My now-husband and I are so happy we went with Evoke for our wedding photos and video. From our first meeting with Sue, we felt confident in the fact that they would take good care of us. Our engagement shoot with Sara C was amazing – she took a perfect balance of candid and posed photos. Before the wedding day, our photographer, Sarah D, and videographer, Alex, reached out and scheduled individual calls where we went through all of our wedding details and timeline. Once again, we felt they were on top of it, which was a huge relief for me, as a bride who was feeling overwhelmed at times. On the wedding day, Sarah D and Alex were both lovely. They were nice, timely, efficient, and captured incredible shots and special moments. Finally, Sara C created a beautiful wedding album for us – we cannot wait to receive it! Thank you, Evoke team, for doing such a great job not just on the wedding day, but during the before and after as well. The photos and videos will last forever, and we are very grateful to you all.

Both the photographer and videographer did an amazing job the day of the wedding! They were very professional and great working with any changes we had the day of. All of the guests loved how they worked. They did an amazing job the day of the wedding, I would absolutely recommend them again!

& Video Evoke Photography & Video Wedding photographer Hi Everyone. I normally do not post but this time around, I have to share. WEDDING or QUINCEANERA ? I have personal experience with this vendor on both! Evoke Photography is one you really need to take note of. First and foremost, 20 years ago, they were our preferred vendor for our wedding photography! And I must say, they did an amazing job. After our wedding, we unexpectantly needed help with a picture of my brother when he pass- believe me when I say: They were not only accommodating to our needs during a funeral, but at a time when we really were in urgent need for a particular picture they came thru for our family- THANK YOU! You would think after 20 years you would need a photographer again and as we began planning our daughters Quinceañera we happen to stumble on to their booth at the bridal extravaganza! Their prices and services have stayed consistent and let me tell you..... their photographers, are seasoned experienced and very professional- this is from personal experience!!!! Our gathering was this June 2024. Our dress was not ready until 2 weeks before the event- We had the photographer Al, help us with our pre quince pictures and the day of the event, (luck would have it, when I saw him in person; he was the one that took our wedding pictures!) and The photographer; Sarah did great at our Quinceanera - We are really pleased with the album she presented. The parent word would be: Relieved! The teenage slang word would be: ATE. My daughter was so excited as she was going thru the pictures reminiscing and yelling... the new slang teenage language: " Dang, our photographer ATE " - Thank you Evoke Photography! Thank you for not only being committed to recording such momentous family occasions but for being in business for so many years and the best part... your services, professionalism and caliber of product is on point! and YES1 The Knot did help me find this vendor and hire this vendor- 20 YEARS AGO! when I did my research as a bride to be. Thank you!

Al was absolutely a wonderful addition to my wedding day. Al was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. Al made everyone feel very comfortable during photos and provided lots of instruction and ideas throughout the portraits at the church. One of the most important things to my husband and I is that our photographer was very respectful and reverent during the Mass as well as to remain "unseen". Al was able to do this for us so that us as well as our guests could participate in the service without feeling like there was paparazzi around. We are extremely happy with the shots that we received and we will recommend Evoke, and Al so highly to all of our family and friends.

" We were extremely happy with EVERYTHING that Al did for us on our wedding day, from the moment that he arrived at the church, to the end of our wedding reception. He brought a wonderfully cheerful attitude and acute professionalism to every photo. Despite working for about 7 consecutive hours, Al always put our wedding guests at ease, and he found a way to get all of the possible shots (and more) that we could have asked for. All of the guests commented on what a joy it was to have Al be our photographer, and his pictures came out beautifully. Evoke was amazing!! Thomas was our photographer and he made the day so much fun and stress free. After my wedding all my guest told me how amazing, fun and how much they loved him!! HIGHLY recommend!!

My husband and I want to thank Alex and Sarah for everything, for doing and awesome job and for being on top of things throughout our wedding day. We appreciate it! They were very helpful and so kind to us. We're really happy with our wedding video and photos, and are super excited and looking forward to show our wedding pictures to our friends and family; I'm sure those photos will bring out tears of happiness from this husband and wife in the years to come, and also will be a very sweet and special memory to share at home with our future kids. Tim made us feel beautiful and handsome. Had the most soft and accepting demeanor and made us feel so comfortable. I, as the bride, was afraid of pictures. But, he made me feel so comfortable and showed moments for us to remember forever. Will have him do all of my photos. Treated us with respect and made us feel so comfortable in front of the Camera. When we asked for certain shots, he made them happen. He blended in with our family so much that we could not tell what was him and what was our family. I’m looking forward to our next adventure so he can take our photos

The photographer’s professionalism was awesome! However, the whole process! From the communication, clear, concise and detailed; was amazing. The payment process was simple! We loved the detail of the process with keeping us informed and open to our wants!

Very happy with the service on the day and the product after! Everyone was extremely personable and kept us all calm and happy on what was somewhat of a stressful day. It felt like we already knew everyone even though we had met them for the first time that day!

Michael is an angel from heaven that descended down to earth. Though I have known Michael for almost 10 years, I have never seen him take my pictures. Michael played the role of an event coordinator, stylist, emotional therapist, and photographer all at once. In fact, my MOH was so impressed she thought Michael was running his own company with the amount of dedication he puts into his work. Michael also worked so well with our 3rd party videographers, he is a rockstar. Will for sure book with Evoke again!

Michael was absolutely perfect. We can’t even imagine not having anyone else to be our photographer. He was so kind and patient and couldn’t have done a better job of making us feel so comfortable. When we talk about the wedding the main thing we bring up is how lucky we were that we got Michael. Communication was great throughout the whole process.

Mike (video) and Thomas (photo) were both AMAZING. They created great vibes and made everyone feel super comfortable. Everyone at Evoke was so kind and quick to respond to any questions, ensured there was plenty of planning/communication so I felt good about the day, and working with the crew on our wedding day was so easy and incredible. Our video highlight real was BEAUTIFUL and we have gotten so many compliments on it. Thomas was the BEST photographer and was amazing at guiding us and our guests on how to improve our poses while always making sure things kept moving along. Our guests loved his little tips and he blended perfectly into our party to capture content. Can’t recommend this group enough to capture all your wedding moments!

We had our engagements done by Al at Evoke and he was so fun and delivered incredible results. It was clear he had a ton of great experience. For our wedding day, we had Sarah. Sarah was incredible! She really went above and beyond and was so fun and helpful all day. She knew our venue well (Shirley Acres) and a couple of times there were some hiccups that she helped deal with even though it was not a photographer's job. She really helped me stay calm and was so delightful. We both loved her and were so happy she was our photographer. The pictures are beautiful and we feel like she captured our day and all of the emotions so well.

I’m not exaggerating when I say every person from our wedding we talked to the next day said, “I don’t know who your photographer was, but he was amazing!” Thomas, the photographer, was phenomenal! That is who everyone was talking about. All three of them though, Thomas, Alejandro, and Al did an amazing job! They made it so much fun to work with them and really put everyone at ease to take great pics and videos. Their fun approach to everything was contagious and allowed everyone to just be themselves…and that turned into great pics and videos that look natural, authentic and beautiful at the same time! Well done guys!!

We were assigned Thomas as our photographer, and we wanted to express how absolutely phenomenal he was to work with. We would absolutely love to do more photo shoots with him in the future. He is absolutely outstanding at his job. To start and recap our day, the venue had no power until 6pm. This occurred at Addison Woods Event Venue, and was very chaotic and stressful with communication from the venue lacking until 9am morning of. Then enter Thomas, and he instantly put me at ease. Thomas arrived on site he instantly sat down with me, calmed me down and gave me a pivot plan on how to make all of our beautiful photo dreams come true. He had a plan for how to capture every photo I wanted still, and he did just that. Throughout the day without power Thomas was incredibly calm, supportive, and understanding in a very dynamic and challenging situation yesterday. He captured every moment perfectly (the beautiful, the funny, the sweaty) and I can guarantee with confidence though we haven’t seen our photos yet- I know they will look like the power was on the whole day, and nothing chaotic was even happening. My mom described Thomas as the glue to the bridal and grooms party this morning. We couldn’t agree more. His ability to be calm, give very clear and supportive instruction is something not only Keenan and I will remember, but my family has talked about all day today too. Thomas kept everyone including other vendors on schedule throughout a chaotic day, and gave great direction to everyone involved with the bridal party. We captured every photo we requested yesterday despite the circumstances, and we even got several creative ideas we hadn’t thought of! We are very thrilled to see our photos and Thomas was the brightness in our day yesterday. The day would not have been as wonderful or stress free without him- he went above and beyond his job title. We love EVOKE! 🙂

Thomas with Evoke photographed my wedding, and he also photographed my sister's wedding seven years ago, and HE IS THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHER EVER!! He made our day so magical! Jordan and I kept talking about how he made the wedding feel so special and was ALL IN! He is the most well-equipped photographer- from helping Jordan tie his bowtie to helping me when my dress came unbustled. We are grateful!!

Loved EVOKE! Used them for my bridal portraits and wedding! Al did my bridals and he was incredible - full of energy and the pictures were gorgeous.
