Sarah was wonderful to work with! We had a few calls before the wedding to discuss my vision and she executed it beautifully on the wedding day! She was on time and professional an...
d stayed after my ceremony to help my planner repurpose some ceremony flowers in the reception! Everything looked beautiful and we were extremely happy with what we got for the price! Thank you sarah!
Though Sara did nice work, our daughter ( the bride) texted her 35 minutes after she hadn’t shown up as scheduled , she texted back she’d be there soon.( she was like 3 miles from ...
venue) she in fact showed up more than a hour after that. We paid for floral work including an arch that was planned for pictures. She literally tossed boutonnières and bouquets to the wedding party leaving us to figure who gets what and to self pin them on ourselves. Frantically as guests arrived and were seated she was still arranging. We understand things happen, but we also expected effective communication saying she would be late, etc.. she promised to call that next week, we didn’t engage her because we not only wanted to enjoy the special day but worked around her lack of professionalism. The next week as promised she did not call, she told us she would three weeks later because she is on vacation. It’s six weeks later and she ignores any communication back to us. We highly recommend not using her, certainly not paying in full till services are rendered. Very unprofessional! At the end of the day all we wanted was an explanation and an apology!
The floral work was done beautifully. Sarah on the other hand is an ineffective communicator, she was nearly two hours late for a wedding a short distance from her business. No ca...
ll, no apology. It seems once you pay her, she refuses to call back and explain anything to you! Very disappointed in her lack of professionalism- I managed a flower shop for eight years and this is simply inexcusable!
I am SO happy that I stumbled upon Sarah while researching florists in my area. From the moment that I talked to her on the phone, I knew that she was the right decision for our we...
dding. Not only was her work absolutely stunning, but she was so sweet, knowledgeable and willing to work with my budget.
I told her my vision and color palette, and she completely ran with it! I honestly had full trust with her! She also was always available when I had any questions, and was always willing to tweak my requests! My bouquet was seriously better than I could've ever pictured. I received loads of compliments on it, and I owe it all to this wonderful human! I would recommend her a billion times over. Not only is she an outstanding florist, but she was such a great hype-woman for me throughout the wedding planning process as well! Thank you SO much Sarah for being such a crucial part of our day!
Sarah and her arrangements were AMAZING! I am not someone who knows much about flowers, but from the start I explained my vision and Sarah immediately provided me with ideas. She...
took my vision and brought it to life. The flowers were beautiful and I only wish I could have kept them for longer than our wedding day! Sarah also helped to alleviate my nerves before the wedding, helping to set up table numbers and communicate with the venue on my behalf. She was a delight to work with and I would choose her again in a heartbeat!
THE BEST! I could not have been happier with the bouquets, boutonnieres, and ceremony arch garland Sarah created for my wedding. She was amazing to work with - so easy-going, fun, ...
and up-to-date on floral trends. She took pictures I sent her as inspiration and made them even better than I could have imagined. She also delivered and set up the florals on-site for my wedding on Brant Lake, NY. I was in awe of the flowers and would recommend her to anyone who needs a florist in the area!!
Sarah did a good job with the centerpieces I explained what I was looking for and it turned out exactly how I wanted. Thank you Sarah!
