Carmen is a true professional. She guided my now-husband and me through wedding planning, and we’re so grateful for her expertise. With a thoughtful eye for design and a clear, eff...
ective project management system, she helped us bring our vision to life. Carmen is responsive to emails, punctual, and prepared for every meeting — not a minute is wasted. The best part – on our wedding day, I didn’t have to think about a single thing. I have no idea what went on behind the scenes, because Carmen and her team handled everything seamlessly. Even our guests complimented Carmen and Evermore Team for a job well done! Thanks to her, we were able to be fully present and soak up our day.
Carmen and the entire Evermore Occasions team are a must hire for your wedding. Carmen is kind, patient, and understanding. She helped us build our dream wedding. Her monthly Zoom ...
calls (which turned into 2x a month in the final months before the wedding) were extremely helpful to ensure that everyone was on the same page. Carmen is an amazing advocate for couples especially when working with difficult vendors. We hired Carmen to support with our design and she really knocked everything out of the park. She understood our vision and helped us turn our dreams into a reality. Carmen attended our catering tasting, rental meeting, and floral meetings with us to ensure that our design was cohesive. On our wedding day, Carmen ensured that everything went seamlessly and went above and beyond by having a meteorologist on call to ensure that our guests didn’t get rained on. Carmen and the entire team at Evermore Occasions was by far the best investment we made for our wedding! Carmen is a true Wonder Woman, and we are enormously glad to have worked with her! I would highly recommend Carmen and her team to any couple getting married!

process. Planning a wedding can be a lot, but Carmen has great customized tools and resources to help you make incremental progress towards your overall goal and keep you organized. Carmen was great at walking me through the big decisions and small details. Her approach to wedding planning and thoughtful guidance truly helped us think through every detail, but not get overwhelmed. The week of our wedding had the typical last minute guest cancellations, but Carmen helped us navigate those bumps in the road and communicate with our vendors for the best possible outcome. Carmen and the Evermore team ensured our wishes for our day materialized and everything went smoothly. We could not have pulled off our wedding without Carmen and her staff! Their speedy setup and teardown skills transformed our venue into a personal celebration. On our wedding day Carmen was fabulous at handling our other vendors when they needed direction or assistance. It was so wonderful to be able to live in the moment and enjoy the day because Carmen and her team took care of everything. When our wedding was over I turned to my husband and said, "that was amazing, literally nothing went wrong!" In the month since our wedding I've heard nothing but great things about our day from our friends and family, all thanks to Evermore. We truly can't thank Carmen and the Evermore Occasions team enough for pulling off the best party of our lives!
