The best decision we made during wedding planning was working with Evviva Studio! We cannot express how grateful we are to Kat and her team for creating our dream wedding. In addition to these three, the entire Evviva team was extremely responsive, professional, and fun. We felt like we were among friends the entire time! Our guests, and especially our families, have continuously commented on how beautiful the day was but also how amazing the Evviva team is. We are still in awe of the support we had from them pre, during, and post wedding and could not recommend them enough. Thanks to Evviva the last year was so relaxed and so fun, and we were able to soak in every moment of our big day. We feel like the luckiest couple to have worked with Evviva Studio! I can’t even begin to describe how amazing the team at Evviva Studio is. A mutual friend recommended Kat and her team to us, and choosing them was hands down the best decision we made. From our very first phone call, Kat’s warmth and attention to detail blew me away. I was amazed at how much they offered and how easy their portal was to use, keeping us organized and on track with every little detail of our wedding. I cannot say enough good things about Kat and her team. The whole wedding planning process really stressed me out a lot from day 1, but Kat put me at ease. Our first phone call felt like I was talking to and old friend, she immediately put me at ease. She helped me see the whole process and how I had nothing to worry about over the next year. Though our package was for 90-days out coordination, she offered to be a helping hand along the way if I needed to share ideas or get advice. Those planning meetings were so helpful and helped Kevin and I feel like we were in a good spot ahead of our big day. She coordinated with our vendors and created a seamless timeline for the day. When it came to the day of, I was so grateful to have Kat, Kait, and Kharisma there to help us out. They made sure the wedding party was exactly where we needed to be and they took care of setting up all of our decor. The only thing we had to worry about was getting married and having the time of our lives! Kat even sewed a button back onto one of our guests jacket when it fell off during the reception. They went above and beyond to make our magical wedding day as seamless as possible. I've been telling anyone who will listen how amazing Kat and team were! 100000/10 recommend.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. Our wedding was 6 months ago and my friends and family are still talking about how seamless the whole day was. My parents said they don’t want to throw another party without Kat and her team! I have to keep telling my Dad that I don’t think Kat and her team will help you plan a guys weekend in Vermont (eye roll). You will look back on your wedding day with ease and excitement because this team handles it ALL. I looked forward to my meetings with Kat because they were so productive and relaxing. I would not have looked back at my wedding day with such fond memories had I not hired Evviva Studio. They are professional, they are prepared and easy to be around. They take care of you, your families and your friends. Make it work in your budget, you won’t regret it. We did tier three and we added on the content creation. If I could only give one piece of advice to fellow brides, it would be to hire the talented women of Evviva Studio! First and foremost, the professionalism of Kat, Sydney, Courtney, and Katie was out of this world and exactly what you would hope for on the most important day of your life. I am extremely type A and knew I wanted to tackle most of the wedding planning myself, but equally needed someone else to assist on the big day to alleviate the stress and pressure it would put on myself, my fiance, and our bridal party. We hired Kat and her team for day-of coordination, and little did I know, it would provide so much more than just some extra hands for those 12 hours that FLEW by. Even with day-of the coordination package, the Evviva studio still provided multiple consultations, facilitated ongoing communication with all of our vendors, and most importantly, carefully crafted the sacred timeline for our wedding day! This meant EVERYTHING to us in helping us feel prepared and so much more at ease. I can’t even begin to envision how differently our day would have looked without their guidance! Beyond fulfilling their professional responsibilities, the women of Evviva truly prioritize personal connection and high character. Kat was uplifting and encouraging in every single meeting we had. Her positivity and organization was also present in her event coordinators such as Katie and Courtney who never failed to meet us with smiles and an eagerness to help at our venue. Most of all, I need to shout out our lead coordinator for the day, Sydney, who I feel as though I can now call a friend! From the moment she walked in my home and introduced herself to my family and bridesmaids, I knew I could trust her with anything on my wedding day. She not only looked out for myself and my fiancé, but put in the extra mile to build a relationship with my loved ones. Everyone from my maid of honor to my grandmom could not stop talking about how incredible she was. The loyalty and dedication was unbelievable. For example, at one point she saved the day by literally running back to our trolley for my makeup when I cried half of it off during our private vows, lol! Don’t think twice, hire these wonderful people! I’ll never forget their impact on such an important day. Because of them, I could truly be present and not worry about one darn thing. I found Evviva a couple of weeks before my wedding in November 2023 when I decided I needed a day-of coordinator, and I am beyond thankful that I found them. Kat was an absolute rock star from the moment I reached out to her- she was so incredibly organized, kind, patient, calm, positive, and just an absolute pleasure to work with in all aspects. We hired the Evviva team to be the day of coordinators for our May 2024 Philadelphia wedding. I’ve lost count of how many times since our wedding day we’ve said “hiring Kat and her team was the best choice we made” - and it truly was. From the lead up to the day of, the Evviva team was friendly, helpful and so on top of all of the details! We were able to fully enjoy our wedding day knowing that Kat, Meg and Kait were there to make our dream come to life and take care of everything we needed. Evviva Studio ran our wedding day with the exact precision I needed. I have trouble giving away control, but Kat's entire team executed our wedding day flawlessly. I never needed to ask for anything. She took our instructions and direction and ran with it. On the day of the wedding Kat and her entire team made myself, and our VIPS feel 100% taken care of. Kat is a pleasure to work with and you can tell she genuinely wants to make sure you have the best wedding day. Our wedding was perfect, and it is because we hired Evviva. My husband I only had one critique. We would have liked Evviva to be more responsive to our email correspondences. We hired Evviva for the Day-of-Coordination, so we were planning a lot of the details ourselves. In our opinion we wished we felt like our emails were responded to more quickly. Overall great experience.

Kat and her team were such a pleasure to work with! Kat was our day of coordinator for our Philly wedding, she was thoughtful and very easy to work with. Throughout the planning process we had several scheduled meetings with Kat where she expertly discussed details, offered suggestions and outlined the general flow of our big day. She took a lot of anxiety off our plate with her attention to detail. She interfaced with all our vendors and coordinated arrival times to make sure everything went off without a hitch. A few weeks before our wedding Kat had created a timeline for us and our families that was very thorough and a huge benefit. On our wedding Kat and her team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and our families were taken care of. She was able to expertly wrangle family for photos, keep track of vendors for minor things and even brought us extra candles to enhance our venue! Overall we were so pleased with our choice to work with Evviva Studios and cannot recommend Kat enough!

We don't have much to say except that Kat and her team were absolute rockstars in helping us prep for and manage our big day! Super communicative throughout the entire process, and they helped us stay on track as we approached the wedding weekend. Kat did a phenomenal job of helping guide us through the details of the schedule and the wedding with compassion and patience. One thing we also really appreciated was how they managed the timeline day of, and kept us apprised of key events as they were coming up (cake cutting, how much time left for dancing, and so on). We would highly, highly recommend Evviva!

Where do I even start with how to describe how wonderful Kat and her team made our wedding day? Kat was so reassuring during every meeting before wedding day. She was available to take my texts and calls in the days leading up to the wedding. When there was an issue with transportation, she quickly cleared up the issue and kept the day running smoothly. During photos before the wedding, Kat’s team helped me move around in my dress and offered us snacks and water. During the ceremony, her team was helping all of us get down the aisle. Not once did I have to ask for anything during cocktail hour or the reception. If there were any issues going on behind the scenes, my husband and I were blissfully unaware as they handled every detail. Kat’s team even packed up our belongings at the end of the night with such care. I seriously cannot recommend Evviva Studio enough for all that Kat and her team did to make our wedding day such an amazing time.

They will do anything and everything to make sure your wedding day is perfect, and most importantly, do it with their whole heart and a smile.
