The main floor of the restaurant is perfect for casual receptions with many photo opportunities and sunset views for miles. In the evening, you can also cozy up by one of the fire pits at the seating area on the ground floor.

Julie Asher is the Event Coordinator at Evie’s on the Bay, with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a strong focus on event planning over the past five years. A Sarasota native, Julie has a deep connection with the local community and brings both professionalism and creativity to every event she oversees.
Before joining Evie’s in 2025, Julie spent five years as the Bar Manager and Event Coordinator at a popular local live music venue and Chiki hut-style bar and restaurant. During that time, she successfully planned and executed a wide range of events — from weddings and anniversaries to private celebrations and corporate gatherings — each tailored to reflect her clients' unique visions.
Julie’s hands-on experience, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality make her an invaluable part of the Evie’s team, ensuring every event is both seamless and unforgettable.
