I'm Amanda, the Owner and Lead Planner at Everson Events. I have a deep love for flowers, dark chocolate, comfy pj's, and spending time outside with my husband and puppy. I've been planning events for over 7 years and LOVE the wedding industry because of the amazing clients and vendors that I get to spend my time with. I dove into weddings when I planned my own wedding on a budget, so I know exactly how you feel as you dive into planning. I'm here to be a guide, expert, friend, and probably make some cheesy wedding jokes along the way.

Amanda and team are so detailed-oriented! They thought of everything! Thanks to them, our wedding day was so seamlessly beautiful. It took so much stress off of our shoulders to have them there running the show. Cannot recommend them enough!!

We loved being able to see all the details you had planned come together and the stress lifted as we handled the details and you just got to show up and PARTY!! We will never be over the butterfly details of the day or the incredible flower mantle piece that you chose for your floral design. But mostly we're just so grateful to have worked with such kind and beautiful people to celebrate a day that is SO big and meaningful. Everson Events is worth your money! You'll gain a partner in crime that will guide and support you through the gauntlet that is wedding planning. With a year to plan, we bought the full planning and design package because we couldn't imagine staring at all of the months ahead not knowing where to begin, how to prioritize, etc. Amanda helped us with all of this. She and her team are professional, calm, kind, fun, and creative. Amanda was a great advocate for us with vendors, kept us on track, and most important - kept us calm. Throughout the process, stress is natural but Amanda helped us keep the endless to-do list under control and when it finally came time for our wedding weekend -- it's hard to put into words how comfortable we felt to fully let go and just be present with our family, friends, and each other. We fully trusted Everson Events to make the right choices on our behalf to make sure the event was the best possible experience for us and all of our guests. After the wedding we actually got sad that we wouldn't be talking with Amanda regularly. Do yourself a favor and work with this fabulous team. You won't regret it.

Choosing Amanda as our wedding planner was easily the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning experience!!
We ended up going with her full-service offering, as I knew I would want the extra help. Even so, I never could have imagined how much time and effort goes into planning a wedding. Looking back, I don't know how we would have done it without Amanda and her team! She was so involved from the start - providing us with vendor recommendations/pricing, creating a detailed design board, sharing timelines/resources to keep us on track each month, and overall reducing the stress of wedding planning. My husband and I were able to stay present and enjoy every second of our wedding day because I knew Amanda and her team had things covered.
Amanda is so hands-on, organized, communicative, and an overall joy to work with. I truly cannot recommend her and the Everson Events team enough!

She is confident and energizing…she is in the details and brought positivity and cheer throughout the entire planning process with the overarching goals to make it our own, keep it fun, and stay on budget.
Her communication is prompt and reliable via text and email. The virtual meetings were timely, task-oriented and productive. She met with us at the venue to provide in- person assistance to visualize the event details.
She has developed and fine tuned her wedding planning system through spreadsheets, timelines, budgets, and resource lists.

Everson Events was incredible for our wedding day! They were fantastic communicators and were always professional yet personable. We had an issue come up with our cake artist 3 months before the wedding and they were able to help us find another cake artist no problem that was a much better fit than our first cake artist. We always knew our wedding was in good hands leading up to the day of the event and the day of was no exception. Everything ran so smoothly! We’re so happy we went with Everson Events and would absolutely go with them again.

Abbey was a pleasure to work with. She was great at communication throughout the entire process. On my wedding day, she constantly checked on me to make sure I was okay. She handled the vendors and some of the day’s hiccups flawlessly. She was kind to all of our guests. I would absolutely hire her again!

I can't say enough good things about Amanda! She is kind, compassionate, capable, and very organized. I had her full support for the whole experience. She was always quick to offer a solution if a problem arose. She always got back to me in a timely fashion. My wedding day ran like a dream and it's all thanks to her and her staff. Amanda is truly an amazing wedding coordinator. She and her team seamlessly took charge just a month before our wedding, handling everything with ease. Amanda is the best wedding planner. She gave us so much guidance in a tight 5 month timeline from ideation to execution. Her attention to detail gave me the confidence to completely let go on my wedding day and just 'show up' to a beautiful event. We felt completely supported throughout the entirety of our wedding planning process. We opted for the partial planning package and were grateful for her ability to step in and help out in weird one offs that weren't even discussed in our contract (helping pick up florals, photobooth decor, bar signs). I would recommend her services to anyone. We love you!!!

Amanda helped us make decisions when planning our wedding so that we felt very confident and stress-free on our wedding day! She has a lot of ideas and experience with weddings, so she knows how to help you achieve the vision you want (and within your budget)! We knew that we could rely on Amanda to handle everything that came her way to keep the wedding day nice and smooth so our family did not have to do everything. Her and her assistant were so helpful, polite, and professional. I'd recommend Everson Events to everyone I know!

Before hiring Everson Events to help with our wedding, things were honestly falling apart.
