Kaitlin at Everett Events just executed our rehearsal dinner, welcome party & wedding the weekend of May 16, 2026 with a two year lead time. She was incredibly knowledgable, organized and helpful throughout the entire process. Kaitlin kept us on track with deadlines, managed our budget perfectly, and coordinated with all of our vendors effortlessly. She is a master of logistics, has a great design eye herself, and extremely thoughtful with every detail. between all events over the weekend, Everett Events execution was flawless. The timeline flowed perfectly, and my husband and I were able to completely relax and be present in every moment knowing we were in the best hands. Hiring Everett Events was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding. If you are looking for a wedding planner, do yourself a huge favor and hire them immediately!
