highly organized, and clearly experienced. After our first conversation, we didn’t feel the need to interview anyone else. Randy checked every single box we had and then some. His calm confidence and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind about the music and vibe of our day.
When we mentioned we were struggling to find the right day-of wedding coordinator, Randy suggested his wife, Jodi, could help. From our very first conversation with her, we knew she was a great fit. What we didn’t realize at the time was just how exceptional she would be.
There are average day-of coordinators, and then there is Jodi Leichman. She didn’t just coordinate our wedding. She elevated the entire experience. Jodi was attentive, proactive, and incredibly thoughtful in ways we never expected. She anticipated things before they even happened. That is the true sign of an experienced and outstanding day-of coordinator. We are so impressed.
She was constantly present without ever being intrusive or stepping on anyone’s toes. She made our special day feel effortless and seamless so we could truly be present and enjoy every moment. Our guests even noticed how on top of everything she was. One guest mentioned having a headache, and before we knew it, Jodi had discreetly brought them Advil. When my daughter kicked off her shoes on the dance floor, I turned around to find a spot for them only to see Jodi already reaching out with open hands to take care of them for me. These small but meaningful gestures made such a big difference.
Randy and Jodi are super connected in the wedding business and have quality referrals for every need. They referred us to Folchi’s for tux rentals and connected us with our wonderful officiant. Honestly, our wedding was elevated beyond our imagination because of Randy and Jodi.
Thanks to this amazing husband-and-wife team, our wedding was not only beautifully executed but truly memorable. Randy handled the music and energy perfectly, while Jodi made sure every detail behind the scenes was taken care of with grace and care. We couldn’t recommend Everlasting Sounds more highly. e us feel confident. Randy was wonderful to meet with—he explained the process clearly and took the time to understand our vision. Even though the pricing was a bit higher, we felt it was worth it for the peace of mind.
Leading up to the wedding, they were thorough in reviewing our timeline, music preferences, and all the little details. On the big day, our coordinator Hayley Yorgen was absolutely amazing—she kept everything moving, communicated timeline updates clearly, handled any issues behind the scenes, and even brought us drinks during photos. Her energy was calm, upbeat, and exactly what we needed.
We were a bit let down by our DJ experience. The majority our desired music was included, but some key requests weren’t followed—like playing specific songs for family members or starting/ending at certain points in songs (our cake-cutting song, for example, didn’t start where we’d asked). We also had a detailed must-play list for dancing, and while some songs were included, many didn’t make it, and other songs were added. To be fair, we were running behind schedule due to photos, so time was tight. That said, the DJ played many songs in full, which slowed down the flow, and the dance floor didn’t stay as active as we had hoped.
Still, we feel Everlasting Sounds is a solid company overall, and we’re so grateful we chose them—especially for coordination. If you’re booking their DJ services, just make sure to communicate clearly about your expectations and vibe to ensure the right fit for your day.

Randy was the perfect DJ—professional, fun, and completely in tune with the vibe we were going for. The music throughout the day was flawless, from the ceremony to the last song of the night, and he kept the energy on the dance floor going strong. So many of our guests told us how great the music was, and we couldn’t agree more.
At the same time, Alexia was working behind the scenes making sure everything was perfect. She kept everything running smoothly, handled the timeline and allowed us to fully enjoy the day without stressing about anything. Honestly, the day wouldn’t have gone nearly as smoothly without her.

Jessica's coordination made the whole night run super smoothly. When our venue coordinator wasn't taking charge, Jessica stepped up and directed everything. We couldn't have asked for better service.
Scott's MC and DJing was phenomenal. We got so many compliments from our guests, and no one wanted to stop dancing at the end of the night. Scott listened to all of our music wants and needs, and took on the challenge of sneaking in random sound bites from our favorite shows and movies throughout the night.

She invited us to come and visit their booth for Everlasting Sounds at the wedding show we planned to attend and we are so glad we did because she then introduced us to our photography company. One of the DJ’s at EL is also a photographer and Jessica was happy to make the introduction. She is so personable and really cares about you as a couple. Jessica was our emcee for our wedding day and Scott was our DJ. Due to factors outside of everyone’s control - there was a wreck that stopped traffic and caused all of our vendors to arrive later than expected. As soon as Jessica and Scott arrived, they immediately jumped in and offered help wherever needed aside from their duties. Jessica helped with the timing of walking down the aisle and keeping the night on schedule. Scott ensured that the environment was kept happy and light. Everyone was on the dance floor - from small children to our elderly grandparents. He kept the vibing going and knew just when to change songs. They go above and beyond to ensure the happiness of the bride and groom. They even took the role of photographer after our regular coverage had ended for the night. I cannot recommend these two enough!

The day of our wedding Jessica and Scott made sure of their promises. We were able to meet with Kevin and Jessica prior to our wedding to go over specifics regarding the music and vibe of our wedding. They were very receptive of our vision and really took the time to get to know us. We could then add and modify our playlists as well as directly communicate with Kevin and Jessica about timeline for the evening. I felt we were pretty specific with our "do not play" list because we did not want almost all of the "typical" wedding songs and we felt so heard by Kevin and Jessica. They were so professional, always took the time to check in on us to see if we needed anything, and made sure the night ran smoothly. Kevin was very active in that he did not just hit "play" and let the whole song run. He was very observant of our crowd and did a lot of "mixing" to keep everyone interested. The dance floor was full all night, which is exactly what we wanted for our wedding reception! They went above and beyond our expectations and if we could give a 10 out of 5, we would!! They were so responsive and supportive in both the planning process and on our day. 10/10 recommend. They will have your guests on the dance floor all night!

the wedding was so informative and they took down all the details from start to finish of our day to make sure everything went as smooth as possible! Jessica helped manage little things throughout the day that didn’t have anything to do with music but was an absolute gem when things got hectic!
