With over 1,000 weddings to his name, he is a seasoned veteran in the wedding industry, well-versed in the intricacies of wedding planning from start to finish. We take pride in collaborating exclusively with trusted professionals, which is a cornerstone of our success. Our extensive experience spans over 20 different music genres, and we exclusively work with open-format DJs to ensure a dynamic and engaging experience. Eric personally trains every industry professional involved in your event, guaranteeing a level of expertise that is unmatched. Meanwhile, he wants to make sure that onboarding to the sending of contracts provide our clients with the comfort and protection they deserve. I found Evolving Events through diligent research on Instagram and my husband and I were so glad we went with Eric and his team for our wedding day! From our first phone call, we instantly vibed with Eric as he knew what we were looking for and we felt like we could really depend on him from the start. He is super responsive and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy. And we were definitely happy prior to and day of the wedding! One thing that stood out on our wedding was the fact that there were 2 dance sessions!! Once after our first dance (which wasn’t planned) and 2nd after speeches/dinner. Eric and his team just went off the guests’ energies and the guests LOVED it. They really know how to read the crowd. No one was sitting at the tables because they were all on the dance floor almost the entire night! Thank you Eric and team for creating such a perfect night where we could dance our butts off. We truly had the best time!

nd Willson. Bay Area couples have a special place in my heart and you two are definitely up there as one of my favorites. From the first call, the energy was just right and your guests knew how to party. That crowd didn’t let up and I’d do that wedding again any day of the week and three times on Sunday. The impromptu dance session early in the night was everything and seeing that packed dance floor was the best kind of confirmation that we were all in sync. I hope one day I get to bring the party out to the Bay and do it all over again out there. Thank you again for the love and for trusting me and my team with your day.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Eric as our wedding DJ, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, his communication was outstanding—always responsive, professional, and genuinely interested in understanding our vision for the day. On the day of the wedding, we had to make a last-minute change of plans due to unexpected rain. Eric handled it all with total grace and flexibility. He moved locations without missing a beat and helped keep the atmosphere light and joyful, making sure our guests stayed focused on the celebration, not the weather. The music was everything we hoped for and more. Eric’s ability to seamlessly mix songs kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night. He read the room perfectly and played something for everyone—whether it was a throwback for the older crowd or current hits that had everyone singing along. The flow was flawless, and the vibe never dipped. And we can’t forget the photo booth! It was such a hit with our guests and gave us so many fun, candid memories to look back on. Hands down the BEST DJ in the tri-state area! Our biggest worry was having a dead dance floor, especially with a mix of younger and older guests. But DJ Eric absolutely crushed it from start to finish! The music was incredible, everyone was on the dance floor all night long. He blended music from both my family’s and my wife’s cultures seamlessly, making sure everyone felt included and celebrated. DJ Eric truly went above and beyond, and we feel so lucky to have had him at our wedding. We’re already looking forward to booking him for future events. If you want a packed dance floor and unforgettable vibes, Evolving Events NYC is the only way to go!

EENYC packed the dance floor and nailed all of our A/V needs for our wedding ceremony and reception at the Prospect Park Picnic House! Planning calls were pleasant and seamless. The online client portal is convenient and organized. The day-of went without a hitch. Everything showed up on-time and sounded crisp. They even worked with us to incorporate some home-baked musical elements into our reception. We can't recommend EENYC highly enough, they are a joy to work with and truly made our special day extra magical!

I couldn’t have asked for a better entertainment group. Eric and Evolving Events NYC are truly the best of the best and they had our reception running smoothly all night. Before the reception even happened Eric and Jumpin Jay were able to make the whole process simple by helping us break it down and figure out what song should go where and how the whole night should be played out. From the start of the reception they were able to help get everyone excited from introductions to even the last song. Eric was truly able to make everyone happy and energetic all night and helped make sure there was never a low light in the night. The Music selection was perfect, it was everything we asked for and more. Jumpin Jay made sure to somehow fit in all our requested tracks with seamless transitions into all the music which was super impressive. Eric and Jay were the nicest guys and made sure all night to keep checking in with my wife and I to make sure we were having a great time and to make sure our families were having a great time as well. At the end of the night everyone couldn’t stop telling us how great of a time they had and how they didn’t want to get off the dance floor all night. I would highly recommend Evolving Events NYC!

Wow, wow, wowww!! We are sooo happy we hired Evolving Events NYC for our wedding. They were extremely professional, they went above and beyond, and they were sooo much fun. The BEST MC & DJ, I highly recommend to everyone. They did an amazing job entertaining our big family (Dominicans & Puerto Ricans), who were all asking for their information after. If you are debating between mc/djs for your wedding or party, just hire evolving events nyc, thank me later!

We knew we needed to hire Eric for our wedding as soon as we spoke with him! He has deep knowledge of the industry but is also super calm, flexible, and easy to work with. His playlist kept our guests on the dance floor all night, and we received so many compliments about the playlist. One guest even told us it was the best wedding dance floor they had ever seen! We gave him a lengthy 'must play' and 'consider to play' list and he hit on almost everything, adding in his own mixes to keep the energy up. Would highly recommend Eric and Evolving Events!

As soon as we found Eric and his team at Evolving Events NYC, we knew we had to book them for our wedding on 6/3/23! Eric is extremely professional, personable, and made the entire planning process so easy. Eric picked a phenomenal selection of music and he kept everyone dancing the entire time. So many of my guests (and other vendors) told me that Eric was the best DJ they had ever heard! My wedding was two weeks ago and my guests cannot stop raving about Eric and his team. When my husband and I decided on a DJ for our wedding we knew it would be Eric and his team. They did my dad's 90th birthday and both of my nieces weddings over the past few years. I had a surprise 40th for my husband on 4/22. I had DJ Jimmygoods he was great with music and announcements through out the party. arranging the DJ with Eric (owner on Evolving Events) was seamless. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend using them for your next event, they can take care of any event big or small.

Eric and Evolving Events are amazing! My fiancé and I have an eclectic taste of music and were looking for a DJ for our reception that would not only meet our needs but also within our budget. Evolving Events did not disappoint! Eric was professional, friendly and on point. He assured us from our initial phone call that he could meet are needs and he sure did. He met all our requests and made the evening flow incredibly. I was pretty much on the dance floor the entire night along with our friends and family.
