We absolutely loved working with Alejandra at Everything Cake! From our first tasting to the wedding day itself, she made the entire process such a joy. The tasting was intimate, r...
elaxed, and incredibly thoughtful. She walked us through every detail and offered so many creative options to mix and match flavors. We loved how personal the experience felt and how open she was to bringing our ideas to life.
She even went the extra mile to create a custom flavor I had requested, and it turned out perfect! Both beautiful and absolutely delicious. The final cake was everything we hoped for. Highly, highly recommend Everything Cake to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind experience!
Alejandra with Everything Cake is a true artist!!! From the very first time we met her I knew we had found a gem! She made the entire process so easy and fun! We got to sit down fo...
r a cake tasting where we got to pick out the different cake flavors and mix and match them with all the different fillings! She was so knowledgable about the cakes. After that she got out her sketch pad and drew up the most beautiful cake for us! She worked with us until we had it exactly how we pictured it! During the entire process she was attentive, responsive and just such a joy to talk to and spend time with! The cake was BEAUTIFUL! She even helped add some dog figurines to the back of our cake that turned out so cute. And she made a grooms cake for my husband that was SO cool! (photos attached). Not only did they look great but they tasted amazing!!! I cannot believe how lucky we got finding Alejandra for our big day! We hope to use her for future life events that need beautiful, delicious cake! :)

g coordinator gave us the wonderful recommendation to check out Everything Cake by Alejandra. We went and visited Alejandra for a consultation back in April of 2023 and we were thoroughly impressed by her professionalism, variety of selections to sample, and her genuine talent. Her portfolio speaks for itself, and her cake selections tasted phenomenal. She gave us so much cake to sample (pictures attached) that my husband and I were overjoyed, and it was a challenge choosing the cake flavors and fillings that we wanted because everything was that delicious!
We eventually decided on two different cake flavors: Amaretto cake with Guava and Cream Cheese Filling and Rum Cake with Dulce de Leche and Cream Cheese Filling. We wanted a simple white buttercream three-tiered cake with minimal flower decoration, fault line bordering, and no fondant. Alejandra was able to make our wedding cake vision come to life and for a reasonable price! She was super willing to work within our budget and accommodate to our needs. And our cake was GORGEOUS because she decorated it so nicely.
Our wedding guests LOVED the cake. We chose to have the three-tiered wedding cake feed 96 people and we added a small sheet cake of our flavors to have a little extra, so our total amount of cake was enough to feed roughly 125 people. We ended up having only 85 people at our wedding, and there were only FOUR SLICES LEFT at the end of the night!!!! Our wedding guests were feral for the cake it was so good haha!! I highly recommend Alejandra! What a wonderful experience and a gorgeous, delicious wedding cake!

We even decided to eat our top layer instead of saving it because we wanted more cake! de my wedding cake which was extremely hard to pick any of the flavors because everything and I mean everything tasted so good! We ended up picking for our cake flavor a vanilla lemon raspberry swirl, our cake filling being raspberry and cream cheese and for our cake frosting we did a gray buttercream texture with ganache dripping with some touches of gold. We asked her to add some roses our florist provided as well. Everyone at the wedding couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the cake was and how they had two pieces. Alexandra guided us in every step and answered any and all questions I had. 10/10 I would recommend Everything Cake. Thank you again Alejandra, you made our day perfect!

What I love most about her is that every cake she designs is from scratch and based on your vision. She sketches it right in front of you while you are describing it to her. And she truly made my vision come to life. It was absolutely stunning. The best part...it tasted amazing!! Even people who don't normally eat cake were coming up to me raving about the flavor and asking for seconds.

but she is also a perfectionist in the way the cake will be displayed and served. After I showed her my vision for our cake, she added ideas on how to give the cake more height, how the cake table should be decorated and even suggested the size and shape of the table. She also delivers the cake herself to ensure that it's set up perfectly because she truly takes pride in her work. I 100% recommend Everything Cake to make your special cake.

Everything Cake Review:
One of my most amazing experience! My now husband and I met Alejandra first via emails. We introduced ourselves via email and let her know we were having ...
a full package wedding but on a small scale. She was totally opened to working with us and giving us our dream cake. When we met Alejandra for the first time at her home we did not expect to meet this petite woman with a personality bigger than life. She’s a beautiful person who listens to you and then describes your vision with suggestions to complete the picture. She had about a dozen fillings paired with various cakes. Her knowledge of pairing the filling with the right flavor cake assured us that our guests will have a great experience tasting the wedding cake. We decided to have two different flavors for each of our tier. And, she made that happen. Alejandra worked closely with our Florist to order and decorate the cake. Our first meeting went beyond cake tasting; she advised us how to display cake at the wedding venue including what stand to have it on, the table linens so that the whole cake table was a work of art! All pulled together elegantly. She even talked to us about the best pose for the our pictures. We have a lot to be grateful to her.
On our wedding day and Alejandra decorates the cake with my favorite flowers (calla Lillies). She did an amazing job; it was gorgeous and classy. Our guests loved, loved the two flavors. It was a great hit! We would certainly recommend her hands down. It is safe to say that on my wedding day I took only one picture and it was a picture of the cake. And, we will plan to ask her to make us a cake on our anniversary every year.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My experience with Alejandra was so sweet (pun and no pun intended). I live in Miami and got married in Orlando so my mom and I took a da...
y trip up for my makeup/hair trial and cake tasting. I wasn't too keen on having cake at all, but the moms insisted! On my search for a wedding cake maker, Everything Cakes caught my eye as a small business created by someone who truly loved what they did. We went over to Alejandra's house for our cake tasting and had the best time out of all of my wedding planning experiences. It was so comfortable, warm and welcoming. She had everything set up for us in the most beautiful way. 12 different cake flavors with 12 different frostings/fillings to go with each one (6 for me, 6 for my mom). It was magical! The best part, she walked us through each flavor giving us tips on what goes best with what, and boy does she know her stuff! Needless to say we didn't want it to end haha. What I found truly helpful was her way of working with me on exactly what I wanted... a non traditional wedding cake. And, since we had so many favorite cake combos, we came up with having 3 cakes displayed, 2 in the back for extras, equally 5 DIFFERENT FLAVORED CAKES! I'm not even a cake person, and these. were. incredible! ... The day of the wedding, everything went flawlessly. And when I finally got to see the cake(s) table, they looked exactly how I had imagined them. Thank you Alejandra for treating us so great, working with me to get just what I wanted and being so kind and friendly. You truly made a mark on my wedding planning experience :)

ative in making them come to life. I'm so happy a coworker recommended her to me after using her for their own wedding as well. When went for tasting had a great variety of cake flavors and possible fillings to go with each. She did great job on sugar flowers making them look so real, as my husband thought she cut off some of the garland we provided to decorate below the cake and just put it on the cake. She is a very creative and amazing baker! I would recommend her for any special occasion needing a cake!
