Our elegant event venue, located in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, is nestled snuggly within the lush, rolling hillside along our 27-Hole Golf Course. Evergreen Golf Club is a dream wedding & event location, providing exceptional, experienced service and support at an extremely modest price. The clubhouse of Evergreen Golf Club features the Evergreen Room and adjacent patio. The patio makes for a wonderful outdoor ceremony site, overlooking a waterfall that cascades past stonework and a garden full of blooms. The Evergreen Room provides an expansive area where you can make your dream wedding reception come to life. This room features 15-foot-high vaulted ceilings, cherry-stained panel accents, Frank Lloyd Wright decor, luxurious carpeting, and a portable dance floor. This event space has a maximum capacity of 250, with abundant room for your guests to dine and dance the night away. Evergreen Golf Club hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as engagement parties, showers, and rehearsal dinners. Wedding bookings come with event planning, setup, cleanup, and the use of get-ready rooms, parking, tables, linens, chairs, flatware, glassware, and china. Wedding catering comes with servers and cake cutting, whereas house bartending starts with bartenders pouring house wines and spirits. This venue's team also offers further catering and bartending services as well as vendor referrals and the use of event rentals. Their inventory covers audio-visual equipment in addition to decor items, a photo booth back-drop, a dance floor, and more.

5 stars! We had an amazing wedding thanks to the staff at Evergreen and the beautiful grounds. We had the rehearsal dinner in The Bunker and had a traditional fish fry which was amazing. The atmosphere was great. The wedding day went off without a hitch. Dori is a great coordinator and made sure the day went off without a hitch. I would recommend reaching out to this venue if you have the opportunity.

This place was everything we wanted in a venue and more! Best part was Dori, the coordinator! She was kind, patient, and extremely hard working to make sure our wedding day was perfect!

Everything about this experience was A+. We had the best wedding day we could have ever hoped for and Dori (Wedding Coordinator) played a massive role in making that happen. Dori was flexible, communicated well and executed all of our plans. She emphasized making sure we were not stressed and that she would take care of any issues on the day of. There is a ton of stress and anxiety leading up to an event like this, and Dori surpassed all of our expectations. We shopped 10+ venues before choosing this one, they had the best deal around. Would highly recommend to any future brides and/or grooms!

Joyce was amazing. She made sure I had nothing to worry about. The day of the wedding I was super impressed with the staff. They went above and beyond to keep all of our guest happy!!

Great place to have a reception. Loved the open patio area- we used this for sparklers at night. The separate bar area was nice. With the different areas it was a little hard to gather people together for bouquet toss and garter toss. Servers also threw away all of my paper cranes that I folded when they cleared off the tables - not too happy about that. Overall nice place for the price. Joyce is very helpful!

Evergreen was an excellent choice for our wedding ceremony and reception. The wedding planner, Joyce, was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns quickly and effectively. We had hoped to have our ceremony outside, but were forced indoors with stormy weather. Everything went even smoother than I had hoped. We had such a great time at our wedding and so did all of our guests!

We had our reception at Evergreen Golf Club, and it was absolutely perfect! Lisa was a pleasure to work with, and very helpful throughout the planning process. The food was amazing, and the space was perfect for our group. It was also much more of a value price-wise than the other venues we looked at.

Evergreen was the perfect choice for a reception more on the casual side. The coordinator was more than helpful with setting up and taking down. The food was amazing and the bar choices exceeded our wishes. We got way more than what we paid for! Would recommend to all!

We had a very unique experience at Evergreen. We booked and planned our reception with a coordinator a year in advance. When we went to the bridal fair at the location I found out there was a new coordinator. No one contacted me or let me know. The new coordinator had so many issues and was not able to find our original paper work. I had to be very specific in my information when leaving anything to be set up ahead of time. The coordinator was very rude and was not helpful on the evening of the wedding. We had to practically hunt her down to get a broken glass cleaned up. They even told one of my bridesmaids to go to the kitch and grab a towel. I wasn't having it. The venue itself was perfect. The atmosphere is gorgeous and the window over looking the water feature is great in pictures. The location was great, we were very upset about the service and how we were treated. If we had not fallen in love with the location we would have cancelled when the new coordinator came.

It was a beautiful facility with lots of room. Since it was fairly new it was in great shape adn there was no sign of it being 'old'.;The staff is really difficult to work with and they seem to think they know more about your wedding than you. They are really stingent upon what they want for your wedding.
