Working with Evie was the absolute best part of the wedding planning process for us! We were blessed enough to be able to work with Evie and her team for about 20 months before our...
wedding, and in that time Evie became family for us. We signed up for the full planning package because we had no idea what we were doing and were also trying to balance work/school schedules. We stand by that being the best decision we made because Evie and her team were lifesavers throughout the whole process. We usually had a meeting (virtual or in-person) with Evie every month to 2 months. In those meetings we would cover the usual wedding components (food, drinks, venue, flowers) and also discuss any non-standard ideas (for example cold sparks). After our meetings, Evie and her team would research the best vendor options for us and then present a few to choose from after they filtered down to the best ones. With my partner and I having no experience planning events, we found this to be extremely helpful. No matter what crazy ideas we had for the big day, Evie welcomed them all and helped us bring them to life. In the beginning we were also a little concerned with a creeping budget, but once we set a number, Evie always presented vendor options that helped us stick within or below our budget. On the day of, Evie and her team were flawless. We had absolutely nothing to worry about other than having a great time. Evie and her team worked like magic behind the scenes, and it seemed like each step of the day just flowed into the next with no awkward moments or hiccups. Evie had also picked out DJs and photographers/videographers she thought would work well with us and she could not have been more right. We loved the whole crew we had together for our wedding day and everyone seemed as though they had been working together for years. All-in-all we could not have asked for a better wedding. It was exactly what we wanted, and we could not have done it without Evie.

any years so I understand and appreciate the hard work, the intricate details of planning, coordinating, and making sure everything runs smoothly. They made my vision come to fruition and more! A Bride couldn't ask for anything more!! My Wedding Day was like something out of a movie, and when I say that I am serious!!... I mean, the day of the wedding I was missing two bridesmaid's dresses!! What?!? How can that be right? I thought I picked up all the 8 robes and 5 dresses from the dry cleaner but somehow 2 of them got lost. Morgan saved the day!! We called the dry cleaner and couldn't get an answer but, she just got in the car and went over there!! The 2 dresses were there at the cleaners but somehow got separated. Morgan always stayed calm and took my stress completely away!! The Lord really blessed me on our special day with these wonderful ladies. I am really truly thankful I found them! Highly recommend them!!

Deena is genuinely a good person and cares about your big day. I am so thankful we hired Evie Morgan Events and Deena to coordinate our wedding day. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

wedding day that she felt like family. If I could recommend one thing it would be to get month of coordinator. She took so much stress off me in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She double and triple checked with all our vendors to make sure we had everything we needed for the day of. It was so great because I was able to really enjoy the month leading up to my wedding instead of stressing. Cannot thank her enough for making my day so incredible!
As someone who was reluctant to even having a wedding or even hire a planner, I cannot put into words the value that Deena, Evie and her team brought to us through out the entire p...
lanning process. They are extremely organized, very attentive, and will make whatever request you have, both big and small, come to life. They allowed us to actually enjoy the process while juggling two full-time corporate jobs.
On the wedding day itself, everyone was impressed on how on-top of things Deena was and she truly was the conductor for our big day. Despite our wedding being a complicated Asian/American wedding, Deena was able to adapt everything to incorporate our cultures into two beautiful ceremonies. Our parents are very hard to impress and even they could not stop talking about how great Deena really was. I know several of my family members and close friends made glowing comments and many asked about how to get in touch with her afterwards.
If you're planning a wedding, no matter how big or small, please look into hiring someone from Evie Morgan's team. They will remove 90% of the stress so you can focus on what is really meaningful to you for your special day.

I worked closely with Deena, the lead planner assigned to our wedding, and she did a phenomenal job! She went above and beyond for us leading up to our wedding day, addressing all of my questions/concerns in a timely manner, communicating with our vendors, and doing everything else in between. Our wedding day went so smoothly and my husband and I were able to truly relax and enjoy because we knew we were in great hands. We highly recommend using Evie Morgan Events for your wedding!

l over again without hesitation. She made us feel comfortable and assisted us in making our decisions with ease. No detail was left unnoticed. Her patience and calmness is exactly what I needed for my wedding. Her sewing skills are also impeccable! She saved the day and sewed me into my dress moments before the reception and did so without causing any panic even when I was on the brink of tears. She assured me that everything was going to be fine, and truly delivered on that point. Deena is very timely, organized, friendly, and most importantly fun! She understood how important my vietnamese traditions and culture was to us, and beautifully incorporated our two cultures into a perfect day. She handled EVERYTHING and we nor our parents/family were ever bothered with any questions on the day of our wedding and we were able to enjoy our wedding and be in the moment. We cannot speak highly enough of Deena and would recommend her and Evie Morgan Events hands down. She is simply the best! 10/10!

details (just please everyone, hire a professional planner), I called Evie and her team to interview. I instantly felt that I could trust her team and knew that they would have everything covered on the day of. I was lucky that I was set with Evie herself and her assistant Morgan, who are some of the kind, funny and thoughtful individuals I've met. They worked so great as a team! We met around 30 days before the wedding and went over all my details and reviewed timelines, contracts, etc. We again met the week before to finalize everything which they finalized with all the vendors. They came to my house to pick up some of the boxes and signage of personalized items which they brought to the venue for me (amazing!) And the day of was just perfectly executed. I never felt rushed, and I know they made all the details run smoothly behind the scenes without me even knowing. I can't thank Evie and Morgan enough for all that they did for me and my husband!

ly amazing from the very start, and we couldn't thank her enough. She thought of absolutely everything, every single detail, from our first meeting months prior to the very end of our wedding night. Not only was she incredibly organized and took care of everything, she's also THE NICEST person you'll ever meet. Because of her, our perfect day was so smooth with absolutely nothing for us to stress about. There were things she took care of that we hadn't even considered or known about! She truly was incredible and our day would have been SO different without her. We HIGHLY recommend Evie and her team!!!

Evie Morgan Events, I cannot begin to tell you the relief I felt. We have said from the get go that Deena saved our marriage before it began (jokingly, obviously) but her support was the biggest breath of fresh air with wedding planning. I cant express our appreciation for Deena and this company. The guidance in decision making, handling the shuffling and communications between vendors and every little detail in between that a busy bride to be had no idea was included in wedding planning. She even helped me work through my step father and biological father both being included in the isle walking. My mother and I have reflected on my wedding day and have GUSHED over how that day would not have been possible without them being there the day of coordinating every last detail. My family truly got to enjoy the union of my husband and I because we trusted them with everything. There were multiple issues with the venue and vendors that day and not minor ones (that's for a different review) but we noticed nothing because we had Denna and Evie Morgan Events on our side. Truly cannot recommend this company enough!!!

During the week of the wedding, we were relaxed and reassured that everything was ready to go! They provided constant support throughout the day and checked on us frequently to make sure we were happy. We were so grateful to them afterwards. We will cherish our wedding memories thanks to Evie and Deena! They did a fabulous job!😀
I am the youngest of three girls, so when I saw Evie plan both of my sister's weddings with excellence, it was a no-brainer to reach out to her when it was my turn to get married! ...
Evie planned a wedding that exceeded all of my expectations for my wedding day. She makes it clear that she prioritizes your desires and must-haves. For someone who is busy and has a hard time making decisions, wedding planning was daunting to me. But Evie makes it easy to make choices that take into consideration both your budget and vision. Evie is one of the most hardworking women I know and I was honored to have her plan one of the best days of my life. My husband and I are eternally grateful for the help and support that we received from Evie and her team. On the day of the wedding, Evie's team made everything flow effortlessly. They graciously handled any issues that came up and made sure that our guests were taken care of. Evie is one of a kind, extremely personable, professional, and knows what she is doing! We would not have had a wedding without Deena!
The sheer amount of decisions that need to be made for a wedding can be so overwhelming that a full service planner was an absolute...
must for us, so it didn't become too stressful. My fiancé and I agreed we would have peace during the planning process.
When I fully understood all of the coordination, vendor outreach and scheduling she had to do for our wedding I thought this was the best decision we could have made. There is no way I would have ever wanted to do that on my own or even with my matron of honor. It's a full time job.
We interviewed five planners initially and chose Evie Morgan Events because we knew they had the skill and professionalism to do the best job for us and we just loved them as people. When I would tell our vendors who our planner was they were relived and that shows just how trusted and respected these gals are. Deena was a delight to work with. She kept us focused, made sure no detail was forgotten and it gave me a sense of ease that I could "let go" (which is hard for me) and just trust her to take care of things.
I can't give Deena and Evie Morgan Events enough praises; I'm so grateful we worked with them and wouldn't change a thing.

When we look back on and talk about the wedding planning process, many of our fondest memories were those times spent with Evie. Evie truly knows her field and gave us wonderful advice- from choosing vendors to planning the final two days’ schedule and timeline of events. Her experience is invaluable. She and Deena both went out of their way to make sure every detail was covered on the wedding weekend. I highly recommend Evie Morgan!
