Hi, We are Reggie and Gertrudis Easterling, owners of Evermore Events. We have been happily married for 12 years and have two wonderful boys: Brayden (10) and Braxten (6). Reggie has been in law enforcement for the last 13 years and I was a middle school counselor for the past 10 years. In both of our professions, we have come in contact with people when they were experiencing some of their most difficult times. Evermore Events, gives us the opportunity to change that narrative and be part of people's happiest days.

eate an event that truly feels like you. The team is amazing - communicative, understanding, and just genuinely good people. We really loved the two-floor options and our guests did too. While folks were dancing upstairs, others could relax and socialize downstairs. They offer a variety of packages and add-on which is so helpful, but we also never felt pressured to spend more than we were comfortable with. We chose to add on the bar and food serving packages, which helped things to run smoothly. We did not choose to add the decor package, but that was an option and their decor room is aMaZiNg! Thank you Evermore!

e since then. Watching the space grow and evolve into what it is now was truly special, and we feel so lucky to have been a part of that journey. The owners were incredibly accommodating and made sure every one of our needs was met. They were easy to communicate with and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. We even chose to host our rehearsal dinner there, which worked out beautifully—especially for our out-of-town guests who appreciated not having to navigate city parking. Although we didn’t use their design package, we were blown away by the florals they offer. They are absolutely stunning in person and add such a beautiful touch to the space. Evermore Events is a gorgeous, affordable venue that truly goes above and beyond for their couples. We are so thankful to have celebrated our wedding there and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and elegant place to say “I do.

I don’t even know where to begin. My wife and I were “late to the party” if you will when it came to our wedding. We first met with Reggie and Gertrudis about 4 1/2 - 5 months ago...

leaving little time to bring things together. Fortunately Reggie and G were up for the task. Additionally this wasn’t going to be an “easy” type of wedding as my wife envisioned a spooky themed wedding. Several meetings and help from Reggie and G had us feeling relieved of all the wedding stress. We decided to go with their premium decorating package, as well as food service and bartender. Incoming CHRISSY HINKLE AND CHRISSY RODRIGUEZ! These ladies really pulled it all together. From collaborating to form a drink menu with Chrissy R to literally EVERYTHING else in between with Chrissy H. A true godsend and beautiful person inside and out. Both Chrissy’s made themselves available and at our disposal pretty much 24/7…even while feeling ill to answer any and all concerns we had. I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart we are both beyond grateful to have worked so close with so many good people from Evermore Events to make our special day absolutely amazing and practically flawless. I genuinely feel that I have gained a friend/family in all of them. Thankyou all so much for your hard work, effort and support. It truly showed and was noted throughout the night and the days following from our guests. If you or anyone you know is interested in any event small or large, wedding or birthday party Evermore Events IS THE PLACE TO GO!! Rest assured Reggie, Gertrudis, and their team of amazing individuals will make sure your event goes off without a hitch. Most of all they are AFFORDABLE. My wife and I put off getting married for quite some time due to being daunted by the financial “burden” of a wedding as everything now-a-days is so damn expensive. It was a random search on google one night that led me to Evermore Events and the rest of history. LITERALLY!! WE ARE MARRIED AND IT WAS ONE FOR THE BOOKS!!! ❤️

ly since! Not only is the space charming and beautiful, but Reggie and Gertrudis are truly PHENOMENAL. They went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure that our day was everything we wanted. With just a few meetings, they helped us organize our timeline, solidify decorations, coordinate with all vendors, and ENJOY the actual day (it really felt like all we had to do was show up the day of). The prices speak for themselves: this is truly an exceptional deal for the quality of the space and services they provide. But equally important is their commitment to honoring the cultures and traditions that matter to YOU. My husband is Ethiopian and my family has PA Dutch roots, so the flexibility to have our own food and desserts was so important to our families. This is one of the only venues in Lancaster with full flexibility on the food you can serve (not restricted to a specific catering/serving list - our moms tag teamed the food with our families). Additionally, they helped us with logistics of doing an Ethiopian coffee ceremony for their first time, and even bought supplies to make it logistically feasible. There was also never any pressure to add services or things that didn’t fit for you. We didn’t have a DJ/band, and they just helped us sort out their Bluetooth sound system with no added hassle. Overall, our wedding day felt so authentically us. We could not have wished for a better experience with Evermore Events. With no reservations, I’d strongly and completely recommend!

rea full of barn venues. We had right around 100 guests who like to dance and felt that the space was the perfect size for our crowd. Reggie & Gertrudis are some of the sweetest people who genuinely care about your event and visions and want to assist in making that come to life for you in their venue. They were so easy to work with which made the process that much less stressful. We also got some gorgeous photos both inside the venue and outside. Highly recommend!

ew we wanted to use their services. Gertrudis (owner w/ her husband) was only a text or email away throughout the months of planning and was always prompt to respond. She listened to what I wanted for decorations and set up and delivered beyond our expectations. They do have decor and silk flowers you can add to your rental day so we ended up renting everything through them: table china, table cloths, glassware, centerpieces, card box, welcome sign, you name it, they had it! I’m personally thankful as a bride that I didn’t have to buy extra things for the wedding that I would have to resell afterwards. Their prices are very affordable and everything was gorgeous! We had so many guests say they thought our flowers were real and that they were so beautiful. The venue has ample parking that is fenced in. The brides room had great lighting with huge mirrors and plenty of space. The grooms room was cozy with a tv. This venue does have 2 floors. We used the upstairs for our ceremony and later on the dance floor. The first floor is where we ate dinner. There is a restroom upstairs, and two downstairs. The venue is handicap accessible, but does not have an elevator so keep that in mind if you have any guests in a wheelchair, they may need help getting up the stairs if you plan on utilizing the 2nd floor. Our caterer was more than pleased with the kitchen, warming trays, freezer, all of it. They also expressed to me how much they enjoyed the venue owners and how they were very accommodating and overall was a very pleasant experience for them. I highly recommend this venue whether you have a wedding, birthday, baby shower or work event. Very affordable, and a beautiful venue. Definitely book this venue!! You’ll be so happy you did!

You can tell they are a venue that truly valuables the customers they serve and though it is a business it did not feel like just a transaction it there what genuine connection and consideration to make the event go as smooth as possible. When i was struggling with doing it with out a event planner and decorations they were more than happy to help! They took pictures i sent them and made my dream a reality! It rained on my wetting and it made pictures a lot more complicated but only of the works ran out with an umbrella even time i was a lost and didn’t know what to do they were right there! This venue is so much more than a venue!

. The venue is also absolutely gorgeous and it was very convenient to have the ceremony, reception and cocktail hour all in one building. There was plenty of parking and we felt right at home in the bridal suites. We would 100% recommend Evermore Events to anyone who is looking for a venue that is welcoming and beautiful.

was one of the best days of our lives that may have never happened if we didn't meet Reggie and Gertrudis. We were shocked to discover that such a beautiful and elegant venue could be so reasonably priced. Throw in the fact that you can have outside food and drinks and we were sold! During our planning stage they went above and beyond to be accommodating. We were able to go in multiple times and even rearrange the layout to make for a flawless event day! There are two floors at this location which allowed for us to set up the ceremony on one floor and the reception on the other. Beautiful chairs for the ceremony and the reception were provided with all the tables we needed, three bathrooms, kitchen, bride and groom rooms and a surround sound system that played music throughout the ceremony until the DJ set up for the reception. Gertrudis even rents out centerpieces and flowers if needed. I had my own but once I seen them I definitely considered it. I could go on forever but I will end with this. If you want an amazing experience for weddings or parties and don't want to pay a fortune book at Evermore you won't regret it!
