At first we thought that we would just hire a "day of" coordinator, but we are so happy we decided to utilize her from beginning to end. She really understood what we did and didn't want, and had communicated with all vendors prior to the wedding day, so everything ran smoothly! The day of the wedding, Jordan and her team took care of EVERYTHING! We dropped the decorations off and my fiancé and I plus our families could just enjoy the day. No one had to worry about a thing, Jordan was there to keep everything on schedule and let everyone know what to do and when to do it. The ease that comes with not having to deal with any logistics on your wedding day is priceless, and although I could sometimes be a control freak I had no problems trusting Jordan to take care of everything :) When it was time to see the actual venue, it was a dream come true--actually better than anything I ever dreamed. She took our vision and ran with it! It was perfect. As if providing our pre-planning services and coordination for the entire wedding weekend wasn't enough, she also did ALL our flowers (can you say jack of all trades?!). The flowers were breathtaking--our photographer even said my bouquet was one of the prettiest she has ever laid eyes on! Jordan travels near and far to get the perfect florals and arranges the most beautiful masterpieces. I could not give a more whole-heartedly happy review of this woman and the work that she pours her heart and soul into! She is truly incredible :)

ause we decided to have our wedding reception in a space that was not built for wedding receptions and had never seen a wedding reception in the space before (a performance hall on our college campus) and we didn't even know where to start. Jordan was tasked with many logistical challenges during our planning time because of this, and in the end the space turned out beautifully and our guests (and us) couldn't believe how the room had been transformed! Day of, Jordan was so helpful. She anticipated our needs to make sure that my husband and I had the best day possible, and facilitated communications with all of the vendors so that we could sit back and enjoy. Honestly, I originally only hired her for the design support and figured the extra planning/day of coordinator/etc would be a bonus (although mostly stuff I could do on my own), but looking back I am laughing at myself for thinking that. Jordan ended up being our saving grace and took off loads of stress throughout the entire planning process and day of. I can't imagine what a disaster our day could have been without her!! My husband and I agree that Jordan was worth every penny we spent (plus her pricing was very affordable compared to other full service planners we looked into). The only flag I have is that response time was sometimes slow (certainly not always!) and I had to follow up on my questions once in a while, but this wasn't wildly unexpected given this is a small, personally owned business planning multiple weddings at a time and juggling personal life as well. Keep this in perspective!

However, there are 3 things that stood out to us, each knocking down a star each per my review. 1 - Our ceremony did not start on time. She owned the wedding timeline, all our wedding vendors were on time and ready to go before the ceremony kicked off. I believe she could have done more to help mitigate the late start. 2 - Throughout the planning process, she was the slowest out of any of our vendors to get back to me with any question. There were multiple times, that I would reach out to our venue instead of Jordan to get my question answered faster. 3 - Day of, there were multiple times other vendors helped us when looking for Jordan. As the day of coordinator, I expected her to run point the entire day. It is disappointing when your photographer or Dad are on the phone looking for your day of coordinator. To recap, she delivered all our base expectations and saved us a ton of work setting up for the reception however there were several things that would have enhanced our experience.

g Jordan for the first time, I wish I would have hired her sooner. She took all of our ideas and put them into a plan that not only was beautiful, but also within our budget. She took all of these ideas and organized it into the most beautiful day, our dream wedding. She was a constant source of reinforcement and calm, she answered any questions we had no matter if it was morning, evening or weekend and responded so promptly. She also designed our florals, she took a couple color ideas I had and turned them into such unique and gorgeous arrangements. She also figured out a way with our budget to help us get these large center pieces that I just adored. Jordan and Cierra hand delivered my florals to our getting ready space the day of the wedding. Brandi was a constant blessing on the day of the rehearsal and the day of. She organized the whole rehearsal and made sure everything ran smoothly with our other vendors. She was so comforting, knowing we could just focus on our big day and creating memories versus worrying about little things that may or may not come up. I couldn't have dreamt of a more smooth wedding process and day of. Our wedding planners and whole vendor staff were amazing. I would recommend Ever After Planning to everyone planning a wedding! We can't thank this team of beautiful girls enough for all the time and effort they put in to make our day perfect.

er we needed a wedding coordinator for a long time. I'm so happy we made the decision to add Jordan to our vendor team! Jordan was kind, knowledgable, and went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. She put together a fool proof timeline (even our videographer was complimenting us on it!), spent countless extra hours with us in the days before the wedding sorting out last minute details, and even saved the day in providing the perfect chairs for our head table when we realized we were short. Jordan solved problems before I even knew they existed - like when a glass of red wine was spilled on the cake table shortly before the cutting. My dad sat back in awe as Jordan sourced a new tablecloth out of nowhere and steamed it within minutes. I didn't even know this happened until he told me the story eight weeks after our wedding! From steaming my veil to sending me down the aisle, Jordan made me feel taken care of as a bride. I was more relaxed because I knew that Jordan was there to manage any issues and help everything run smoothly. It's obvious that Jordan loves her job and cares deeply about her clients. I can't imagine what our wedding would have been like without her help!

enue did not have an on site coordinator to help with any issue that's bound to come up on the wedding day. But, Jordan was much more than just a bit of a stress reliever. During our first meeting with Jordan, she made sure she understood our "theme" and look we were going for, went over a checklist to see how our planning was coming along, and offered suggestions for items we had outstanding. After that, she kept in contact with me to make sure I didn't need anything and always offered to help with whatever I was working on. As the big day got closer, Jordan put together a timeline and sent it to all of our vendors so that everyone was aware on how the reception would play out. Jordan came out to our venue on the day before our wedding to help us set everything up (tables, chairs, decorations, etc.). She stayed even after my now husband and I had to leave for the rehearsal to make sure everything was ready when I got out there the next morning. On the day of our wedding, Jordan spent the morning with me and my girls. She was there to help with anything that popped up and made sure we got to the church on time. Her husband, Sean, did the same with my groom and his guys. Jordan and Sean went to the church with us to make sure everything was running smoothly, and then went back to the venue to work with the vendors. During the reception, Jordan made sure we stuck to the timeline. She even cut our cake for us! From being there to help with any random question, helping set everything up, coordinating the timeline with the vendors, and learning how to cut a wedding cake for us, Jordan was a wonderful addition to our wedding day. I would absolutely recommend working with Ever After Planning.

hired Jordan I didn't realize that I would be getting MUCH more than a day-of planner; she helped me with so much, and she started the day I hired her! She would give me advice on everything from decor to tipping vendors, she gave me piece of mind when I had NO idea what I was doing, and she went so far as to buy christmas lights at 3pm the day before my wedding because I decided I wanted some on the terrace of the reception venue, and then she HUNG them for me (on trees and bushes, in the freezing cold). Her husband went to the store right before my cocktail hour when she realized the markers I got for my guest sign weren't the right color, and her and her husband stayed late to clean and pack up the venue so that my family and I could leave with the other guests. When I first told my parents i had hired a wedding planner, I think they were a little offended because they thought they could handle all the little details. The day after the wedding, they said that hiring Jordan was the best money I had spent on the entire wedding, and I couldn't agree more. I'm going to recommend Ever After Planning to all my friends and family who get married in the future. They're the best!!
