ding and it was genuinely one of the best decisions that we made. We weren’t going for “Best Wedding Ever”…. But it turned out to be a strong contender! Seriously, every single one of our guests has told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. It’s been two months, and people still won’t shut up about it hahahaha. Don’t just take our word for it. Here are a few reviews from our guests: “SERIOUSLY, the best wedding ever!!” “Genuinely the most fun I’ve ever had!” “Best weekend ever!!!” “Unforgettable.” We had our wedding at beautiful Midnight Ranch in Clark, Colorado north of Steamboat Springs with about 120 guests. If you know anything about Clark, then you know that it’s in the middle of nowhere. We had a pretty limited budget, we are chill, I’m organized, and we thought for a hot minute that we could get by without a planner. But early into the process, we found that we were in over our heads - realizing that we would need to plan for anything and everything: the tent, tables, chairs, linens, catering, lighting, power, decor, drink stations, transportation… and the list goes on! We quickly realized that we didn’t just need someone to help us plan the wedding, we needed someone who could help us pull off our vision while making sure we could actually enjoy the day ourselves. Enter Karina and the incredible team at Evergold Events Collective! From the moment we started working with Karina, she put us at ease. Her expertise, attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to bring our vision to life were absolutely incredible. She was on top of everything, thought through details we never would have considered, and made what could have been an really stressful process feel manageable. Karina was also amazing at coordinating with all of our vendors. Everyone loved working with her and felt prepared and informed going into the wedding day. Since our venue had no cell service, it was especially important that everyone knew where they needed to be, when they needed to be there, and what to expect well before the weekend began. With so many moving parts and vendors to coordinate at such a remote location, that level of communication and preparation was huge. And then came the wedding day. The day came together beyond anything we could have hoped for. If anything went wrong behind the scenes that day, we genuinely have no idea, because Karina and her team handled it all. There are so many highlights from the day, but some of mine include: - private first look in an old growth aspen grove - hilltop ceremony looking out to the surrounding peaks - grand entrance in a canoe - cocktail hour under the sunset - my sister performing an aerial routine on the dance floor - the best/wildest dance party of the decade It’s hard to put into words just how wonderful the wedding was - there was just something in the air that day, and Karina and her team helped make that magic happen. We got to be fully present, celebrate with our favorite people, and soak up every second of a day that we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you x a million, Karina and team!!!!

ling with logistics, so for me, she was a GODSEND! She went above and beyond in ways we never expected, and somehow always seemed to be one step ahead of everything. She made the entire process feel easier and, most importantly, allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day without worrying about all the little things happening behind the scenes. She cared about our day as if it were her own, and we truly felt so taken care of. We’re incredibly thankful for everything she did for us and would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

so I kept telling myself it wouldn’t be too much to handle. But the truth is — no matter how “small” a wedding is, there are still so many moving parts and people to coordinate. About two weeks out, my mom and I realized that we were both going to be far too busy setting up, keeping things on schedule, and managing cleanup to actually enjoy the day.  Even with such short notice, Karina jumped right in and took control with complete professionalism and calm. She immediately reached out to all our vendors, confirmed every detail, and made sure everyone was on the same page. She took the time to truly understand my vision, priorities, and even our family dynamics so she could help the day run smoothly. Karina thought of things I hadn’t even considered and helped me focus on what really mattered most. By the time our wedding day arrived, every detail was handled. I was able to be present and actually enjoy it — something I didn’t think would be possible two weeks earlier. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator take this as your sign to call Karina. She was an absolute lifesaver and turned what could have been a stressful day into a seamless, joy-filled celebration.
