We were married in Galveston. I will say that the FLAVORS of our cake turned out amazing!! That woman can bake!! We were so disappointed with the design of the cake though. We were supposed to have a floating top
Layer which had to be removed because I guess the cake was sliding. And the floral design isn’t what we agreed to plus she was over an hour late delivering the cake. I LOVE the flavors…and the dessert bar. Was just really sad that we didn’t end up with any great pictures of the beautiful cake we had imagined.
I chose Alexa over anyone else due to the fact her cakes looked amazing. But once we had a cale tasting date set - I knew I'd have to choose her. The cake was tested staed moist, the cream cheese did not get hard and the flavor is bold. We still have frozen cake that tastes just as fresh when thawed. She made our exact vision come to life for both our grooms cake and the 3 tiered wedding cake. I highly recommend!
