cision making, and even sometimes just as someone to validate your ideas who you can trust. I felt like we were in good hands the whole time. I never had to think about anything the day of the wedding and I can't imagine how stressful everything would be without Beth. Thank you!

She went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly and she kept us on schedule! So much stress was relieved by working with her!
Working with Beth was amazing! She laid out every detail for me and helped immensely with my stress leading up to the wedding. She handled all of the vendors and the venue was set ...
up perfectly. Beth was a joy to work with and I could not recommend her more!
Our wedding was September 8th at the gardens of Woodstock, and we hired Kristen to be our day of wedding coordinator. Kristen first started out with a questionnaire to get an idea...
of what our wedding day would be like. She then gave us a link to her website called the aisle planner that is EXTREMELY helpful. Their system is VERY organized, and works great! Kristen had excellent communication with us via e-mail/text/phone, and at all of her meetings was extremely helpful with giving honest input on what would work or not work for our wedding. She created a timeline that was EXTREMELY detailed, and attached us to e-mails she sent to our vendors.
On the day of the wedding, Kristen made sure all of the vendors were there and helped coordinate where they needed to set up.
She brought an assistant to help her set up everything. She had reference pictures of exactly how I wanted everything set up, while I was getting ready in the bridal suite. She helped set up the cocktail hour building, updated me on how the tables were looking in the reception area, and showed me pictures asking if I liked how things were set up. Kristen made sure I had the rings, vows, marriage license, and distributed the envelopes with the tips for the vendors as well.
I had a lot of mental breakdowns! Kristen helped get me into my dress when one of my buttons popped off, and I was having a panic attack. She checked in on me often to make sure I was okay, and was great with communicating and coordinating with my bridal party. She made sure all of my signs for the wedding were put up. She dried off the bouquets before the bridesmaids held them, and pinned the guys' boutonnieres on. She coordinated everyone lining up, and made sure my dress was fluffed before going down the aisle.
After the ceremony was over, she moved all of my ceremony flowers and arranged them how I wanted them to look in the reception area. She moved items from the cocktail hour to the reception, and made sure they looked like the photos I attached in her aisle planner. She made sure we had food and drinks after the ceremony, AND helped coordinate the photography for the family photos.
When it came time for the reception. Kristen bustled my dress based upon the video we showed her. We really wanted to do an inflatable dinosaur entrance. Kristen helped us get into them and out of them for our grand entrance. She then helped teach us how to cut our cake, and helped move the cards/gifts to the van later on that night. WOW! Seriously, our ceremony/reception/ EVERYTHING looked absolutely incredible thanks to Kristen. She followed my pictures, and made it look even better than I imagined!
BY THE WAY. She ALSO has beautiful icicle backdrop lights you can rent from her from her package. We had a sweetheart table, and our table LOOKED INCREDIBLE with her lights behind us. Great for photos too!
There is only so much I can type here, but Kristen did SO much more on our wedding day AND rehearsal. Kristen is so incredibly detailed, kind, compassionate, and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND your expectations! Thank you so much Kristen for making our wedding day so special. We COULD NOT have done this without you! Seriously, hire her. You won't regret it.
The most valuable piece of advice we received during wedding planning was to hire a day of coordinator, pretty much everyone who has been recently wed will tell you the same thing ...
"we didn't think we really would need one, they turned out to be one of the most important and helpful vendors of the day" and I 100% agree. Working with Beth was wonderful and we wish we would have gotten her involved even earlier than we did because there were so many other things she could have helped with and advised us on. She was always available for our questions leading up to our wedding, met with us multiple times in person and over zoom to get things planned out, coordinated schedules with all our other vendors and ran the whole show flawlessly on the big day with the help of her talented daughter/assistant. Many people in our bridal party commented that it was the most organized wedding they'd ever been a part of and that credit is all due to Beth and the team at Everlasting Impressions, because my husband and I truly did not know what we were doing. The long and short of it, you do need a wedding coordinator and the one you want is Beth.
From our very first conversation with Beth, we knew she was the best choice for day of coordination! She was so positive, organized and helpful. I truly could not have pulled this ...
wedding off without her. She took so much stress out of my day I was able to relax and know everything was in great hands! She is so accomodating and willing to make your vision come to life. This team goes above and beyond just one day of helping. I cannot recommend Beth enough. Kristen supplied backdrop decor for us and our reception looked magical. Look no further, book this team!!!
Hands down best decision we made for our wedding was to hire Beth as our coordinator. She was so organized, helped make the day go smoothly. Anything that went went wrong she fixed...
(groomsman lost a flower on boutonnière right before ceremony and she found a perfect fake one to replace it with, never knew until day after when I was told... Thank you Beth!). She would meet with us multiple times months out and answer any questions I had. She took my dream wedding vision and made it a reality! She helped make our day so special and memorable, my husband and I cannot thank her enough!
Kristen literally has a 5-star rating FOR A REASON. I am thankful to have found her because her wedding planning expertise was greatly appreciated. We worked together for 1.5 years...
and we had regular meetings and open communication. She knew of all the struggles I was dealing with and always made me feel better no matter the situation. My wedding day was an absolute hit and if there was something that was going wrong in the background I literally had no idea! I received so many compliments that my wedding was amazing and I couldn't agree more! It was truly beautiful and it was streamlined and the vendors on her list really outdid themselves. I'm extremely happy with her service and obviously, I highly recommend her. She made my wedding day dreams come true!

eople tell you that hiring a Day Of Coordinator is the best money you will spend on your wedding, BELIEVE THEM. Beth and her assistant kept us and our families relaxed all day and allowed us to soak in every moment without stressing about something going wrong. When the late night food didn't show up on time, Beth figured it out without a blink of an eye. Truly, cannot say enough wonderful things about this team of coordinators. Thank you!!!!
Everyone told me to hire a day of wedding coordinator, so we decided to do so, but didn't truly understand how vital a wedding coordinator is to make your wedding day run smoothly!...
The BEST money my now husband and I spent on our wedding was hiring Kristen as our day of coordinator. She is FANTASTIC! The whole wedding day, from getting ready to the dance floor opening up, was a success because of her.
She even went above and beyond the call of duty! I needed feminine hygiene pads last second and, since no one had any, she had Beth (her coworker) pick up the exact brand I liked so I could have a comfortable wedding day.
Kristen and Beth also decorated our reception space and I started crying after walking in the room. It was EXACTLY what we had envisioned! If you give Kristen and Beth all the information they need, I guarantee you it will be better than you ever expected.
Be sure to hire Kristen for your wedding!

ould not thank her enough! I was able to enjoy my wedding day stress free all thanks to her! Kristen is so sweet and was always willing to help me with vendors leading to my wedding day as well as the day of. Thank you Kristen! :)

day. On the day of the wedding, things went PERFECTLY! She was able to help everyone stay on schedule and we truly would not have been able to do it without her. My husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of our wedding which was huge! We were able to sit back and soak it all in. Not only is Kristen amazing at what she does, she's also a great human being and so fun to be around! She made me feel so comfortable and I would 100000% recommending using Everlasting Impressions.

with so much more before the wedding day. Kristen is also the sweetest person, and she is incredibly organized and thorough. Kristen truly was the reason our wedding day ran seamlessly.

w's wedding last summer, we knew we needed them for our big day too. Beth is so well organized, patient, kind, and fun to work with. She took so much stress off our plates, especially in the few weeks leading up to the wedding. She made sure every detail was exactly how we wanted it. She reached out to all of our vendors before the wedding to finalize any details with them and answer any of their questions. We are so lucky to have had Beth help us and give us the most perfect wedding.

le have weddings without Beth? Beth made every single part of our day seamless. She made sure everything was set up like we wanted it to be; she made sure people were in the right place at the right time. Every little detail was taken care of. She created a very detailed itinerary to keep other vendors on track, but for us it felt like a carefree day and we were not stressed at all. I cannot recommend Beth and the Everlasting Impressions team enough and highly encourage you to book them early.
KRISTEN IS INCREDIBLE- BOOK HER NOW! Kristen was by far our best decision of our whole wedding planning process. She made the chaos and frustration of planning a wedding easier and...
more enjoyable. She kept me organized and thought of every detail. Not to mention, she is so incredibly sweet! Our wedding day would have been a mess if it weren’t for her. We received so many compliments from our wedding party on how professional and amazing Kristen was to have with us. She made my vision of my wedding come to life and everything was perfect! She constantly checked in with us and made sure not only us, but everyone in attendance had what they needed and were having a good time. I’m genuinely going to miss our meetings and email exchanges. Book now!!!

ves and they go above and beyond for their couples. Everlasting Impressions-Events is welcome at Hotel Baker at any time
Where do I even begin with a company and coordinator this incredible? Let me start by saying that I am beyond "Type A" and consider myself a perfectionist with very high standards....
Kristen exceeded my expectations in every way possible. She was consistently organized, thorough and detail-oriented. She was such an incredible resource throughout our entire planning process and made sure we were right on schedule with our planning timeline. The online portal feature they offer is incredible to keep yourself organized and to share vital information with the team. Kristen took so much stress off my shoulders the weeks leading up to the wedding by not only creating out day-of timeline, but also confirming final details and timelines with all of our vendors. She asked questions and details that I never would have thought of. When it came to the wedding day, she made everything run so smoothly. I never worried about a single thing because I was confident Kristen and Beth could handle anything thrown their way. When I told people I had a timeline for the day, many were skeptical and laughed, telling me that timelines go out the window the day of the wedding. I knew that wouldn't be the case with EverLasting Impressions on my side and I was absolutely right. The day ran like clockwork without me ever having to look at a clock. Honestly, I don't think I ever knew what time it was from 9am to 12am yet the day ran perfectly according to schedule, all thanks to Kristen and Beth. Any small hiccups along the way were seamlessly handled without me ever knowing about it. The only downfall of working with Kristen is that you are going to miss talking to her every day once the wedding is over - though I am guilty of still messaging her regularly!! She is not only an amazing coordinator, but also an amazing person. Booking with the EverLasting Impressions team was the best wedding decision we made and one that I would make again and again!
There are no words to describe how amazing Kristen is at her job and as a person in general. She kept us on track with planning. She knew what questions to ask and what information...
was needed. She is quick to reply and always willing to work through the kinks. She is always smiling and in a good mood. She was able to make our vision become a reality. We would recommend her to anyone.
Look no further if your reading this review it means you’ve found one of the best planners/coordinators there is!

referral from my amazing DJ (Oliver, Entourage Mobile), knowing he wouldn’t steer me wrong!
I am so organized myself so Oliver knew I needed a company that could keep up! Everlasting impressions did just that.
After my first meeting all my fears of the horror stories I’ve heard about different companies people have hired where put to rest.
The first meeting was so detailed in what to expect.
All my emails and phone calls where ALWAYS addressed promptly. They took care of more than I expected them to making my planning and day of so easy!
I plan events myself so I know the many little things can add up fast. Hiring Everlasting Impressions is a must for any big event that you have a large guest list or multiple vendors. It’s so nice to have 1 company to coordinate the rest of your vendors. They also follow up with you making sure no stone is left unturned.
They went above and beyond my expectations!
If your still reading this, then it’s time you reach out to them already! HAPPY PLANNING !

Cannot rave enough about Kristen – we would have been lost without her help! She went so above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly, and made herself so available to guide ...
us throughout the entire wedding planning process. We (and many of our guests) were so blown away by how well she was able to wrangle/organize an enormous bridal party and so many vendors from the rehearsal through the wedding day. Kristen went out of her way to advise us on things we hadn’t even considered and we are SO appreciative. We are truly going to miss working with her and are already highly recommending her to all our family and friends.
How does anyone ever plan and go through the day of a wedding without Kristen & Beth?! They were truly an essential part of our planning process and day. As our original wedding wa...
s supposed to be during COVID, Kristen was super accommodating of us with figuring out a new date, steering us in the right directions with any decisions we weren’t sure of, keeping ourselves organized, and making sure everything went smoothly the day of. There are SO many logistics that I didn’t even know about and didn’t even have to think about the day of because Kristen & Beth had our backs. We did not plan on having a day of coordinator from the very beginning (we were clueless and crazy), but looking back now, we don’t know how we would have done it without them. We don’t know how they do what they do so thoroughly, efficiently and enthusiastically. When we had minor hiccups throughout the day (I forgot the groom’s ring, florist was late, etc.), Kristen and Beth handled the situations so calmly and seamlessly behind the scenes. Throughout the entire wedding day they were always smiling faces, while also being the timekeepers we needed. We were sad when the wedding was over, not only because it was the best day, but also because we had to say goodbye to Kristen & Beth. We can’t express our gratitude enough!

rocess. She was diligent with answering any questions that we had, she was very professional, and very organized. She reached out to all of our vendors and went through all of our contracts and provided her expertise whenever we needed her guidance. Our wedding day at the Monte Bello ran perfectly without any hiccups and she made everything run as smooth as can be. It was worth every penny.

her team did an amazing job making sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding and she really listened to my and my husbands vision. Kristen made sure to stay in touch with us during wedding planning and if we had questions she was right there to assist. I highly recommend Kristen! do it all by myself but I am so grateful we found Everlasting Impressions Events! Kristen helped us make important decisions and helped us make our timeline and general flow of our wedding weekend. She helped us with details we didn’t even think of! Thanks to Kristen and Beth, our wedding went off without a hitch and everyone got where they needed to be on time and vendors knew where to go and what do to, I did not have to worry about a thing! Kristen stayed through the night and helped us with cleanup and went out of her way to make sure we could enjoy the night without any worries. I highly recommend Kristen to any couples planning a wedding, especially those who think they can do it all by themselves-trust me, you need her!
Kristen was phenomenal from start to end. We found her after a previously failed planner, and I am so glad we did. There were so many things I would have never thought to consider,...

what works well at our venue (Gardens of Woodstock) and weddings in general was incredibly valuable. Even through pandemic planning, she was positive, supportive, and realistic. Our wedding party and families felt perfectly rehearsed and prepared thanks to her itinerary and level of detail. Day-of, she was attentive, professional, and instrumental in keeping it a seamless event. I can't thank her enough for such a smooth wedding day!

was hesitant to add yet another large bill to the already huge wedding bill but it was seriously the best money I spent out of the whole experience! Kristen and her team are amazing! I am a type-A, OCD, just end up doing things myself kind of person and with Kristen's help I didn't have to worry about a single thing! She is very detailed which helped me rest easy. I 100% recommend Kristen and her team to make sure your wedding day is flawless!
We had our wedding this past August and I could not have survived without Kristen and Jessica! They always responded promptly to my emails, set everything up so beautifully, draped...
our tent and ceremony pergola so beautifully, and wrangled everyone in during photos and introductions. They even ran our rehearsal which was another stress free moment and picked up all our decorations that night so I literally had a stress free wedding day and rehearsal. They took care of everything with as much care as one would hope. They even brought us some food during cocktail hour while we were busy taking pictures. Because of them I got to wake up on my wedding day and just get pampered and relax with all my ladies instead of running around setting stuff up. If you are getting married, book them you won’t regret it!
I had stumbled upon Everlasting Impressions - Kristen thru the Gardens of Woodstock. I really was looking forward to having Kristen help with all the major decor for our reception....
In order to work with Kristen for decor, part of the package is her coordination, with three different proposals for different amounts of coordination. At first I wasn’t sure I needed a coordinator since I had most of my major planning already completed. Boy am I SO glad I was able to work with Kristen. She literally knows it all about weddings and has such a passion to make your day special. I remember the first time we had spoke she was very polite, professional and personable, which is refreshing in this world. She really wants to make sure everything is perfect and the way you imagined. I highly recommend Everlasting Impressions to help not only with beautiful decor, but her amazing planning skills and effectiveness really made her someone to add by your side! My wedding day was 100% stress free :)

ether. We hired her to help with consulting, to attend various vendor meetings and as our day-of wedding coordinator to help with all of the logistics of the wedding weekend. She is upbeat and so organized. She did a wonderful job keeping me organized and making sure that all the details on our timeline were in order and ready to go. She was instrumental in helping us find our florist and the person who did our invitations, both of which did a beautiful job. Kristen was reliable, knowledgeable, kind, helpful and resourceful. She made sure that all the little details of our wedding were in order and just beautiful! Our entire day ran smoothly and stress-free for us, we truly were able to enjoy every minute of our day. We will always be grateful for that. Thanks to Kristen, we had the amazing wedding we were hoping for and our family still talks about our day. We highly recommend EverLasting Impressions! Kristen is the best!!
Jessica was able to help my mother and I keep our stress down leading up to, and on the day of my wedding. She always asked great inquisitive questions, helped with knowing what is...
needed, what is typical and what really works best for the flow of a wedding. Definitely listen and use her advice because it will pay off! The day of we had both Kristen and Jessica helping out, and they took my ceremony decorations vision and made it 10,000 time better than what I could have imagined. After that they helped with guests questions, vendor questions, and making sure I had what I needed at all times. Most importantly they helped with the after math of when the wedding was over, this was an additional cost but so worth it! My husband and I were able to get on the bus with all of our parents, and all of our other guests and go back to the hotel which made the ending to our wedding even better!
I did not originally plan on hiring a wedding coordinator but as soon as I met Kristen, I knew that I needed her! I originally met with her to talk about possible decorations at my...
wedding, but I quickly realized that what I needed was her coordination package. Even though it was described as "day of" coordination, it was SO much more. We met with Kristen several times to go over every detail of our day and emailed constantly. I never felt like she was too busy for me, in fact, I had no idea she was working on multiple weddings the same weekend as mine, she made me feel like my wedding was the only thing on her mind. At the rehearsal is when I really realized how important she was to our day...I have a very large family, plus my whole wedding party, which can be difficult to get that many people organized but Kristen clearly knows what she is doing and got everyone in line to get through the rehearsal quickly. She put together a seven page itinerary for our day, down to the minute of when everything was going to happen and then made sure it did! As far as set up for the wedding, I don't know what we would have done without her and her team. I gave her so many boxes of decorations and while some things I had a clear vision for, other things I just told her to just use what she wanted to make it look nice and she went BEYOND what my vision was and made everything look PERFECT. I honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and I know it would not have happened without her. I will be recommending her services to everyone I know getting married because every bride should have a Kristen making sure her day is perfect. Thank you again!

ics of the wedding weekend. Thanks to Jessica, our wedding was perfect! She was instrumental in handling all the details of our rehearsal and wedding day and completely took all of the stress off of us so that we could really enjoy our big day. She was even very helpful throughout the wedding planning process, providing a very detailed to-do list with frequent check-in emails/reminders to make sure we were staying on track with our wedding timeline. If you want to be stress-free on your wedding day, you can absolutely trust Jessica and the rest of the team at EverLasting Impressions to make sure your wedding is the best day of your life. I honestly cannot recommend them enough - thank you for everything!!
Kristen's amazing! We fell in love with her during our initial meeting and booked her planning package right away! She guided me every step of the way, and sent me reminders of due...
dates and must dos. She also ensured that vendors were on time during the wedding day. Our bridal party, family, and friends, commended how smooth our timeline was, and how everything was perfect. Kristen truly put all of our vision together, and made my wedding Pinterest board come to life!
On a side note, we lost my father in law before our wedding, and Kristen suggested ways that we could honor him during our day. We appreciate her so much for that.
We will miss working with her! My husband and I are so grateful for everything that she did.
Kristen was fantastic to work with! We hired Everlasting Impressions as our day-of coordinator and are incredibly grateful for all their work. Being a very hands-on bride, I needed...
someone I could trust to ensure our plans were executed and our day went smoothly, and Kristen was able to exceed our expectations. I didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day and was truly able to enjoy it with my now husband. It was truly a pleasure working with Kristen and I highly recommend Everlasting Impressions.

sed the day of knowing someone else was there to worry about the timeline and deal with any problems that may have come our way. I also has a million personal touches/decor for our venue, and Kristen and her team executed them all perfectly! I highly recommend Kristen and Everlasting Impressions!
When you don’t want to worry about a thing on your wedding day, let someone else do it for you. And make sure that person is Kristen Milano, owner of Everlasting Impressions Events...
!
While we did majority of the planning ourselves, we wanted (and needed!) a lot of help on our wedding day. I can be pretty Type A when it comes to parties and perfection, and we didn’t want to worry about a thing on our big day. Our photographer recommended Kristen, and we were more than impressed with her work ethic and professionalism. And her fun personality is a big plus too!
From every meeting to every phone call and email, Kristen handled all questions and day-of planning with ease. She asks clients to fill out a specific web-based “wedding planner” to give her all the pertinent information regarding venues, vendors, the guest list, etc. And she checks in to make sure you’re getting it done. Because, let’s face it, procrastinating is easy. To be honest, I wrote this review along time ago and kept forgetting post it – and it’s way overdue.
Once Kristen had all the information she needed, she created a detailed timeline of the day and helped us stick to the plan. She attended our rehearsal and made sure the bridal party had copies of the day-of itinerary. Once the day came, she made sure everything ran smoothly.
From getting both groups (at the bride’s mother’s house and the groom’s mother’s house) to the church on time to getting through all the post-wedding photography on time to making sure dinner/speeches/the first dance and more went off without a hitch, Kristen and her associate Sophie took such great care of us. They also made sure my new husband and I had plenty of appetizers and food, because it’s easy to forget to even get anything in your stomach with all that happens on your wedding day.
Something else we will be forever grateful for is that she helped us with the setups. For example, at the church Kristen and Sophie made sure the programs were accounted for and handed out. At the reception venue, they did even more. The night before the wedding, I dropped off a bunch of items at the venue for a memory table, an escort card table, a selfie station, a digital slide show, and a portable air hockey table. I sent Kristen pictures of how I wanted each table set up, and she and Sophie worked their magic and made everything happen on our wedding day, and made them look even better than we imagined. We also had given her table numbers and wedding favors for every seat, and everything was perfectly placed.
We couldn’t be happier we chose to work with Everlasting Impressions Events. Kristen is a bride’s dream, and her associate Sophie was also very helpful. We highly recommend working with her whether you need some help on your big day or you need someone to hold your hand throughout the entire planning process. Her services are worth every penny, and she will make your wedding day dreams come true!
How do you write a review for someone who single-handedly made your wedding the prettiest, least stressful, most enjoyable day you have ever had?? Kristen is a goddess. Right away ...
we knew she was the right fit for us. She took the time to get to know us before we contracted, so both sides knew what they were getting into. We picked the Full Planning Package, and that allowed us to occasionally get distracted by buying a house and major job changes without worrying that we were losing track of our wedding checklist and timetable. We met frequently and every time I came away feeling more and more prepared for the day. She brought things up I wouldn't have even considered, she helped give advice but never pushed. On the day of the wedding I didn't have to think about anything but what was happening in the moment. A truly precious gift. Kristen and her assistant really went above and beyond. The day truly felt like us. Thank you Kristen for being a rock for us throughout everything!! If you aren't sure if a planner is in your budget, let me tell you that NOT having Kristen would have been a disaster and we couldn't afford to NOT have her brilliant mind and kind soul working for that one beautiful day. (PS- sorry I didn't eat enough dinner even though you Specifically made time for me to!! lol, SO EXCITED!) LOVE YOU KRISTEN!

She provided our bridal party and family with a detailed agenda for the wedding so everyone knew where they needed to be and when. The entire day ran so smoothly. The bridal party was on time to everything and I got to relax and enjoy the day. I highly recommend Kristen. She is the best!
