We honestly can’t say enough good things about Karina! We are so grateful we had her to help bring our wedding day to fruition. I’m someone who hates planning and timelines and dealing with logistics, so for me, she was a GODSEND! She went above and beyond in ways we never expected, and somehow always seemed to be one step ahead of everything. She made the entire process feel easier and, most importantly, allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day without worrying about all the little things happening behind the scenes. On the day of the wedding, Karina was truly the reason everything flowed effortlessly. We didn’t have to think about a single detail — she handled everything quietly, smoothly, and with so much grace. Because of her, we actually got to relax and be present with our loved ones!!

It’s a love story. Steamboat Springs became home in 2019 when I moved to my now-husband’s hometown. What began as planning weddings for friends — designing details, building timelines, and coordinating day-of — grew into a passion for creating meaningful, personalized experiences. From custom graphics to floral design, those early celebrations evolved into creative collaboration with Alex Mathisen of SoulSpark Events, whose mentorship helped shape the hands-on, detail-driven approach I bring to Evergold Events Collective.
As both a former bride in this valley and now a planner serving Steamboat and beyond, I know how important it is to have someone who truly gets it. My work is rooted in intentionality, creativity, and connection, and I’m honored to work alongside a talented team to bring thoughtful, beautiful celebrations to life.
