h a few, that we decided on Everest Events. From the moment Madison started, she handled all communications efficiently and professionally. She has great enthusiasm yet never made it about what she wanted. As the mother of the bride, I saw my daughter visibly relax and enjoy the process once we had our coordinator in place. Madison's detailed schedule perfectly reflected what the brideand groom envisioned...and it left me free to enjoy the rehearsal and entire wedding and reception as a guest. She handled vendors, last minute requests, and a long day with 170+ people, all with grace and good humor. If you're wondering whether you really need a wedding coordinator, I would say only if you want to relax, be in the moment, and enjoy the day! I truly believe that having Madison as our wedding coordinator made all the difference!!

have done if I did not have her running around and operating our timeline. They setup decorations and removed decorations. I didn’t have to work at all. There were a couple decorations that were placed in the incorrect places (the chair sashes weren’t placed on the aisle chairs). However, everything else was correct. No other issues. They even found a creative way to repurpose our arch floral swags into the reception room entrance. We recommend them highly!

f the day, Madison made sure everyone knew what to do and when. She even whipped out a sewing kit and created a few new bustles on my dress during cocktail hour the bridal shop forgot to put on! I highly recommend Everest Events for all of your wedding planning!

I listened to my gut and didn't go with another coordinator/planner. I cannot even put into words how much Madison and Amber helped me during my planning process and during my wedding. Hiring Madison was one of the best decisions I've ever made, she made the biggest day of my life everything that I hoped it would be and more. Without Madison and her assistant, Amber, I wouldn't have been able to enjoy my day as much as I did. She will forever have a special place in my heart, I can't say enough good things about her, and my family adored her as well. Hey there!! I’m Madison and I’m the Lead Coordinator + Owner of Everest Events. My passion is being able to help my clients intentionally design their dream weddings. Whether you go traditional or elope (like me), I love being able to help couples express who they are into their wedding day. I love all things coffee, Barnes and Noble, and outdoors. Hiking or just swinging on a hammock is how I spend my free time. I'm most likely listening to the newest album by The Lumineers. I have been working in weddings for 4 years, and can’t wait to help you with yours! Best, Madison
