Kendall is an incredible talent that we were so lucky to have as a part of our wedding! She is so detail oriented and prepared. She made our day run seamlessly! We had a vendor cancel on us last minute and she not only guided us to find a new vendor, she also got the new vendor caught up and informed on our timeline and needs on the day. Kendall ran our rehearsal with efficiency, precision, and also kept things light and fun! We would book her again in a heartbeat, truly one of our best decisions was hiring Evergreen Events as our DOC!

out working with Evergreen. I would give them 5 million stars if I could. Second to marrying my husband, booking Evergreen was the best decision I ever made. I booked them for their Day-Of Coordination package and they made everything seamless and stress-free. Truly, Kendall went above and beyond to make my day perfect. She took detailed notes and executed every detail just the way I wanted it. I walked into our reception venue absolutely stunned--it looked even better than I'd imagined! Kendall coordinated with all of our vendors, kept our timeline running smoothly, answered questions, and helped our friends and family during set up and rehearsal. On our wedding day, Kendall went above and beyond in every way. With so many of our family and friends helping throughout the day, Kendall kept everyone organized, making everything run seamlessly. She handled details behind the scenes so we could be fully present and enjoy every moment. No matter what came up, she was calm, prepared, and ready with a solution.
One of the greatest gifts Kendall gave us was peace of mind. We never had to worry about what was happening because we knew she had everything under control. It truly felt like we had an entire team supporting us, thanks to her dedication and hard work.
Our bridal party, family, and guests all commented on how amazing Kendall was and how seamlessly everything flowed. We truly cannot imagine our wedding day without her and are so grateful for everything she did to make it unforgettable.

From coordinating with vendors months in advance, to helping with decor day of such as climbing ladders to hang draping on tall ceilings, to setting up 2 separate event spaces, to cleaning and packing up everything at the end of the night. Kendall had incredible attention to detail, making sure even the smallest details weren't missed. She made sure we didn't have to worry about anything on our big day and made the day so seamless. From organizing rehearsal day to literally climbing ladders to hang our crazy vision of disco balls and rattan lamps, she does it all. I did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day—decor was perfect, the bridal party was on time, and she kept me sane by handling every single question from guests and our bridal/groomsmen. I literally did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. Kendall is the sweetest woman and so easy to talk to. When I first inquired, she immediately helped me organize my vision and decor (a lifesaver for my ADHD brain!) and provided the steps and spreadsheets to stay organized during the planning process. She is worth every penny and more. I cannot recommend her enough! I wasn't too sure about a day of coordinator at first but thank god I booked Evergreen Events; it was such a weight off my shoulder knowing that everything was taken care of and more!!!

To give a few examples: she worked with us (and our vendors) months ahead of the weekend to help us be as prepared as possible, she made goodie bags that she gave to each vendor on the wedding, she personally ensured that the table settings were done correctly (which included hundreds of placements--and folding hundreds of napkins), and she helped us through the last-minute stresses and mishaps like they were nothing.
We cannot recommend Kendall highly enough. We are so grateful for all that she did for us.
