Furthermore, despite having to change our original wedding date, and our new date conflicting with her personal schedule, she was adamant in making sure a team member would still be able to be present so they could still help with our wedding. After our first phone call, she sent me a mood board based off my Pinterest and what we talked about which was SO dreamy, and everything I had hoped for when I dreamed of my wedding flowers. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to flowers and what will go with your vision, venue and so on - even if you’re not quite sure what you want. Like I said before, we ended up having a couple last-minute changes in regard to how many bouquets/arrangements/etc, and I am sure that can be frustrating as a vendor, but she took it in such stride and never made us feel forced to make a decision, one way or another. I was THRILLED with my/our bridesmaid bouquets - I had mine preserved (which I wasn't originally planning to do) secondary to falling head over heels for it, and wanting it as a memoir. She had provided loose flowers for our charcuterie table which were stunning, and there were a couple free-standing arrangements we also loved. I will say there were a couple of other table arrangements and our mantle piece were quite a bit different than the inspiration pictures provided and what we had envisioned, which did take me back a bit. A part of booking your florist is trusting in them incorporating your vision, and I do believe Amanda + her team are super talented, it just wasn’t what we were expecting so that big piece especially took us a bit by surprise when compared to what I had planned for and the pictures we had exchanged. The arrangements she made were all beautiful and fresh, just didn’t quite match up with the expected vision, is the only thing. Regardless, we still received many compliments on our flowers, so I would still encourage any one to hire her - just be clear in communication with exactly what you want once you have a clear idea!
