down deposits and a room block. Jodi helped us decide how many rooms to block by giving us suggestions when we were confused or unsure of what to do. Once everything was decided, Jodi created a travel website for our guests to access, which answered all questions regarding how to book a room for the wedding. The website was very detailed and made the booking process easy for our guests. Guests booked rooms at the resort through Jodi, and she worked directly with all of our guests regarding room selection, room payment, and travel information. Jodi also arranged airport transportation for all our guests to and from the resort. We never had to worry about travel logistics throughout our entire wedding planning process because Jodi took care of It. She answered all guest questions and made sure we didn’t deal with the stress. When we had issues with contacting the resort, Jodi stepped in and reassured us everything was okay. When we had issues with transportation back to the airport at the end of our wedding week, we emailed Jodi and she got back to us immediately to make sure the problem was solved. Jodi even helped one of my bridesmaids with planning an amazing Cenotes tour for a group of 10 of us, which turned out to be one of our favorite days (aside from our wedding) of the whole trip. Working with Jodi was one of the best decision we made when planning our wedding. THANKS JODI!!!

Jodi did a tremendous job preparing us for our 1st trip. Extraordinary job as far as booking everyone’s room they desired for a large wedding group. Thorough heads up on almost everything to expect and eventually encounter throughout the stay. Excellent tips were shared on preferences, whether it was drink/delicious food or activities. Jodi will answer any questions so don’t be afraid to ask, and there will be an answer in a well-timed manner. Looking back at our vacation, it’s easy to undermine/overlook how easy of a transition it was for our stay. In a travel advisors perspective, it can be understandable how overwhelming/busy it can be. Jodi did a flawless job at meeting needs in the most presentable & welcoming manner without batting and eye or conflict. This review may seem a little biased, but Jodi is the one we recommend for everyone’s trip planning.

Jodi was amazing from start to finish! She helped us narrow down a location that best fits our vacationing style and was so knowledgeable the whole way. She helped us book all our excursions as well, including a helicopter ride from the airport to our resort. We traveled on a Saturday and had some long plane delays. Jodi was so kind to contact the Helicopter and let them know about our delays! The whole honeymoon was so smooth all thanks to her planning help! This was our first time using a travel planner, and I don't think we could ever not use one again! We would 100% recommend EverAfter Travel to everyone!!

We had a great time at the majestic colonial resort in Punta Cana. We had a group of 22 (5 families) for a senior break trip. Kids said it was the best trip ever. Jodi helped us book our trip and arrange transportation which was a really nice coach bus to our resort for just our group. We also booked snorkeling through the transportation company, where we had our own private boat for our group too. It was really nice. Food at the restaurants was really good. Our dinner reservations were made for us ahead of time, so we didn’t have to worry about getting into them. Jodi checked in on us multiple times - making sure all was well. I’d recommend her to help plan your next vacation. She was very helpful and we’ll sure use her again!!

I cannot give enough credit to Jodi Schlichting from EverAfter Travel. When I decided to have a (last minute) destination wedding I didn't know where to start. After I messaged Jodi she took the time to explain all of my questions and had me fill out a questionnaire to help her narrow down my search. I was so impressed with all of the options she gave me. After choosing Majestic Elegance in Costa Mujeres, Mexico, she did all the work of creating a contract with the resort, helping me make decisions on the room block, and getting me in contact with the wedding department. In the end we had a group of 55 people- all of which Jodi helped navigate booking a room and getting together transportation from the airport to the resort. Everyone in my group had nothing but great things to say about Jodi. Some of them have never left the country so they had a lot of questions and she was so helpful through the entire process. I was most stressed about traveling out of the country with such a large group of people coming from different areas on different days, but not one person had an issue with their booking or transportation. I cannot recommend Jodi enough. We had the most beautiful wedding on the beach, all of which would not be possible without her help and knowledge!

Jodi was able to take all of our needs into account and plan an amazing getaway for our family in Playa Mujeres, Mexico. Jodi was a great help in planning our dream honeymoon by honoring our priorities and working within our budget! We honeymooned in 2022 and were nervous about navigating ever-changing Covid test requirements for different countries and she helped us find the best destinations to match our wants and help us feel comfortable traveling. She provided recommendations for each city we visited, but also learned about us and what things are important to us (in our case, food over history!) to arrange experiences that were of value to us. When we had some travel delays related to a train derailment, Jodi was so helpful even after our trip in obtaining the needed documentation to submit our travel insurance claim. I can't recommend Jodi enough!

We hired Jodi to help us with our June honeymoon in St Lucia and she was excellent! We had never used a travel agent before but between the stress of wedding planning, working, and graduate studies, I didn't want to worry about the honeymoon too. Jodi was always quick to respond and very thorough with her inquiries to make sure she knew what we liked and didn't like in a vacation so her recommendations would be right for us. We loved the Sandals resort Jodi recommended - the food was tasty, the scuba diving was amazing, and there was just the right mix of activity and relaxation - and she made booking flights, accommodations and excursions a breeze. Jodi has planned multiple trips for my family and I and I couldn’t have been more impressed. She was always available and answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable of every destination that I’ve traveled to.

Jodi did an amazing job helping us plan our honeymoon! My husband wanted an all inclusive and I wanted somewhere that felt exotic and St. Lucia checked all the boxes!! Jodi helped us organize everything from booking the resort and transportation to helping us find our flights. She was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip! We had a great experience working with Jodi to plan my brother's wedding in Jamaica. She helped us with getting our room booked and getting us a good deal. She also sent a few emails with information about before we travel, what to expect at airport and hotel, and food recommendations. If we had any questions about anything she was there to be able to the answers within a timely manner. She also checked up on us a couple times to make sure we were having a great experience and if we needed anything. We plan to use Jodi when we travel to New Zealand in the future.

The last thing I wanted to do while planning a wedding was also to plan our honeymoon overseas to Greece. Jodi was a godsend while planning our honeymoon, she made the process so easy and planned the best trip of our lives! It was such a relief not to have to worry about finding hotels, transportation and worrying if we were in a good area or not. Jodi planned amazing excursions for us that we will never forget. She made all of my hopes come together for this amazing trip! I will definitely use Jodi for our next travels!

Jodi did an absolutely unbelievable job in curating our honeymoon to Maui. She kept me very up to date with all the changes to my flights, when (and where) to make reservations for dinner, and had the best knowledge for excursions in the area. We can’t wait to use her again for an anniversary trip! :)

Jodi was AMAZING. She took the time to understand what we wanted with our honeymoon and was very accommodating with pivots and changes made to our itinerary. She was full of useful information and set us up with a lot of great excursions and things to do on our trip. Most importantly, she was very enjoyable to work with. My sister got married at Sandals Ochos Rios Resort in Jamaica and used Jodi to set it all up for her. As a non-international traveler, I really counted on Jodi at EverAfterTravel for anything and everything myself. She assisted me 100% of the way, whether it be procuring a room at Sandals Ochos Rios to attend the wedding, to recommending Club Mobay on arrival and departure from the airport in Montego Bay which saved my bacon, to providing updates on Covid requirements and restrictions, and last but not least several follow-up emails with travel tips, suggestions, you name it. At the last minute I requested a change to a room with a beach view and she was able to accomodate this with 0 issues for me. She checked up on me during all steps prior, during, and even made contact during my trip back to the states. It was nice to have a personal touch. I recommend Jodi and EverAfterTravel to the ends of the earth and back!

Jodi was extremely professional and informative when it came to helping me plan my honeymoon. Planning a wedding and honeymoon in less than four months and for a winter month entailed that I was running into roadblocks. In the short amount of time that I had to plan the dream honeymoon in the Caribbean, she was able to meet with me in a timely manner to hear about us and our destination requests, find a destination, book the destination, transportation and excursions for us and then provide extremely helpful tips and tricks. Jodi responded in a timely manner, warned me of upcoming out of the office dates and continued to check in with us after we had arrived to our destination. The process would not have gone as smoothly without Jodi guiding me along the way. I will always recommend EverAfter Travel when I can and will continue to book future vacations with Jodi.

We worked with Jodi for a destination wedding to Jamaica. She was fabulous right from the start. She was quick to respond to any questions and made sure we had our paperwork in order so we did not run into any issues. Our vacation was smooth sailing and would go through her again in a heart beat!

Jodi was the Travel Advisor for my brother's wedding. It was an international, destination wedding all while covid regulations were constantly changing! Jodi could not have been more organized and fun to work with prepping for this trip!

I met Jodi at a wedding fair and decided to use her without looking into any other travel agents. Overall, she was just fine. She found us a decent resort and booked a couple of really great experiences for us but we also had a few moments of frustration along the way and has resulted in me not recommending her to friends and family who have asked about our experience. Quick bullet points but see below for the full detail: - Didn't book our flights when we gave her approval to do so - Flight prices then increased and cost us additional fees - Booked experiences for us but didn't provide detail, instructions, etc. until I emailed asking for them - Booked our flights under the correct names but booked our experiences under a different name for my husband - Told us we would have a welcome gift in our room but didn't receive it until we emailed her - Overall, just minimal customer service and when issues DID arise, she was unapologetic and honestly made us feel like she didn't care As we were emailing back and forth about booking flights, we gave her the approval to book before flights went up in price. Unfortunately, this did not happen and resulted in the flights going up in price. When we asked her about this she was pretty harsh and showed zero compassion. She basically said "that's just how it goes" which we honestly understand but the frustration came from the lack of explanation of the process and the fact that there was no sense of customer service or even an apology for any miscommunication. From there the experience was just average. It felt like she did the bare minimum to get the job done. I want to preface this by saying I wasn't expecting her to pull out crazy party tricks or make us feel like royalty but I expected SOMETHING above the bare minimum. I often had to reach out to her for instructions, details, helpful tips, etc. for even simple things like tours that were on our itinerary she created. When things did go wrong and we asked her about it she was just unapologetic and didn't make us feel like she cared at all. It even got to the point where when something happened my husband said "don't bother emailing her because she hasn't showed us that she will make it right." Across the board her customer service was disappointing.

Jodi did an amazing job of helping us book our stay at Sandals Negril for our friends' destination wedding. As a travel agent, she is friendly, experienced and meticulously thorough. Even though I had many questions and concerns in the weeks and months leading up to the big event, she was always happy to get back to me promptly with every detail I had requested and more. For a seamless international travel experience, I'd recommend EverAfter Travel to anyone!

Jodi was great! We were invited last minute (~4 weeks out) to attend a friend's destination wedding in Jamaica and Jodi was able to book everything for us despite the tight deadline. She was friendly, responsive, and provided lots of helpful recommendations/travel tips. We'd happily recommend Jodi to anyone!

My husband and I travel internationally multiple times a year but complications and constant changes regarding covid made us doubt we would be able to attend our friends destination wedding in Jamaica. Jodi is the reason we were able to navigate our trip. She was able to find answers to questions where we didn't even know where to start. She was always very responsive, kind, and informative. She was always 10 steps ahead in making sure we had all the information we needed and set us up for an amazing and memorable trip. I honestly don't think this trip would have been possible without her skills and help.. and if it were possible it would have been a nightmare for us to sort out and plan on our own. We are so grateful for her help and making it all such a breeze. She really took the stress out of our trip and allowed us to focus on having fun. We will definitely look to her for planning our future trips!

Candidly, we haven’t gone on our honeymoon yet but we have loved our experience with Jodi so far! We paid for our wedding ourselves and wanted to take some time between the wedding and the honeymoon to save money and get some of the less fun post-wedding tasks (I’m looking at you name change!) out of the way. We are finally now sitting down to plan our honeymoon and Jodi was just the person we needed! I met Jodi at one of the bridal fairs back in 2019 and held onto her card until we were ready – we did a quick Zoom consultation, paid our deposit (that comes off the grand total at the end) and she was off sending us a ton of recommendations for Jamaica! We told her what we were looking for, that we wanted to go to a Sandals, and that we wanted it in Jamaica and she was able to help us narrow it down and offer advice to get us to our final choice. We’re working through booking right now but she has made this effortless for us and I’m so glad that she will be handling all of this for us, having her expertise is so, so helpful! I would absolutely recommend going with a travel agent should you want to do something similar! They are free (as the deposit technically is part of your honeymoon payment) and so, so worth it!

Jodi was amazing to work with! She helped us navigate traveling out of country with different Covid restrictions. She made sure our honeymoon was perfect!
