Every Happy Hour was a fantastic part of our wedding. We had adjustments that were requested from the venue regarding the alcohol policy, and David was very responsive and made sure our event went incredibly smoothly. The signature drinks he provided were fantastic, and he made sure there was plenty for everyone. We had an outdoor wedding, and he was very flexible and supportive throughout the whole time. We had the champagne wall and food included as well, and it was all fantastic, having a wide arrange of flavors and all at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend David for any event.
David was so easy to work with and the booking process was very fair and extremely clear-cut. Originally, we asked him to just serve some signature cocktails thinking our venue was going to provide bartenders for other alcohol we bought from them. We last minute found out if we hired a third party bartender, they would have to serve all of the alcohol for the night. David was extremely understanding and was up for the task. He did an amazing job, was very attentive to us and our guests, and there was hardly ever a line with how fast he was. Highly recommend his services for any and all weddings!

Every Hour Happy Hour is a proudly queer-owned small business serving the Portland Metro and Hood River area. Owner David's love of cheese and tequila, mixed with creativity and event planning, led to him starting the business. With the unique bar, your guests can pair a perfectly crafted cocktail, wine, beer, or even a boozy slushee with their own mini charcuterie cup or board.
Every Hour Happy Hour offers a range of flexible packages to suit you, with options of bar service, charcuterie, or both. Packages provide five hours of service, including alcohol, glassware, insurance, menus, and setup/breakdown. The charcuterie selection includes cheeses, salami, crackers, grapes, berries, nuts, olives, something sweet, and more. You can also add a slushee machine or champagne wall for some extra style and fun!

David is California native, but has lived in Oregon for the past 8 years. David and his husband have a home in Portland with their dog, cat, and chihuahua. David‘s love of cheese and tequila mixed with creativity and event planning sparked their idea of Every Hour Happy Hour. David also enjoys traveling and racing in triathlons for fun.
