l or text when I needed to check in with her. The wedding was beautiful and set up exactly how I envisioned. Patty and her assistant also moved everything back to our room and handled all the end of the night stuff. I truly felt like all I did was drink, dance and enjoy the night!
A couple things that I did notice on the big day;
- the shuttle that was supposed to take guests from the ceremony to the cocktail hour was not there once the ceremony ended. It seemed like people lingered for awhile and I was wondering where the shuttle was as we were going to do pictures and it would have been nice if everyone was gone.
- my bridesmaid was in the 2nd shuttle and she mentioned when they got to the lobby there was nobody there to show them where to go for the cocktail hour; which we were told Carmel Valley Ranch would have people there waiting to show people
- lastly I was trying to find some gift bags I gave to Patty earlier in the night and couldn't find them before a couple guests left.
Again pretty minor details but wanted to share in case you have a similar set up etc. I wish I would have double checked prior about the shuttles and stressed the need to have someone show people.
All in all I would definitely recommend Every Last Detail Wedding and Event Coordination; she was very easy to work with and it's great to have someone so connected with the vendors in the Monterey/Carmel area.

tags for everyone during our rehearsal. The ceremony went well and guests were all seated and waiting for my arrival which was great. The wedding reception was at our house which complicated things but it all worked out as well as we could have hoped and wished for. I remember one moment where Patty even dusted off the sand on my feet after our beach ceremony while I flailed in my dress and no one else helped! So wonderful! My one suggestion would be to make sure you have communicated all of your details to her and her staff before the big day - my husband and I forgot a couple things to tell her so it made for a bit of confusion during the day of (totally our fault!). Patty kept us on track and was a great team member during our day. Thanks a million Patty!

I was able to focus on spending time with our visiting family and friends because I was confident that Patty had everything under control. The day of the wedding, Patty and her assistant took care of everything. My family and wedding party didn't have to lift a finger to set up or break down.
Patty was more like a friend than a vendor. A friend who happens to be an awesome wedding planner of course. I can't imagine what I would have done without her.
