She was an invaluable resource through-out the entire process, from start to finish. She helped us plan out every aspect of our event and think through all of the potential snags, many of which we could not have anticipated without her. She helped us plan out everything – linens, timing, logistics, if it had something to do with the wedding, Laurie was there to help. She’s incredibly responsive and goes above and beyond to make herself available to help whenever needed. We did a lot of the set up and work for the wedding ourselves, and having Laurie as a partner to rely on before, during, and after our wedding provided us with such incredible peace of mind. I can’t stress enough how freeing it was to know that Laurie was handling all of the details behind the scenes, especially on the day of the wedding. a "wedding planner" NEVER crossed our minds prior to being engaged. We are both pretty laid back, can make decisions, and we thought what could a wedding planner do that we cant? We decided on our venue right away. Our venue recommended having an event coordinator because we were outside and at an off site location (SSC). Thats when we came across Laurie's contact information from Everyday Details. We met with Laurie to see what help she could offer and see if we would work well together. We hired Laurie that night. Her organization, positive personality, confidence and experience was beyond impressive. After listening to our vision, our special requests, and our budget, Laurie immediately had recommendations for us for vendors that she saw as a good fit. She was spot on on ALL of them. Her experience with weddings, charity events, public and private parties was clear from the relationships she had with so many people and businesses in the event industry. Covid hit about 6 months out from our wedding day and Laurie handled it with ease. She was one step ahead on any restrictions or modifications that had to be made . She was responsive and available to meet whenever we asked to. She set up all of our meetings with our vendors and followed up to make sure it was what we were looking for. On our wedding day she was reassuring and so flexible when it came anything we needed. Each part of our ceremony and reception ran on time and smoothly because of her coordination. She was calm, professional, personable, and an absolute blessing to our family. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to be sure that we were doing everything necessary for our guests to feel safe. She even made my husband and I masks out of fabric from my wedding dress! The amount of money we SAVED with Laurie through her professional recommendations and her experience was probably double, if not more, then what we paid for Laurie to be with us every step of the way. Her composure and ability to make our wedding planning during a global pandemic manageable is something you cant put a price tag on. as I wrong. The planning leading up to the wedding I still thought I had it figured out and Laurie was just a helpful voice when I wasn’t sure. What I didn’t know was how much support she was the day before the wedding and the day of. Please let me stress this enough, I could NOT have had the day before and my wedding day go smoothly without her. The limo went the wrong way when the guys were in there and I forgot my flowers so had to go back to the hotel, needless to say, I was late. She coordinated everything and got us on track. A table wasn’t delivered and she had to repurpose it and I never even knew until she had requested a refund for the table after the wedding. I honestly thought I had the wedding under control and I didn’t. My day would not have been as amazing if I didn’t have her. Do yourselves a favor and let Laurie deal with the stress of the day so you can enjoy it.

time I hired her through my wedding day she was always there to answer questions and give advice. She was a life saver on my wedding day! She had made all the vendors timelines and emailed them ahead of time so everyone knew where they were supposed to be at what time. She helped set up our decorations and collected all our things after the wedding. She was there the whole night to make sure everything went smoothly and even made sure we had some food packed up to take with us. Highly recommended, 5+ stars.

at least one kind thing for someone else every day. We think she's gone well and above her one-a-day quota, and went above and beyond for us in every way. Before meeting with her, we knew that we wanted to have a day-of wedding coordinator to organize vendors, facilitate the ceremony orders and introductions, and handle any other little issues that popped up so we could truly be in the moment and enjoy our wedding. Before hiring someone to handle this critical aspect, we wanted to make sure that we had someone who was professional, thoughtful, and experienced enough to handle any issues that may pop up. Laurie checked all of these boxes and then some. After meeting with her, we decided to also have her help us with some pre-wedding planning. Throughout the process, we leaned on Laurie to help us find vendors, plan seating arrangements, find the best way to display the personal decorative items that would make our venue feel special, and do all of the above while sticking to our strict budget. Laurie was exceptional. She kept us on track and her connections helped us find our DJ, videographer, rental company, florist, and bartender, all of whom were wonderful to work with and were eager to help us, especially once they knew Laurie was part of our team. She kept everything organized from day one and was a great sounding board for whenever we wanted to bounce ideas off someone. She also helped us save money by finding talented vendors who don’t advertise their services as much as some of the bigger names, cutting out middlemen on linen rentals and bus rentals, and even getting us discounts with certain vendors who were willing to charge less to get the opportunity to work with Laurie again. After working with Laurie for ten months or so in the lead-up to our wedding, we completely understand why so many are eager to work with her again. When it came to the day of the wedding, Laurie’s organizational skills and guidance were crucial. We saw firsthand why so many of our vendors were eager to work with Laurie again as she kept everyone on a tight schedule, while still allowing for flexibility where appropriate. She put together a detailed timeline for the day of, which she circulated to all of our vendors, but she was also quick to remind us that it was our day and that the most important thing was that every moment felt perfect for us. Everything moved flawlessly throughout our day. Everyone involved knew exactly where to be and when. There were no issues, no timing mishaps, no hiccups. Laurie even had an associate help her with coordinating the ceremony and setting up for the reception the morning of our wedding so that we would have an extra person on-hand. Our wedding day was perfect and we owe a big thanks to Laurie for making that happen. We highly recommend working with her, and are forever grateful for her heartfelt work on our wedding day.

The day of the event, she was all hands on deck, ensuring the timeline was followed and dealing with the minor issues that always arise so we didn't have to. I wouldn't of had it any other way. Our family lives 4 hours away, and she was a perfect addition to our to our wedding planning family. Helped with last minute chances and suggestions. We wouldn't had a perfect day without her.

o many amazing vendor referrals which made our wedding run perfectly and by the end of it all, partial planning seems like an understatement. She has relationships with everyone in the Seacoast NH area! Not only did Laurie help us plan for our big day, but she provided all the essentials to actually execute it. From loading and unloading all of our decorations and alcohol (we got married at the Seacoast Science Center, where you pretty much bring in everything your self) to taking it all to her house afterwards and spending Father's Day helping us to load it all back into our vehicle, Laurie does it all! She ordered and made all of our welcome baskets and dropped them all off at the hotel before we arrived on Friday. She ordered our mason jar favors at cost and turned them into adorable place cards for our guests. When we couldn't find somewhere in Portsmouth for our rehearsal dinner, no worries said Laurie, and she called up a friend and got us a venue. When I couldn't find pictures that were meant to go in our guest book the day before, don't worry said Laurie, who went over to CVS and printed them for me again. From her laminated timelines to the attention she pays to every last detail, Laurie is totally on top of it all! If there were any issues of the execution of our day of, not only did it not look like it, but we didn't know about it!

I rearranged my whole workday around that meeting. Well, better to find out early on that she is unreliable, before spending thousands on her services.

until a few days before the wedding since I live in NJ, she was very personable over the phone and via email and quick to offer her help in any way possible in the months and days leading up to my wedding. She was there the day before to help coordinate the rehearsal and also from beginning to end on the day of my wedding. It was definitely one of the best vendor decisions I made, by far, for my wedding and peace of mind. And best of all, she does a wonderfully amazing job at a price that is affordable to brides on a budget. I am a very organized and at times controlling person, in a way that I like things done the way I have in mind. Her motto is, "your day, your way" and because of that we just meshed really well throughout the time I got to work with her. Everything and anything I asked of her she did, without hesitation, and totally took the stress out of the few minor problems that did arise. She got right on it and took care of it, allowing me to step away and continue to enjoy my day and not run around trying to problem solve and deal with the headache.
