Patty and Carol are the real deal. – If you are debating on getting a wedding planner then you most likely need one. I am so grateful that Patty was recommended to me, I have no id...
ea what I would have done without her. If you have no experience planning a wedding, then Patty is a great option. She will go above and beyond. She helped me with EVERYTHING. We had so many phone calls about planning, venders, timelines, you name it. We got married at the Monterey Plaza Hotel and Spa, Patty got our marriage insurance (didn’t know that was a thing) and every detail was done to my exact wishes; our rooms, a get-ready room, timeline. She helped me find and book my venders; makeup, hair, live music. She knew about the area restrictions and completely managed all my venders. She made the best timelines I have ever seen in my life, had everything to a tee with wiggle room in case things did not go according to plan (which they rarely do). She even helped my officiant (who was our best friend) with his ceremony timeline and speech. Patty took care of everything, even when I had vender drama, she took care of it without me having to deal with it at all. And she even ran to our room when our ring bearer forget our rings! Day of, Patty has her assistant Carol which is more than a bonus. Both Patty and Carol are adored by me and my family. Truly were like my own family, even helped me put my shoes on. There are no perfect words to describe how truly grateful I am for having them at my wedding. Best decision I have ever made. 10/10 would hire them again.
Patty is absolutely amazing and I loved working with her!
I'm getting married in October in Carmel and was looking for a wedding planner to help me find wedding vendors, review ...
contracts, and find a location for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party. Every Last Detail was the first company I called. I'm normally the type of person who calls around to explore options and find the best price, but Patty was so personable and made what felt like a daunting task seem fun so I booked her right away.
I'm so glad I went with my gut because I couldn't imagine working with anyone else! Patty was very helpful and responsive. She also went above and beyond for multiple tasks.
We live a few hours away from Carmel and wanted to plan a trip to visit some rehearsal dinner locations. We ended up planning this with only a few days turnaround time. I expected given the time crunch that Patty would give us a list of venues to check out based on our criteria, but she actually planned the whole trip for us! She introduced us to points of contact at each venue, scheduled each tour, and even mapped them out so we visited places that were in close proximity back to back and we didn't have to keep trekking back and forth between locations. It took all the stress off of planning and coordinating.
I also know that finding spots that we would like was not an easy task in and of itself. My fiance, future mother in law, and myself all had some different/ vague ideas for the event. Patty did a great job finding locations that fit what each of us was looking for.
We were so impressed, my future mother in law even hired her again after the fact to coordinate the day of the rehearsal dinner.
I would highly recommend Patty and Every Last Detail for event planning!
Patty was my wedding planner for my wedding last June 2023 and I really can't say enough good things about her. She's truly incredible, and made our wedding experience so special. ...
I was having some health issues and i work a stressful job, and i was able to rely on her for so much. She is with you every step of the way, and she's so knowledgeable. I really can't imagine trying to plan a wedding on my own, without Patty. There are a lot of wedding planners out there but I know from friends that a lot of them are not great. Patty is 100/10 and goes above and beyond to make your day special. I can't recommend her enough - she is the best of the best!!! Thank you Patty for everything you did for Mack and I
I can’t imagine having such a perfectly smooth wedding without Patty! In my past I worked a few weddings and knew just how much coordination goes into the day of planning and knew ...
I needed someone to help, so that we could fully enjoy our day and not have any additional work put on ourselves or our guests! Shortly after booking our venue we hired Patty who was a preferred vendor of Carmel Valley Ranch. Patty is a seasoned veteran, has endless connections, and enjoyable to be around. We were able to book a hybrid package that included Patty making recommendations for vendors based off a questionnaire we filled out and then would make introductions for us. If Patty is still offering this service I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND it as it got us quick introductions with vendors within our budget who had successfully worked with Patty in the past. It also made it much easier when we got to one month prior before our wedding as Patty already knew who all of our vendors were. Along the way Patty was also there to answer any questions I had about booking vendors and continuously gave my fiancée and I piece of mind.
For the day of services Patty and her assistant were amazing. Unfortunately, two days prior to the wedding both of my parents came down with COVID and all of my family were exposed. Patty was so helpful in getting live streaming set up and room meal deliveries coordination in addition to notifying all of our vendors of the last minute change that my family couldn’t be in attendance. With Patty’s help I truly did not have to worry about a thing the day of as I knew everything was taken care of. All of our decorations were set up in the church, the reception area, and then brought back to our room after the wedding concluded. She also kept the timeline on track which I wouldn’t have been able to handle given my emotional state with my family missing. I’m sure there was much more behind the scenes that I didn’t even know about. Patty I cannot thank you enough for all of your help in making our wedding vision come to life. Please do not hesitate in booking her if you are on the fence, she is truly the best investment we made in making sure everything ran smoothly for our wedding!

hout the Monterey Bay area. She was always available through call or text when I needed to check in with her. The wedding was beautiful and set up exactly how I envisioned. Patty and her assistant also moved everything back to our room and handled all the end of the night stuff. I truly felt like all I did was drink, dance and enjoy the night!
A couple things that I did notice on the big day;
- the shuttle that was supposed to take guests from the ceremony to the cocktail hour was not there once the ceremony ended. It seemed like people lingered for awhile and I was wondering where the shuttle was as we were going to do pictures and it would have been nice if everyone was gone.
- my bridesmaid was in the 2nd shuttle and she mentioned when they got to the lobby there was nobody there to show them where to go for the cocktail hour; which we were told Carmel Valley Ranch would have people there waiting to show people
- lastly I was trying to find some gift bags I gave to Patty earlier in the night and couldn't find them before a couple guests left.
Again pretty minor details but wanted to share in case you have a similar set up etc. I wish I would have double checked prior about the shuttles and stressed the need to have someone show people.
All in all I would definitely recommend Every Last Detail Wedding and Event Coordination; she was very easy to work with and it's great to have someone so connected with the vendors in the Monterey/Carmel area.

t at behind-the-scenes action. She was very organized with name tags for everyone during our rehearsal. The ceremony went well and guests were all seated and waiting for my arrival which was great. The wedding reception was at our house which complicated things but it all worked out as well as we could have hoped and wished for. I remember one moment where Patty even dusted off the sand on my feet after our beach ceremony while I flailed in my dress and no one else helped! So wonderful! My one suggestion would be to make sure you have communicated all of your details to her and her staff before the big day - my husband and I forgot a couple things to tell her so it made for a bit of confusion during the day of (totally our fault!). Patty kept us on track and was a great team member during our day. Thanks a million Patty!

p me make the most of my limited budget. The week of the wedding I was able to focus on spending time with our visiting family and friends because I was confident that Patty had everything under control. The day of the wedding, Patty and her assistant took care of everything. My family and wedding party didn't have to lift a finger to set up or break down.
Patty was more like a friend than a vendor. A friend who happens to be an awesome wedding planner of course. I can't imagine what I would have done without her.
