It appeared the planner was working alone without adequate support staff, which likely contributed to these oversights. However, these were services explicitly contracted and paid for that weren't delivered, significantly impacting our wedding day experience. Communication was also challenging, with minimal updates during the planning process. While Christina was pleasant to work with initially, the execution fell significantly short of what was promised and paid for. If you're considering hiring this planner, I would recommend ensuring they have adequate support staff for your event and getting all promised services in writing with specific details.
