n more pleased. Our wedding cake was gorgeous and delicious. Everyone was raving about the cake and went back for seconds. We even decided to eat our top layer instead of saving it because we wanted more cake! We definitely would hire Alejandra again for future events and can't wait to taste our cake flavors again when we order our anniversary cake.

We ended up picking for our cake flavor a vanilla lemon raspberry swirl, our cake filling being raspberry and cream cheese and for our cake frosting we did a gray buttercream texture with ganache dripping with some touches of gold. We asked her to add some roses our florist provided as well. Everyone at the wedding couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the cake was and how they had two pieces. Alexandra guided us in every step and answered any and all questions I had. 10/10 I would recommend Everything Cake. Thank you again Alejandra, you made our day perfect! getting to play around with different flavor combinations and truly make it an interactive experience. What I love most about her is that every cake she designs is from scratch and based on your vision. She sketches it right in front of you while you are describing it to her. And she truly made my vision come to life. It was absolutely stunning. The best part...it tasted amazing!! Even people who don't normally eat cake were coming up to me raving about the flavor and asking for seconds.

ened to working with us and giving us our dream cake. When we met Alejandra for the first time at her home we did not expect to meet this petite woman with a personality bigger than life. She’s a beautiful person who listens to you and then describes your vision with suggestions to complete the picture. She had about a dozen fillings paired with various cakes. Her knowledge of pairing the filling with the right flavor cake assured us that our guests will have a great experience tasting the wedding cake. We decided to have two different flavors for each of our tier. And, she made that happen. Alejandra worked closely with our Florist to order and decorate the cake. Our first meeting went beyond cake tasting; she advised us how to display cake at the wedding venue including what stand to have it on, the table linens so that the whole cake table was a work of art! All pulled together elegantly. She even talked to us about the best pose for the our pictures. We have a lot to be grateful to her. On our wedding day and Alejandra decorates the cake with my favorite flowers (calla Lillies). She did an amazing job; it was gorgeous and classy. Our guests loved, loved the two flavors. It was a great hit! We would certainly recommend her hands down. It is safe to say that on my wedding day I took only one picture and it was a picture of the cake. And, we will plan to ask her to make us a cake on our anniversary every year.

o keen on having cake at all, but the moms insisted! On my search for a wedding cake maker, Everything Cakes caught my eye as a small business created by someone who truly loved what they did. We went over to Alejandra's house for our cake tasting and had the best time out of all of my wedding planning experiences. It was so comfortable, warm and welcoming. She had everything set up for us in the most beautiful way. 12 different cake flavors with 12 different frostings/fillings to go with each one (6 for me, 6 for my mom). It was magical! The best part, she walked us through each flavor giving us tips on what goes best with what, and boy does she know her stuff! Needless to say we didn't want it to end haha. What I found truly helpful was her way of working with me on exactly what I wanted... a non traditional wedding cake. And, since we had so many favorite cake combos, we came up with having 3 cakes displayed, 2 in the back for extras, equally 5 DIFFERENT FLAVORED CAKES! I'm not even a cake person, and these. were. incredible! ... The day of the wedding, everything went flawlessly. And when I finally got to see the cake(s) table, they looked exactly how I had imagined them. Thank you Alejandra for treating us so great, working with me to get just what I wanted and being so kind and friendly. You truly made a mark on my wedding planning experience :)

She did great job on sugar flowers making them look so real, as my husband thought she cut off some of the garland we provided to decorate below the cake and just put it on the cake. She is a very creative and amazing baker! I would recommend her for any special occasion needing a cake!
