We came from Illinois and had no connections in San Diego, so Everlasting Events took care of literally everything when it came to the ceremony. All we had to do was pick the date/time, location, arch, and chairs and show up on the day. Kristi has excellent and consistent communication and made planning our ceremony easy peasy. From beautifully setting up all our decor (including tracking down an assistant with a food handling license to execute our very specific donut wall vision), keeping everyone on schedule, helping my mom do my bustle, quickly troubleshooting an acoustics issue during the reception, and making sure we always had a drink in hand if we needed one ... I could go on and on. To top it all off, not only is Kristi excellent at her job, but she is an absolute pleasure to work with. I would one zillion percent recommend Everlasting Events to anyone planning a wedding in San Diego.

The wedding and reception proceeded flawlessly, and Kristi gave me the greatest gift--which I was just able to enjoy my daughter's wedding without worrying about keeping track of things. I knew that Kristi was overseeing all the details of the day, and I trusted her to do so expertly. My daughter and her now-husband were very happy and enthusiastic about everything Kristi did to make their wedding so beautiful.

Planning can be overwhelming , but Kristi guided us every step of the way so we always knew what needed to be done and what was next. Kristi is willing and ready to offer up ideas and suggestions when needed, but is not pushy in any way. She has great relationships with other vendors as well. We ended up using most, if not all, of her preferred vendors and were extremely happy with all of them. When things come up, as they inevitably do, Kristi is calm under pressure and handles any emergencies with poise and grace. We had an issue with my wedding dress and Kristi had alternative solutions ready the same day. We got married in 2021, so Kristi also helped us navigato venue reopenings and COVID restrictions. If you’re thinking about hiring Everlasting Events, DO IT! I couldn’t recommend Kristi more highly. Saying she’s amazing is an understatement. 🩷

ro wedding package. I’m from the east coast so this was a destination wedding for me and my husband. We had never been to San Diego until the wedding. Kristi made this whole process stress free and simple! People would always ask me if I was stressed with wedding planning or if it was hard since it was a destination wedding and every time my answer was no, it has been such an easy process. Kristi is always available to answer any questions and responds to emails in a timely manner. I made some changes to the wedding package and she was very accommodating. She got all my details just right! Showing up on my wedding day and seeing the ceremony site all set up made us so full of joy. It was all perfect and exactly what I pictured! Our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without her and the vendors she works with.

From our fist meeting, Kristi attentively listened to my daughter's vision for her dream day, from reception location, decor, style, and "vibe", to appetizer, dinner and desert selections. Kristi assisted with vendor lists, contract reviews, conference calls and face to face meetings. She was available and very responsive for phone calls, emails, texts and in person meetings. At every stage of the planning, I felt Kristi owned the success of the event. She is meticulous with detail and dilligently followed up wilth all vendors and reception staff to ensure all parties understood and followed the timeline. Kristi attended the event working and coordinating like the conductor of an orchestra. Again, with great thanks to Kristi at Everlasting Events, the wedding event was an amazing success! 10/10

Getting married is stressful enough then add that it's across the country and you know no one out there it just addes to the stress of planning. When I tell you that Kristi took care of everything, she took care of EVERYTHING! From the first time I contacted her she responded instantly, throughout the process she responded to emails so quickly and had great communication with every conversation. She did not miss ANYTHING! Our wedding day turned out absolutely amazing and everything was beautifully decorated. The flowers we absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend her to anyone. nese Friendship Garden. Even though she was our month of coordinator, it felt like she planned out everything! There were details about weddings that we did not know about that she educated us on, such as some decoration ideas and reception traditions that we were happy we included. She took the time to get to know us, learn about our wedding vision, and even build upon our ideas. We already had our vendors set when we reached out to her and she communicated with all of them to make sure they were all on the same page along with an organized timeline of events for everyone. While we were planning together, she would let us know how long each event would take to make sure we would be able to fit them into the schedule or if there should be adjustments made to stay on track. She kept her line of communication open and had check-ins through emails and phone meetings. On our wedding day, Kristi made sure the timeline was flowing smoothly with clear directions for everyone. During cocktail hour, she brought me and my bridal party drinks and helped us bustle my dress while making sure none of us were going hungry. That is just one example of her thoughtfulness and kindness. We are so thankful and happy to have had her as our wedding coordinator! Not enough words can express how amazing she is. Our event has truly become everlasting thanks to her and her wonderful team!

For instance, my fiance liked the idea having the ceremony in a particular location followed by an immediate conversion into the reception area after the ceremony; Kristi calmly and kindly explained that this endeavor was harder than it looked and helped us brainstorm different options. She never once made my fiance or me feel that any of our ideas were trivial or stupid; she listened with excitement and spoke with encouragement while also knowing when and how to point out the pros and cons of pending decisions. She went above and beyond in every way possible: when it was clear that family drama was taking its toll on me, Kristi offered numerous times to be the point of contact for a certain family member so as to take stress away from me. I hope I did not take too much advantage of that as it felt like I was using her as a scapegoat. From engagement to leaving the reception, Kristi was patient and kind and was an absolute delight. Her capacity to keep all of the numerous details straight and to recall them instantly was mind-boggling and to boot, she did it all with a calm, unflappable demeanor. I don't think I will ever be able to thank her enough for all she did.
