Our ceremony audio was clear and went off without a hitch. Once the party started, Scott expertly and creatively mixed the specific songs we asked for into tracks we hadn't requested but that fit perfectly, and he kept the floor full all night. He got every generation up and dancing. The lighting he set up looked great outdoors and the sound was excellent the whole time. Alexia stayed on top of every detail and kept the night running smoothly from start to finish. Both of them were professional every step of the way. Everlasting Sounds gave us exactly the night we hoped for. Highly recommend.

One example: my dad told me after how great Randy was for taking the time to sit down with him prior to the toasts, telling him what to expect, the order of the speeches, etc. (this meant a lot to him as he doesn’t particularly enjoy public speaking) They spent the time to get to know us as a couple in our meetings prior to the wedding, understanding our vibe and our vision for the day. They were also so helpful in laying out our order of events (such as toasts, cake cutting, dances, etc.) and sharing advice when we were unsure about what to include in the day. When we mentioned we were struggling to find the right day-of wedding coordinator, Randy suggested his wife, Jodi, could help. From our very first conversation with her, we knew she was a great fit. What we didn’t realize at the time was just how exceptional she would be. There are average day-of coordinators, and then there is Jodi Leichman. She didn’t just coordinate our wedding. She elevated the entire experience. Jodi was attentive, proactive, and incredibly thoughtful in ways we never expected. She anticipated things before they even happened. That is the true sign of an experienced and outstanding day-of coordinator. We are so impressed. She was constantly present without ever being intrusive or stepping on anyone’s toes. She made our special day feel effortless and seamless so we could truly be present and enjoy every moment. Our guests even noticed how on top of everything she was. One guest mentioned having a headache, and before we knew it, Jodi had discreetly brought them Advil. When my daughter kicked off her shoes on the dance floor, I turned around to find a spot for them only to see Jodi already reaching out with open hands to take care of them for me. These small but meaningful gestures made such a big difference. Randy and Jodi are super connected in the wedding business and have quality referrals for every need. They referred us to Folchi’s for tux rentals and connected us with our wonderful officiant. Honestly, our wedding was elevated beyond our imagination because of Randy and Jodi. Thanks to this amazing husband-and-wife team, our wedding was not only beautifully executed but truly memorable. Randy handled the music and energy perfectly, while Jodi made sure every detail behind the scenes was taken care of with grace and care. We couldn’t recommend Everlasting Sounds more highly. We would recommend Randy and Jodi to all of our family and friends who are in need of a DJ and day-of coordinator. Even though the pricing was a bit higher, we felt it was worth it for the peace of mind. Leading up to the wedding, they were thorough in reviewing our timeline, music preferences, and all the little details. On the big day, our coordinator Hayley Yorgen was absolutely amazing—she kept everything moving, communicated timeline updates clearly, handled any issues behind the scenes, and even brought us drinks during photos. Her energy was calm, upbeat, and exactly what we needed. We were a bit let down by our DJ experience. The majority our desired music was included, but some key requests weren’t followed—like playing specific songs for family members or starting/ending at certain points in songs (our cake-cutting song, for example, didn’t start where we’d asked). We also had a detailed must-play list for dancing, and while some songs were included, many didn’t make it, and other songs were added. To be fair, we were running behind schedule due to photos, so time was tight. That said, the DJ played many songs in full, which slowed down the flow, and the dance floor didn’t stay as active as we had hoped. Still, we feel Everlasting Sounds is a solid company overall, and we’re so grateful we chose them—especially for coordination. If you’re booking their DJ services, just make sure to communicate clearly about your expectations and vibe to ensure the right fit for your day.
