I've always had a deep passion for organizing and planning which is why I decided to start my own Wedding Planning/Special Events business. I have experience with a variety of budgets and styles. We love working with clients and their loved ones and getting to know them and forming lifelong relationships, even after their big day.

We met Jackie and Madison at the NC Bridal and Wedding Expo in Raleigh in 2023. My daughter's wedding day was November of this year, 2024. From the very moment we met them, it was 100% authenticity, practicality, a smart approach, kindness, and just enough edge required to pull off an event of such importance. As we selected them and continued our journey together, the level of communication, organization, attention to detail, and their ability to advocate with professionalism were ever-present as their creative
ideas just flowed with each circumstance we encountered. Jackie and Madison were made for planning with families/individuals in preparing and experiencing the activities associated with one of the most important decisions ever made in life...marriage. Jackie was resourceful, stayed connected, guided along the way, and on the days of the rehearsal and of the wedding, both she and Madison worked tirelessly to create beautiful, "everlasting moments" for my daughter and her new husband to remember. They filtered the obstacles, and
stood in the gap to ensure the wishes and dreams of the bride and groom for that day were met. That was the most important. There is so much more we could say to endorse Everlasting Moments, but you can clearly read that hiring Jackie and Madison to plan and see through to the success of your wedding or any event is an investment worth making, as they invest in you! They are now family!
Jackie was a huge help and great to work with! She answered our hundreds of questions leading up to the wedding and was happy to meet with us and our venue multiple times. She has a great inventory of items that are available to use as well as a lot of good ideas. It was extremely helpful that she coordinated with our vendors and sent them timelines and details. She was very patient with any changes we wanted to make and with us making decisions. Jackie and Madison are great at making your vision come to life and making sure your day is everything you want it to be!
Words cannot express how wonderful Jackie was for my July 6th wedding. I was a bride under many stressors dealing mostly with the fragile health of family members, on my side and my husbands. Jackie understood and empathized with my stress and knew plans could suddenly change. She was beyond patient, comforting, reassuring and detailed plus prepared. I couldn't ask for more. She truly has a passion for her work and who she's working for. It was her personal special touches, words and ideas that made my wedding so wonderful. She truly takes care of her bride and groom throughout the entire process. Jackie is the ultimate "wedding planner". Tim and I will always cherish how special she made us, and all our guests feel on the big day.

Jackie was a dream come true to work with! She met with us mulitple times leading up to the wedding. She made sure to have a timeline set for us to follow as the wedding date quickly approached. I needed the gentle guidance and reminders to stay on top of deadlines, vendors and myself. She also helped us find our caterer, makeup artist and DJ! She did the majority of communication and corridination with all of our vendors, I didnt have to think twice about it. Jackie also let us use items from her huge inventory including centerpieces, decoration and frames that helped keep us in our budget. She made a wonderful slideshow of our photos for the reception, all of our signs and a beautiful memorial table for our loved ones. If you want someone to be your best advocate and who truly loves what they do, I HIGHLY recommend working with Jackie!!
My husband and I had planned on running our wedding on our own, naively thinking "how hard could it be?". After months and months of preparation we came to the conclusion that it was just too big of an undertaking to do on our own if we wanted to enjoy our wedding day. There were just too many things to delegate and I pictured us running around stressing on the day of our wedding instead of participating in it. We decided to give a wedding planner a try and let me tell you, it was the absolute best decision we made! Jackie was such a huge help and made the prospect of our wedding enjoyable again! She took the jumbled mess of a plan we had started and ironed out the fine details. I mean it when I say that we could not have had the wedding of our dreams without Jackie's help. It was a beautiful event that we will remember forever and I would not change a single thing. She treated us like family and we are so very grateful for her!! If you are questioning whether or not you need Jackie's help, let me be the first to tell you... you do!
Jackie Gilson coordinated our son, and daughter-in-laws wedding, which was held this past weekend at our family farm. Jackie did an outstanding job in facilitating all aspects of the wedding! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and she was on top of every detail in preparation of the event, and throughout wedding and reception! Jackie enabled us to relax and enjoy the day with family and friends as she took charge of things as if it were her own families event! Each of the vendors for the wedding; set up team, photographer, food provider, band, etc., and family and friends in attendance, all commentated on her facilitation skills and professional approach to coordinate things in a fluid fashion! If you want to have peace of mind that your event will be managed at the highest level, you need Jackie’s leadership at the helm!
As an established catering company we only work with the BEST. Jackie is eloquent in her approach and style, working so hard for her clients, beyond what we could ever ask for. She reaches out with constant communication from helping her bride find vendors, including pricing and whatever they need in a timely fashion. Her responses are spot on while working on their details. All of our managers know her by name when we mention her, and we’ve built an amazing relationship with her company. Vendors in the wedding industry must support each other to accomplish exemplary results for a great wedding day, and that’s exactly what Jackie represents. We recommend her all day, every day and beyond.
I want to brag on our wedding coordinator - Jackie Gilson with Everlasting Moments! Jackie saved us in the last week before our wedding. We hired her a week before our wedding because we contractually were required to have a day of coordinator for our venue.
Hiring her was the BEST DECISION we made while planning for our wedding! In fact, I told my husband my only regret is that I wished we had hired her sooner. In the week of our wedding, we had several issues with our venue that Jackie handled. I am so grateful we had her as both my husband and I are attorneys, and we didn’t have the time to handle last minute items.
Then, when I thought she couldn’t get any better, she absolutely crushed it on our wedding day!! She handled everything from set up to tear down along with everything in between. She is kind, funny, and so easy to work with. Her daughter also came and she couldn’t have been any better! Jackie’s daughter helped coordinate, took pictures, and professionally handled all requests. I couldn’t speak more highly of Jackie and her daughter - Jackie should be your go-to girl for ANY event!
Jackie is wonderful and a joy to work with!! She communicated very well with our onsite manager and staff. She made the day absolutely beautiful and easy. We would recommend her services to anyone planning a wedding!
My husband and I attended the wedding of our friend’s granddaughter. It was beautiful and flawless from beginning to end! The wedding planner, Jackie Gilson from Everlasting Moments, did a wonderful job! Very special ceremony, beautiful decorations and so many special moments! It was one of the most memorable weddings we’ve attended!
I worked with Jackie in November 2022. I was the photographer for the wedding she was planning. Jackie answered all my questions promptly and helped plan our photography timeline with her client and me. She was a pleasure to work with on the day of the wedding. Everything was perfect. The planning and wedding details were beautifully done.
I came to Jackie with the near impossible task of planning a wedding in 3 SHORT MONTHS!! And let me tell you, it would not have happened or been as perfect as it was without her! On top of a short wedding notice, we went the unconventional route of having it at an animal sanctuary. So there were alot of modifications from a normal wedding and she had to think about all the extra things you wouldn't normally worry about for a wedding. And I'll be honest, all I had to do was tell her what I wanted and envisioned and our list of guests. She took care of EVERYTHING like she's been doing it her whole life, which was a huge help because at the time we had a 5 month old with little free time to plan. It truly was a perfect day and I wish it lasted longer, it was so much fun. I had minimal stress compared to every other person I know that has gotten married and planning a wedding.
