Paulina was amazing to work with. She helped us guide our vision, and gave us great advice on how to elevate the event- not just the flowers but for the overall look and feel. She also had great ideas to efficiently use our budget, like mixing in candles and bud vases to achieve the look we wanted. Working with Paulina for our wedding was so great! Our wedding was on the smaller side so we went with the A La Carte option and we were stunned by how amazing our florals turned out. She worked with me over the course of the months leading up the wedding and made sure the florals matched my vision. She even made sure florals I specifically requested were incorporated into our pieces despite some being out of season. All of our guests were in love with our centerpieces and kept commenting on them throughout the night. She is extremely easy to work with and I am already recommending Everwild to my friends ans family!

I can't recommend Paulina highly enough! We had a very small wedding so we went with her a la carte flower menu, and we were so blown away by how beautiful the flowers were! We received so many compliments from our guests! From just a few inspiration photos she tailored the arrangements and bouquet even better than I could have imagined. Paulina and her team at Everwild Blooms made our wedding decor dreams come true! We were so happy with the final result. Working in a blank canvas venue, we wanted to use heavy touches of greenery instead of flowers to accent the architectural elements of the venue. Everwild Blooms provided the bridal bouquet, ceremony decor, welcome sign accents, and reception table and menu decor. Paulina also provided the varied height candles for our reception tables, which set the intimate vibe we were looking for. Paulina was recommended by our wedding coordinator and she did not disappoint. We were able to meet virtually where she provided photos and documents outlining some options for decor based on our wedding vision board. The bridal bouquet were the only flowers used in the entire wedding and wow, were they show stopping! She captured the vision of a wild, cascading bouquet within our desired color palette. We worked closely with Paulina to decide the flowers that would be best for the bouquet, but seeing what she actually came up with was incredible. They were some of the freshest, high quality, most beautiful flowers we’ve ever seen! Paulina kindly delivered the bouquet directly to our nearby hotel room for getting ready shots and pre ceremony photos. Paulina is flexible and accommodating, she was able to provide many options so we could decide what could work for us and what we wanted to prioritize. Overall, we were very happy with the services of Paulina and Everwild Blooms and would recommend them any time for your floral and greenery needs!

Absolutely stunning flowers from Paulina and her team for our wedding! Guests were raving about the flowers days afterward. I initially wasn’t quite sure what type of aesthetic I wanted but after a few consultations with Paulina, she really brought my vision to life. Everything from the bouquets, boutonnières, table arrangements, and the ceremony arch were exactly how we envisioned during our discussion and were simply perfectly curated. The variety of flowers (roses, ranunculus, peonies) and colors were stunning. Communication leading up to the day as well as day of were also impeccable. It was overwhelming at first to figure out what you want, what the space needs/can fit... there are so many working parts so when I found Paulina, I was really grateful. At the outset of planning our wedding, we had a strong vision for the aesthetic of our event, but lacked a fundamental understanding of how we’d put it together. Once we met Paulina from Pixel Poppy, and started working with her, it became clear that Pixel Poppy were the perfect partners for our event. Paulina listened to our vision for what we wanted on our tables, our foyer and on our chuppah and had spot-on suggestions for the event as well as advice on how to make it fit our budget. Overall, we couldn’t recommend Pixel Poppy and Paulina more!

Paulina is AMAZING! There are so, so many reasons to hire her (the list is infinite), but I’ve put the top reasons below: -She is a visionary: I absolutely adored our flowers. They were so beautiful - truly surpassed anything I had dreamed of. I’m not really a creative type—the only thing I had shown her inspiration-wise was an SF-based florist that had done a friend’s wedding—but she understood the vibe I was going for immediately, and asked for my thoughts on countless pictures that she found online to understand exactly what I wanted. She also had amazing ideas that I would never have thought of, like repurposing the escort card florals during our reception. -She has a personal relationship with every client: We met in-person multiple times before our wedding, including 3 walkthroughs of our venue, the Queens Museum. I live in San Francisco but we got married in New York, and she was incredibly accommodating of this, meeting me almost every time I was in NYC. -She tailors everything to your needs: Paulina doesn’t have a one size fits all strategy, where there’s a similar aesthetic for each wedding she does. I’ve seen pictures of her other weddings online, and they look incredibly different from what we had. She very much wants the flowers to perfectly suit each unique couple. A great example of this—my husband was very specific in regards to what he wanted for our chuppah, and Paulina hit the ball out of the park. He loved it. -She has the sweetest personality: She was truly the most calming presence in the weeks leading up to the wedding. -Her pricing is very reasonable: enough said. Overall, we absolutely adored Paulina and can’t recommend her enough. If you’re in the New York area - hire Paulina for your wedding!

Being a Queens girl, I wanted to support my Queens vendors and choosing Pixel Poppy was my best decision ever. Stop your search now! The term ‘amazing’ is thrown around a lot these days but the term fully embodies the job that Paulina did on our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Every detail was perfect. Paulina has a real knack for every detail, such as type and variety of the flowers and plants, arrangement, color palette, and the various containers, candles, accessories and even the wedding arch. She took into account everything my husband and I wanted, and with her artistic eye made our vision gorgeous. Our photographers had a field day! We are very glad we chose to use her for both the wedding and rehearsal dinner, because she was able to reuse the plants and flowers again the next day which visually and atmospherically tied the two events together. For the wedding she added details like a floating photo-booth, door garland decoration, a beautiful antique mirror transformed into a seating chart and more. She genuinely cared about how our wedding looked and worked very hard to make it an event of which our friends and family are envious. Pixel Poppy also did our paper goods, such as seating chart, ceremony programs, and escort cards. These were perfectly matched to the florals and beautiful. Our dinner place settings (both wedding and rehearsal) made us cry (in a good way!). Paulina and her husband are true artists and working and coordinating with them was easy, natural and straightforward. In our opinion, a wedding’s florals and atmosphere are one of the most important aspects of the ceremony (we hold the visuals in our memories) and we trusted Pixel Poppy to make it perfect. Pixel Poppy overachieved and rendered our vision better than we imagined.

If we could give her 100 stars, we would. Paulina is a floral goddess. Her eye is fantastic and she brought our vision to life - and then some! Everything from the centerpieces and bouquets to the boutonnieres and perfectly coordinated freeze dried rose petals was out of this world! No detail was forgotten! Planning a wedding across the country is really difficult so I tried to work with vendors that made life easier. Paulina was very easy to work with. She understood the look I was going for and came up with a way to make my budget work. She was also very direct and to the point in email and on the phone, which I didn't find a lot of vendors. She knew how little time I had with the time difference and was able to be direct and quick with responses. We shared photos back and forth to get on the same page and I felt completely confident in what I was getting on the day of. The flowers were gorgeous and far better than I imagined. The colors were so perfect and exactly what I wanted. I had greenery on farm tables and it looked amazing and was far fuller than I expected. She was there on time and nothing was missing. Everything worked out perfectly. I have no doubt that she can bring to life any idea that you have. And compared to other NY florists she's very reasonable. I think I got far more for my money than I would have gotten with most vendors. I highly recommend Paulina and Pixel Poppy.

Choosing a florist was probably one of the most daunting tasks while planning a wedding. I interviewed with about six different florists to get quotes. I really wanted to do my research cause I felt like flowers are one of those things a vendor could really take advantage of you. I personally didn’t know much about them. All I knew is the look I wanted for the big day. When I came across pixel poppy I knew I wanted them to do my wedding before I even received a quote. They had such an innovative, fresh, and unique style. While speaking with Paulina I explained to her that I just can look at pictures and say oh I like that but beyond that I felt so lost when it came to flowers and decor. Not only did she give me back a VERY reasonable quote but sent me a bunch of ideas and a vision board based on the things I told her. After our first meeting I walked away feeling so relieved. By our next meeting which was right around the wedding, I had become a little frantic. There was so many little things I hadn’t thought of decor wise and was so nervous that I wouldn’t be able to artistically execute. When I say Paulina took care of everything, I mean she took care of everything. I was emailing her even up to days before the wedding asking for new things. Every single time she came through smiling and so happy to help. I had gone for a very moody, romantic, dark and dreamy kind of look for the wedding and I can’t even tell you how well they executed it. I spoke to her as much as I spoke to my coordinator and she was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Easily one of the best choices I made for the day of, besides marrying my husband 😊

Working with Paulina and Pawel of pixelpoppy was truly wonderful and i cannot praise them enough. Paulina made the most beautiful flower arrangements for our wedding and pawel made our seating chart and place cards. For our wedding, my husband and I didn’t want any cut flowers for our centerpieces and other decorative elements; we just wanted greenery like eucalyptus, moss, etc. We weren’t sure what that would look like, but it’s something we knew we wanted to try. We called a couple of decorators and each one insisted on including some sort of bloom in our centerpieces. One decorator even told us “there’s really no way to make what you want pretty.” Enter the amazing Paulina and Pixel Poppy! Not only did she say a completely green wedding could be done, but she was actually excited to do it. Paulina took whatever little vision we had and made it into something absolutely breathtaking and stunning. I cried when we walked into the reception and saw the gorgeous centerpieces. I don’t know if there’s a way to accurately describe what she did for us and how she made us feel. She also made me an amazing headpiece of the same greenery and gorgeous boutonnieres and bracelets for our wedding party! Everyone could not stop talking about them. They were stunning. Paulina is an artist in every sense of the word. Oh, and she also does amazing arrangements with cut flowers too! On top of all that, she’s so wonderful to work with. She met with us multiple times, sent us lots of pictures and suggestions, and was super responsive throughout the whole process. And her business is completely sustainable, which was super important to us too! We cannot recommend Paulina enough. If you want stunning flowers at your wedding, want someone to execute your vision, and want to work with someone amazing please hire Paulina and Pixel Poppy! You will not be disappointed. Paulina was very professional and right from the first meeting seemed to "get" what I was looking for. You're always nervous when you pick a vendor and see the final result on the day-of ...and let me just say I was blown away. My flowers were beyond stunning and more beautiful than I even imagined.

Working with Paulina and Pawel of Pixel Poppy Inc. is one of the best decisions you can make if you are planning any sort of event or wedding and are in need of flowers and floral arrangements. After many hours of research and meeting with several florists while we were planning our wedding, my original vision and dream of using my favorite flowers Poppies in my bouquet and arrangements had seem to be dwindling due to budget constraints. Our Brooklyn wedding was about 2 months away and all of the florists I had met with so far had all pushed back and told me they would be too expensive of a flower to even try to get on our budget so we would either have to eliminate the idea or increase what we were paying for flowers. At the end of the day we had our last appointment with Pixel Poppy and Paulina; I was expecting to hear the same exact thing as I had heard from every other florist previously, but that was not the case. Paulina was extremely open to my wishes and and already had a plan of action in mind. She understood my vision to have a bright, colorful, and fun wedding to brighten up the dark space of our venue and was able to accommodate all of my ideas from providing our own paint can vessels to creating floral letter initials for our sweetheart table, etc; all without even a mention of our budget being an issue. Paulina and Pawel were the most calming and professional couple to work with leading up to our wedding day, they were understanding when we went back and forth on how many corsages and boutonnieres we would need and were extremely easy to communicate and work with the entire time. They really made the process so stress-free and relaxing, and I felt after meeting with Paulina that I was in good hands and could trust her to handle things completely with little interference which would normally be a hard thing for me to let go. Paulina and Pawel were even nice enough to wait for several hours in our Greenpoint neighborhood after delivering the bouquet and boutonnieres in the early afternoon for our first look shots and to then deliver the floral arrangements in the early evening at our venue in Williamsburg since they could not accept them earlier than that. They even waited patiently in the Box House Hotel lobby as we were getting ready to get photos of all the flowers before we headed off to take our couple portraits. I cannot say enough nice things about working with Paulina and Pawel and I am so happy we were able to find them on The Knot's website. It was one of the best decisions we made in the whole planning process. Everything they touched was so beautiful, artistic, and thought out to the smallest detail and we have received so many compliments about all of the flowers. Our wedding took place 4 days ago and most of my bouquet flowers are still alive and look as great as they did last Saturday. Pixel Poppy was able to take all of my dreams, ideas, and Pinterest photos and make them a reality and completely exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I really cannot thank Paulina and Pawel enough for helping us to have a unforgettable day and for exemplifying what a loving and supportive couple looks like before we headed down the aisle. I absolutely loved my wedding flowers! One of my biggest challenges as a bride was finding a florist who would share my vision for flowers. I dreamed about a green wedding with just a touch of white flowers. Simple and chic arrangements with a garden feel. Paulina had great ideas and understood exactly what I was going for. It was easy to communicate with her as she was always available via email or phone. My bouquet was absolutely breathtaking and so were the bridesmaids' . The centerpieces were way better that I have imagined and I couldn't have been more pleased with Pixel Poppy ! They made the process stress free and contributed to making our wedding day one of the best days of our lives!

Before I get into my review, I just want to thank Paulina and her husband for making my wedding unforgettable. It really meant a lot my husband and I. I contacted Paulina within 2 months of my wedding date, and the reason I chose her was she was extremely responsive and genuinely excited to be a part of my wedding day. I felt so stressed, but talking with her brought me great relief. I provided some Pinterest photos and Paulina knew exactly what I wanted without me having to say anything. I trusted her fully and I'm so glad I did. When I saw the table decor, bouquets, flower crowns, aisle decor, and arch, I just couldn't believe how beautiful it was. I really felt I was in a fairytale, it was so whimsical and romantic. My husband and I were quite speechless, but my guests couldn't have said enough praises. On top of everything else, Paulina set up all the flower and paper decor as well as taking it away at the end of the night. I really didn't have to worry about anything and what more can a bride ask for on her wedding day. My venue, The W Loft, is quite bare and we had to bring our own decor. The flowers really made the space warm, inviting, and really breathtaking with the view. I definitely recommend Paulina and will find any reason to hire her again!

I have always dreamed about a bohemian style wedding with silk lace ornaments, a leafy headband over my head, a whimsical bouquet, and simple but eye catching flower arrangements. When I was looking for a flower designer for my upcoming wedding, my friend Andrea recommended to me Paulina from pixelpoppy who planned and organized her 10 year wedding anniversary. She spoke very highly of her. When I contacted Paulina, she sounded very professional and knowledgeable in that particular style that I requested. On my wedding day, which took place on May 18th in South Williamsburg, Paulina proved that she is undoubtedly a skillful artist with a clear vision and limitless creativity. Everyone loved the arrangements and table settings. She truly did an an exquisite job. I would highly recommend her to anyone for any occasion. You would also enjoy her presence since she is very peaceful, polite, intelligent and a decent individual.

Pixel Poppy made my wedding reception exceptionally beautiful! My husband and I had a small intimate wedding reception at Aurora restaurant in Brooklyn. The restaurant is very rustic with green vines covering most of the walls in its outside lounge where the dinner tables were placed. The place itself can be a little dark so I wanted light flowers to brighten up the place. Paulina from Pixel Poppy was amazing! I spoke with her and gave her my general wishes for the flower arrangements: white/yellow/green color combination, no traditional roses, some succulents and leaning more towards field/casual flowers. I sent her some pictures of arrangements i found on Instagram. The arrangements she put together were not only perfect they were so much more than what I expected. She took my general comments and desires and put them together in a beautiful way. The arrangements were unimposing, yet not simple; they were exquisite and refined. All of our guests were really impressed with the flowers and were happy to take the arrangements home with them at the end of the night. Paulina was great at understanding what I wanted and was able to exceed my expectations. In addition to putting together gorgeous flower arrangements, Paulina helped us pick out details such as the flower vases, table lights (we couldn't use real candles), and the table runners. Everything was pulled together with such cohesion that it looked like it all belonged together and I couldn't imagine it being any other way. I would be happy to work with Pixel Poppy on any of my future events and highly recommend them to everyone!

Pixel Poppy was exactly what we were looking for to add a personalized touch to our wedding decor. They are professional, punctual and extremely detail oriented. They took extra time to customize everything to match our theme and our taste preferences. These guys do everything! They beautifully prepared the aisle for us to walk down on in church, made gorgeous bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids, designed matching boutonnières for the fathers and groomsmen, and of course made sure that all the table bouquets made our reception as beautiful as it was. Our wedding venue had both an indoor and outdoor area. Pixel Poppy meticulously arranged all flowers, table runners, candles, and decorative accessories which provided for marvelous photos. All the guests complimented how amazing everything looked. Pixel Poppy also dressed the outdoor area with various flowers and tulle accents which put a cherry on top of an already beautiful setting. They even put together a large and classy seating arrangement display so all our guests knew where they were to sit and used flower petals to match the color scheme. All my expectations were exceeded with these guys! Paul and Paulina are extremely easy to work with and take all your requests/preferences into account while providing their own valuable input. They respond quickly to all questions and requests and easily accomodate changes. My husband and I ( and all our guests) give them an A++++. We even ended up using Pixel Poppy's services again for our baby shower a year later - yet again, we were beyond pleased with all their work. I absolutely recommend Pixel Poppy for a wedding (or any event for that matter) - you won't be disappointed!
