EVNTSBYEM

highly organized, and has complete command over the wedding planning process from beginning to end. No stone was left unturned. She made us aware of so many things we wouldn’t have thought of on our own (e.g. how much to tip each vendor, etc.). There are too many positive things to mention in one review, so I’ll say our biggest takeaway was that we didn’t feel nervous or very stressed at all leading up to/during the big day. We had the utmost confidence in Emily and her team to execute the best day of our lives, and we trusted her so much that we would often defer to her best judgment for certain decisions. Without Emily, we couldn’t imagine pulling off what we thought was a perfect celebration. Working with Emily was worth of every penny and then some, without a doubt. We couldn’t recommend “Events by Em” more!

nsive, and organized. As a high stakes event, it was nice to have someone like Emily giving us the tools and support we needed from day one to develop our day. Thank you Evntsbyem!

, we knew we made a great choice. She asked important questions that helped remind my husband and I to consider little details. The timeline she provided acted as an amazing checklist throughout the planning process. There were templates, reference documents, and packing lists provided. It was super helpful that Emily also took over communicating with vendors closer to the day-of the wedding. Her familiarity with our venue and some vendors made me feel at ease that everything is taken care of. I appreciated that she was available to answer my questions and advised me on my wedding logistic concerns. On the day-of the wedding, her and her assistant Tony got the table decorations set-up exactly like how I envisioned for the reception. She kept the wedding party running on time, made sure we were well fed (and hydrated), and made whatever we needed magically appear. I am so grateful that we picked Emily as our day-of coordinator! My wedding vision came to life and I was able to BE the Bride instead of the worrysome party planner on my special day!

rs but she was different in the sense that she’s straight to the point and we totally got a sense that she is an incredibly hard worker. We also chose her because her prices are super reasonable and not overpriced like other vendors. We are blown away by how seamless she made everything feel up to our wedding day. She is very organized. Every time we had a question, she had an answer. She was never unsure. She gave us recommendations on vendors and we ended up using a limousine service which was great quality and super affordable. She is not only super organized but very friendly as well. Our wedding venue was only 10 minutes away from our hotel and we were planning to uber it back and she took us home instead. We felt so at ease on my wedding day and we had full trust in her and her team. She also knew most of the vendors that we chose so she’s really well known. Her staff is her family and that’s what makes her service even more meaningful as her family is also very hard working but they’re fun as well! 6 out of 5 stars

J perspective, everything felt dialed - from the timeline to communication - which always makes a huge difference in creating a great experience for the couple and guests. Would happily work with her again anytime. — Mike, Endless Summer DJs

us feeling confident. We are also from the 626 area and her knowledge of the area intrigued us as well. Her pricing is fair, especially since she began working for us the moment we hired her, which was a whole year before our wedding. Em sent us reminders, checklists, and communicated with us throughout the year. She offered insightful suggestions but always (and endlessly) supported our choices. Truthfully, the main factor we hired Em was the fact that it was clear she cared for us from the moment we asked for help. On our wedding day, she and Tony were lifesavers. We truly had nothing to worry about as she took lead and helped us throughout the entire day. For example, the florists/decorators rushed the job and did not finish decorating. Em took charge and stood on chairs to finish the work herself. Additionally, the wedding dress was not bustled and she literally pinned it herself so the bride was able to dance and move around comfortably. Throughout the ceremony and reception, Em made our vision possible. She kept us organized and on track. Most importantly, she listened and provided what we needed. She was our advocate when we were swarmed with questions. Em even stopped by and checked in with us the day after our wedding, Her dedication to creating a seamless and perfect day for her couples is sincere. She was the best teammate throughout our entire wedding experience. The biggest compliment was the fact that Em continued to support us AFTER her contract and our wedding had passed. She was not obligated to, but she continued to advocate for us. We had a dispute with the florists and she continued to take our calls, provide advice, and overall champion for us. Emily is the one to go for, trust us!!

ful time for anyone planning a wedding. Our wedding day was perfect and it was in large part due to Emily. She even helped my husband pull off a surprise performance from our favorite singer. I would recommend her to any couple looking for a beautiful and seamless wedding day!

the entire process. I would recommend Emily to anyone looking for a professional who will take the time and effort to make your special day perfect!

hey paid close attention to details, anticipated potential issues before they arose, and handled last-minute changes with calmly and professionally. The event itself ran smoothly and exceeded our expectations—everything from logistics to timing and execution was thoughtfully managed. It was clear they truly cared about the success of our wedding and our guest experience. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and highly capable event planner!

through it all. She even checked in with me throughout the wedding night and was ready for the next activity. Her assistants were also super helpful and were ready to immediately support myself or Emily. My wedding wouldn't have run so smoothly without Emily. I received so many compliments from my guests about this. EMILY IS THE BEST!

n the wedding day did not materialize. Several assurances made early on were forgotten, she arrived with her husband in place of a trained assistant, and key décor was not set up despite her scheduled early arrival. Major issues—like the flowers being the wrong color and my bouquet containing fake blooms—were not caught, and addressing them became unnecessarily tense when she responded defensively toward my maid of honor. Throughout the day she frequently expressed visible frustration toward members of our bridal party and family. We had also asked her to help ensure my husband and I stayed together during the reception, something she enthusiastically promised, but it never happened. While the pre-wedding experience was positive, the day-of execution and attitude left a great deal to be desired.

ging our wedding vision to life. They were always so readily available through text, email, and video chat, which made the entire planning process so seamless and reassuring. Their attention to detail was truly unmatched. Every meeting with them left us feeling lighter, more confident, and excited, because they always had solutions, timelines, and thoughtful ideas ready to go. Planning a wedding (and especially the day of!) can be incredibly stressful, but Claire and Emily handled everything with such calm composure. They reassured us every step of the way and kept everything organized behind the scenes so we could be fully present and enjoy our day. They are both so knowledgeable about the entire wedding process, from vendor coordination to final-day logistics, and their experience really showed. Emily entrusted Claire to take the lead leading up to and on our wedding day, and we could not have asked for better support. Everything ran smoothly and beautifully because of their teamwork and dedication. We truly looked forward to our meetings and phone calls with them - they always lifted the weight off our shoulders and replaced it with excitement and peace of mind. We are endlessly grateful for all the care, effort, and heart they put into our wedding. We absolutely could not have had our perfect day without them! - Thank you! Love Mr. & Mrs. Siu

ut a coordinator and realized how much we didn't know. We were put in contact with Emily at the beginning of August (2.5 months to Wedding date) and miraculously were able to contract her services. SHE WAS A GAMECHANGER. We cannot recommend Emily enough. She is honest and always looking for your best interest. Our wedding day was flawless and was exactly what we wanted. It wouldn't be possible without her guidance and help. Emily and her team were a pleasure to work with. They are extremely professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and reliable.

l be recommending Emily to everyone we know !! Much love, The Cuevas

ress minimized. She helped our vision come to life and communicated with our vendors in a way that allowed us to be fully present during our big day. She gave the best recommendations to maximize the day for us and to make sure that everything went smoothly day of. We had the best day of our lives and it could not have happened without Emily. If you are thinking of hiring someone, hire Emily. You will not regret it.

we had done in 6 months. It was an absolute pleasure working with Emily, and if I ever had to get married again, I would immediately hire her. A few of my friends and family also got engaged this year and I have already recommended her to them. Even with our big wedding party (18 total bridesmaids and bridesmen), our giant guest count (220), and our after dinner guests (200) Emily was able to accommodate every request we had and our wedding flowed so flawlessy. When it came to booking vendors, Emily was prepared with a list of people she had previously worked with that fit both in our price range, as well as meeting our vision. She communicated with all of our vendor contacts, so that we didn't have to stress out more than necessary. She kept us on track so that we were never rushing and doing things last minute, and anytime we had to change things like add or remove people she made us feel like everything was okay and not a complete dumpster fire. She made sure that we had things we didn't even realize we needed to get or forgot that we needed, vow books, cake cutting set, perfume bottles, card box, etc. She made sure all our vendors had their insurance docs ready to be submitted. She coordinated with all the vendors so they knew what time to be there and where to set up. She put together such a detailed timeline of events so that we had time to enjoy our wedding. She made sure our rowdy and chaotic wedding party had their cues down at the rehearsal, and tweaked our wedding format so that nothing looked out of place. On the actual day of our wedding, Emily and her team were so good to us. From checking in on us at the hotel while we got ready, to driving to the venue to make sure vendors were there and setting up correctly, to coming back to the hotel for our first look, then going back to the venue with us to get the ceremony started, every single thing was taken care of, all my wife and I had to do was show up and pose for pictures. I seriously cannot sing her enough praises. She is the very definition of a wedding planner. I would recommend her a million times over until I am blue in the face. If you want your wedding to be the wedding of your dreams, please please please consider using Emily and her team, I promise you she is worth every single penny and she will not let you down.

ams, and she did it all with such kindness, care, and calm energy that immediately put us at ease. I started this process feeling overwhelmed by venues and details, but once Emily came on board, everything shifted. She truly became our anchor throughout the entire journey. There is so much Emily does behind the scenes that you don’t even realize until you look back and see how seamlessly everything came together. She guided us through every twist and turn, always with thoughtful advice, solutions, and encouragement. We always knew we could trust her completely, and that peace of mind is priceless. She assembled the most amazing team of vendors and made sure every detail reflected our vision. On the wedding day itself, Emily and Tony were our absolute MVPs. They cared for us like family: making sure we were fed, hydrated, present, and calm. Our parents personally shared how grateful they were for their help as well. Their presence made the entire day feel effortless and allowed us to stay in the moment, soaking in every memory. Emily is more than just a planner to us now. She is someone we’ll always hold close in our hearts, and we feel so lucky to have found her. If you’re looking for a planner who will truly care about you, fight for your vision, and walk with you every step of the way, Emily is the one. We cannot recommend her highly enough and will forever be grateful for the magic she helped bring to life.

zed. While we only hired her for day-of, she was responsive throughout and scheduled meetings with our vendors on the weeks leading up to the big day. While there were a few rescheduling hiccups along the way, Emily totally came through on the actual day of our wedding, truly making it a seamless and enjoyable time where we had no worries in the world. She took care of me and my wife and kept us fed, hydrated, and on time. She did so well with our guests too. She even surprised us with bonus behind-the-scenes footage and photos for the entire day. Our venue was set up pristinely, and all of our things were packed neatly back to our space at the end of the night. Thank you Emily for making our big day a success!

ns I had. Her responsiveness was incredible, and I always felt supported and reassured throughout the wedding planning process. As we got closer to the big day, Emily helped make sure every detail was in place, and that we felt totally prepared. On the wedding day itself, she truly proved how invaluable she was. We ran into a few unexpected issues with the venue, and Emily and her team didn’t hesitate to stand up for us and make sure everything was handled the way we wanted. There was a moment when we had to move all the tables under a rented canopy we rented last minute, and I was really worried everything wouldn’t fit. Emily and her team made it happen flawlessly, which was such a huge relief! Emily was so easy to work with, handled every little detail (and big changes) with confidence, and made the entire experience feel seamless. On top of everything, her pricing was super affordable for the level of service she brought. I highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for a coordinator who is organized, confident, detail-oriented, and incredibly kind. She’s the kind of person you want in your corner on your wedding day.

ould feel the pressure lift as soon as she arrived on site; she took care of the day with professionalism, grace and as much warmth as family. All our thanks, and well recommended!!

sure everything was on track, and made sure everything was taken care of. I would choose her over and over again, and recommend her!! Thank you, Em!! <3

as next because she was always keeping us informed and on track. I highly recommend!

into one day and initially thought we just needed someone to help manage the schedule. But from our very first call, Emily proved to be much more. She was incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and asked all the right questions that we hadn’t even considered. On the day of our 12-hour wedding, Emily and her team made sure we were consistently eating and staying hydrated. She even shared stories of her own wedding day to help us calm our nerves because we were so nervous and running on 2 hours of sleep. Because we did not have a rehearsal and it was almost everyone’s first time being in the bridal party, Emily stepped up and guided everyone through the ceremony seamlessly and truly made it seem so effortless even though everyone was internally freaking out. We’re pretty last minute and kept texting her throughout the day whenever we thought of something, but she was always already 10 steps ahead of us and rolled with everything so smoothly. She transported all our decor and outfits between venues, set everything up perfectly, and somehow managed to keep us ahead of schedule! She even handled family members during our cultural ceremonies with so much professionalism and grace! The next morning, Emily sent us some behind-the-scenes footage and was even able to tell me where my perfume was when I couldn’t find it. We received so much positive feedback about our wedding, and we truly believe it wouldn’t have been possible without Emily and her team and we are so grateful for everything she did to make the day so beautiful and special for us. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a super thoughtful and professional wedding coordinator/planner who’s incredibly easy to work with - you wont regret it!!

ith a set of services we could afford. From the beginning, she helped us work through questions we had spent a lot of time overthinking on. Her communication was fantastic--it felt like she was always available and would respond almost immediately any time we needed anything. She also has a fantastic eye for aesthetics. We didn't have to give her too many specifics about how we wanted certain things set up, like our welcome table or activities at the reception, but with some input from us she set everything up perfectly and it looked amazing. She even ended up helping us with our florals at the last minute, and the vision she put together was absolutely perfect. If you're wondering whether you need a day-of coordinator (at a minimum), you definitely do, and we would definitely recommend Emily!

hly. Emily was organized, responsive and provided guidance during our planning process. She gave us some vendor recommendations, which we did hire a couple and they were amazing! We appreciate that she was there for our venue meetings, along with phone call meetings with our vendors. She handled all the details, from the timeline to the décor, and any issues behind the scenes so we could truly enjoy our day stress-free. There were a couple mishaps during the day of due to weather and misplaced items which was out of our control, but she took care of all those! Her team the day of the wedding was great, they were making sure we were doing good throughout the entire day. I would definitely recommend Emily to take care of all your wedding planning and coordination needs!

nner lol. He was a huuuuge fan of Emily. She was always reachable at any time of day & ready to take on anything I asked of her & more! But the day of, was another level! Emily was 20 steps ahead of me at every point of the day. She checked on me frequently to make sure I was ok & always took me into consideration. Her husband & assistant Claire were also so amazing! Not only were all 3 of them so professional but they were also so kind & personable. They even spent the extra hour of our party extension with us to be able to drop us off at the hotel afterwards & they absolutely did not have to. Like I said, I cannot say enough good things! Don’t hesitate to have Emily apart of your day, you will not regret it!

to the big day, but she fully leaned into it and absolutely delivered. From the moment I signed the contract, Emily jumped in with both feet, completely hands-on and fully committed. She created a flawless, detail-rich timeline, immediately connected with all of my vendors to ensure everyone was aligned, and brought her incredible creative vision to life in ways I hadn’t even imagined. I had originally planned to do it all myself, thinking I could handle everything, but when things got overwhelming, Emily truly came to the rescue. She made the entire day run like clockwork, from the moment I woke up until the very last person left the venue. Her organization, professionalism, and calm presence were exactly what we needed. My only regret is not hiring her sooner. Every couple deserves an Emily!

view, she will be more involved in the process a couple months out from the process but I feel like she was so responsive and delicate with all of our (many) concerns even before that month marker even hit. The final events is when she truly shined. Closer to the event she handled every minute detail before I even I had a chance to worry about it. She also handled every unexpected, unforeseen problems like the chance of sudden rain with thoughtful solutions and pulled last minute heater rentals before I even had to chance to google “heater rentals” in my area. She even handled my wedding with such grace and efficiency. And she did all of this single handedly when her assistant for our day had to pull out due to sickness and essentially did the work of two people. She even got praise from our whole bridal party in how she directed them for the event. They commended her on her poise, leadership, and clear directions. She was even quick on handling wardrobe malfunctions. My mother in law heels snapped and had super glue on hand. And when then super glue failed, she had slippers ready for her in the other! Every part of the experience working you can feel she makes her couples a priority and is thoughtful to the couples experience. I was disappointed I didn’t have a phone on me to record the day. But the next day she sent an email of her bts photos to me! If you’re non-negotiable is having a well thought out and stress-free(or as stress free a wedding can be) scheduled plan for your wedding, Emily’s your girl!

wedding day, Emily was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always available whenever I had questions, concerns, or needed advice. Not only did I notice her attentiveness, but my family did as well. Emily and her team made sure my husband, our bridal party, and I felt cared for every step of the way. Even during the more stressful moments, Emily kept us calm, comfortable, and reassured. Emily, all I can say is that you are truly amazing—I can’t recommend you enough to my family and friends!

we wouldn’t have thought about. It was an obvious choice from there and she really guided us through our journey. The day-of could not have gone smoother. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and the flow was the best of any wedding we’d ever been to. Obviously we’re biased, but we truly mean that, objectively. Thank you, Emily!

ication were unparalleled. She made me feel completely supported throughout the entire planning process, and I truly believe my wedding would not have run so smoothly without her. Emily and her team were incredibly detail-oriented, making sure everything was perfect without a single hitch. She came fully prepared, even bringing an emergency kit for peace of mind. Emily had a remarkable ability to anticipate our needs, often before we even had to ask. Her professionalism and care went above and beyond, and I cannot recommend her highly enough as a day-of coordinator. She truly exceeded all expectations! From the groom: Hi there! I never write reviews but Emily was so great I had share. As someone who is type A and was skeptic of wedding coordinators, I was unsure at first but Emily exceeded every expectation I had. She made us feel like we were in good hands since the first meeting and touched base with us frequently during the planning process. Anytime my wife or I had questions, she would respond almost instantaneously (faster than my wife responds to me sometimes). Emily had contacts with vendors from tuxedo rentals, welcome signs, and so much more which made the planning so smooth. Emily was there for every important vendor meeting and rehearsal. On the day of, Emily made sure everything was on track so I could focus on enjoying our big day. Every time I had a question or felt uncertain on our wedding day, when I looked for/towards Emily, she was already looking back at me giving me the signal things were okay. Everything I needed that day (from water to helping me change into our 3rd outfit), her team was ready to assist almost without being asked. I'm truly grateful we had Emily and her team with us for our big day. I'm glad I never have to get married again, because I'd probably have to pay her 5x what we did.

l questions that I had and most importantly, I was not a stressed out bride to be! You will not regret hiring Emily and her team, they were a dream to work with. Thank you Emily + team for the best day ever!

ll trust in Emily - when a question arose, she was automatically on top of it. She understood the importance of keeping us calm throughout the day as she took care of all of the logistics, production, and schedule as the day unfolded. We are extremely grateful and would absolutely recommend working with Emily for any and all special events.

. Her personality is amazing, she is organized, responds fast and really cares about your concerns no matter how small. I would definitely recommend her! She is the best!! Our wedding day went so smooth and she even fixed my bustle that broke on the wedding day!

finitely takes time. Of course with every Asian wedding, things can run behind, but Emily and her teammate Tony were so good at moving us along appropriately. They were also kind enough to make sure we had drinks from the bar and allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding. We had a few hiccups due to our mistake, and Emily swooped in and saved the day. She took charge and helped fixed it immediately. I had no worries the day of and if I did have a problem she was so quick at mediating the situation. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and she helped us so much. We were so lucky to find her. She goes above and beyond at making sure your wedding runs smoothly and you have fun. Thank you Emily and Tony. Our wedding was a blast thanks to you two! Y’all gave such good vibes. I can’t thank you both enough!

verything so seamless and easy. She updated us, collaborated with vendors, organized meetings, gave us reminders, and gave us the sense of direction we desperately needed. Before the big day she was easy to get a hold of, very quick to respond, and answered all my questions. On the wedding day she and her team killed it! I walked into my dream wedding and never had to think of anything because she took care of every detail. I literally just got to enjoy and party. We loved her and highly recommend. She will make your wedding experience a great one!

g vendors, doing reception walkthroughs, setting ALL our decorations up, being our calm in the storm on the wedding day, and even reached out to some vendors for quotes which she didn't have to do. Her and her team also worked swiftly to break down and packup our decorations at the end of the night which helped us so much. She was there along the way to ease my mind with any and all questions that I had (which were a lot of questions!) I seriously couldn't have done this without her. I recommend her and her team to anyone.

periods where we didn't necessarily need to be in touch, but Emily made sure to reach out from time to time to ensure that she's available to help with anything we may need. We ended up using a few of Emily's vendor recommendations that turned out fantastic for us! On the day of the wedding, she made sure we were always hydrated and comfortable while we were being dragged around for photography and such. And at the end of the night, everything was squared away and they made sure we all got back safely. We loved our experience with Emily!

stress beforehand and during the reception day. She and Claire made sure that we stayed on the timeline and that vendors were on task. She helped us be able to focus on us and our guests, while she worked behind the scenes. She deserves all the recognition and praise sent her way and then some. Don’t question it—book her now!

She went above and beyond for us in the months leading up to the wedding, and our wedding day could not have been more perfect. She made sure everything was taken care of while we just enjoyed the day. All of our guests loved attending and told us how beautiful the day and events were. Her timeliness, adaptability, and expertise helped us create a day to forever remember that was incredibly executed. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more, and we will always be grateful for Emily.

nd and parents were actually hesitant about booking her cause they didn’t think it was necessary to book a day of coordinator. I was persistent and Emily was 100% worth it. My husband kept expressing how helpful she was!! Also SUUUUPEER responsive throughout the whole process. I would text her and she would text me asap. Love her so much that even my cousin who’s getting married in December booked with her!

ize accordingly. We could not have done it without her and her team!!

out to Claire and was put together with confidence. There were things I was completely unaware of or would ever think to consider walking into this. I would highly highly recommend you do the right thing for yourself and get the help. Thank you Claire and Evntsbyem for the fantastic experience. I honestly couldn't imagine my special day without your help.

ngs were being taken care of. Throughout the whole planning process she was very present which only made me feel more confident in her on the big day! I would definitely recommend Emily to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!
