With years of experience, this band creates individualized sets for every couple or event they work with so that no two are the same. Their songs include those from the 50s up to today’s music. Along with being a band, they are also willing to play ceremony or dinner music before their performance starts. Every Other Sunday has worked with indoor and outdoor venues that make them perfect for Maine weddings.

Every Other Sunday is a nine or six-piece band that also offers emcee services. Willing to learn new songs for any couple, couples can expect a variety of options to choose from. The band never allows for an awkward silence. If a break is needed, the band will continue to play songs through the speakers that fit the feel of the wedding and make it seem as nothing has changed. Every Other Sunday loves to play songs for the first dance and any other special dances that are requested.

riends of my husband and were extra excited to play for people they knew, it's clear that they are very down-to-earth and accommodating with everyone they work with. Mike and Tori gave us their input whenever we asked and always made sure to check in with us when making decisions. On the day of the wedding, they showed up hours early to practice with my dad, who wanted to play a song with them. They were super organized and made him feel so much more comfortable getting up on stage. Tori was also willing to film our ceremony, which was so helpful. All of our guests commented on how amazing the band's energy was - they had an 150 person wedding ALL on the dance floor and managed to play a variety of songs that suited everyone. My husband's uncle (who is 75) is still talking about how much he loved Tori's rendition of "Pink Pony Club" by Chappel Roan. If you are looking for a band that will take care of you throughout the wedding planning process and put on an amazing show that appeals to everyone, look no further. We love EO Sunday and we love Mike and Tori!

On a beautiful Thursday in April, we were married by a windy beautiful scenic backdrop at George J. Mitchell Field in the beautiful coastal town of Harpswell, Maine. The band played a small ceremony of instrumental songs, then as our guests were leaving they sang a beautiful ballad as our guests walked away with joy. We continued our celebration reception at the Harraseeket Inn, a place that quickly became so much more than just our venue—it became part of our love story. Nestled in the heart of Freeport, Maine, the Inn's timeless charm and cozy, historic atmosphere offered the perfect setting for our non-traditional spring wedding. As the sun set and the lights came up, Every Other Sunday brought the celebration to life. The band was incredible—perfectly reading the room and keeping the energy high with the right songs at the right time. uitar during our ceremony (touching Beatles renditions), the EOSunday jazz trio laid down some very chill instrumental grooves for cocktail hour, and then we closed out the night with their 9-piece band that rocked the dancefloor so hard I sweat through my shirt! They NAILED all of our "unique" song requests as well - from Dropkick Murphys to the Jonas Brothers. Our guests had an unforgettable night, and a month later we continue to receive compliments from them about how much fun they had dancing to EOSunday.

From our first meeting with EOS, we knew they were the perfect fit. Mike and Tori were a blast to talk to, prepared and organized, and flexible to any/all suggestions! It felt like we were speaking to close friends (spoiler: the rest of the band members are no different).
From running a portable sound system out to a forest to playing a crowd favorite for the first time live because they heard it was a hit during cocktail hour, hiring EOS is worth it simply for the peace of mind knowing you have one vendor you absolutely don't need to worry about. The fact that they are a hell of a good time and wonderful people to boot is just an added bonus.

And, the first dance was truly amazing. Mike’s MC skills navigating the toasts added comic relief and his improv skills are top notch. The band was absolutely amazing to work with and made our ceremony, first dances, and wedding dance floor things we will never forget! Having dealt with many vendors for our wedding weekend, Every Other Sunday stood out in their communication. They were prompt to respond to emails and always helpful! In addition to playing for our evening dance reception, they offered a variety of reasonably priced options to add live music to the rest of our day. We particularly enjoyed the addition of live music to our ceremony. I will always remember looking out over our family and friends gathered for the occasion as we listened to a live rendition with beautiful vocals of “Sunrise, Sunset” – the same song that was sung at my parents’ wedding 32 years ago, that the band member was willing to learn just for our ceremony! They were incredibly generous overall in learning new songs for the event at no extra cost, and even indulged us by adding in some extra special “First dances” – one for the groom and the bride’s grandma, and one for the parents of the groom. They were even willing to personalize these songs and blend together a few song choices to create the perfect mix. Not only that, but a band member also served as M.C. to help coordinate reception toasts and the end of the evening activities. Having live music with a dance floor in a barn was my perfect wedding and we are so grateful that Every Other Sunday helped make it a reality!

For the after dinner portion of our celebration, the band rocked out to variety of contemporary and classic dance tunes. They had the whole place jumping – literally, some of our guests were swinging from the beams…everyone had so much fun! Every Other Sunday is an extremely talented and versatile wedding band. Mike and Tori were easygoing and flexible yet very responsive to our email communications.
