ilestones which was really disappointing since they were the highest quote we got back for wedding coordinating

s professional, attentive to alllllll the details that come along with weddings, patient, and KIND! The Process Leading Up to "The Big Day": Kat & I had our first consult call a few months before our wedding day. Before talking with her, I felt nothing but overwhelming anxiety & stress for everything that a wedding brings - centerpieces, timelines, signage, you name it!! We spoke for over an hour about my feelings, the actual wedding, the venue, and what her team could do to help truly make it the best day, and wedding planning process, possible. After talking with Kat, it was like all the stress and uncertainty that I was feeling completely melted away. Once we were officially booked, Kat helped us with vendor contract reviews, made sure we didn't forget payment deadlines, and scheduled bi-weekly touchpoints for any questions we might have had. She led all vendor communication while keeping us informed on all responses. At this point in my life, I was juggling moving away from home, a promotion at work, and was in the home stretch of planning a 200+ person wedding. I truly, genuinely have NO IDEA how I could have done anything for our wedding without her and her team. The week before our date, Kat created and presented a 17-page timeline for the day-of, outlining EVERYTHING that was going to take place before, during, and after the wedding. I was beyond blown away at her attentiveness to detail while also making the experience for us fun and enjoyable. "The Big Day" The night before our wedding, Kat ran our rehearsal for us (twice!) while also making sure we were all set for the next morning. The next day, Kat and her team (consisting of Kait and Kharisma) showed up exactly when they said they would, bringing an infectious energy with them!! They handled EVERTHING from there - and I mean EVERYTHING. Someone needs to pick up the flowers? They're on it. A vendor has a question/forgot something? They're on it. A guest doesn't remember what time the ceremony starts/where to be? They're on it. Kat and her team were there to assist in moments I didn't even realize would come up. For example, right after the ceremony, my dress needed to get bustled. For the life of us, my mom and sister couldn't find the hook it was supposed to connect to. Both Kat and Kharisma jumped right in and got me situated just in time for cocktail hour! Another example was needing to freshen up before cocktail hour/the reception. I bought perfume specifically for the wedding day and accidentally left it in my room instead of bringing it to the bridal suite. Kharisma and Kait jumped right in and helped find the room key/the perfume so I could put some on before heading in! It was the big things, and the little details like that, that truly made Evviva Studio the BEST of the BEST. They were with us every second of the day right up until the very end (in this case, almost 2 am!!). It's because of Kat, Kait, and Kharisma that I got to truly be in the moment throughout the day. I absolutely owe it ALL to them! When you work with Kat and the entire Evviva Studio team, you aren't just getting a day-of coordinator. You are getting One of One, the ultimate wedding planner, and the kindest/gentlest souls imaginable. The BEST decision I made for our wedding was working with Evviva.

e what it would’ve been like to have our wedding without her by my side. She’s single-handedly saved our entire wedding and made everything perfect. If you’ve been debating about getting a Day Of Coordinator. Debate no longer this lady is worth every single penny.

weddings—she builds genuine relationships and pours her heart into every couple she works with. Throughout the entire planning process, Kat was our calm, our guide, and our greatest source of reassurance. She anticipated every need, eased every worry, and made what could have been overwhelming feel joyful and exciting. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and her ability to turn emotion, story, and vision into something breathtaking is truly extraordinary. Our wedding weekend was nothing short of magical. Every detail was intentional, thoughtful, and flawlessly executed—from the rehearsal events to the wedding day itself. Walking into our reception for the first time is a moment we will never forget. It was more beautiful and emotional than we ever imagined, and our guests are still talking about it. What truly sets Kat apart is her heart. She cared for us like family and went above and beyond in ways we never expected—creating meaningful surprises, honoring our story, and showing up for us in every possible way. On the wedding day, the moment Kat walked into the room, all of my nerves disappeared. Her presence alone brought calm, confidence, and joy. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives, and so much of that is because of Kat and the Evviva team. We will forever be grateful for the love, care, and magic they brought into every moment. If you are lucky enough to work with Kat, know that you are in the very best hands.

f!! I truly couldn’t have done it without them!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

king it feel stressful. She is incredibly warm, kind, and genuine. I can't wait to work with Kat again!

ulous and attentive they were. Sarah helped capture video content too, which turned out beautifully. If you were considering day-of coordinators, and specifically Evviva, do it! The team will take a lift off your shoulders and make sure you’re enjoying the day fully. Even our guests were saying how amazing they were after the big day!  Thank you, Kat and the Evviva team!

rranging the most organized timeline!! Everything went so smooth. Kat was so so helpful in the months leading up to answer all our questions. It was so fun and easy to work with the whole team. Honorable mention too for all the day of help, with cleaning my dress, getting my second look together so quickly, and being there with drinks anytime we needed it!! They went above and beyond expectations and I can't thank this team enough!! If you're considering a coordinator, go with Evviva!! They will make your day so easy to enjoy and take all the stress away!!!!

of the way was so much fun and i looked forward to all of our meetings. Not only did they help me find vendors and ideas to share, but Kat also has a great eye for detail and none of my ideas were too crazy. Day of wedding i had a team of four (I ADORED THEM!!) who handled all possible stress so i could actually enjoy my day. they checked in on our families as well throughout the day so no one was forgotten!! they knew exactly what to say and do every time and i truthfully don’t think i would’ve had as good as a time without them and their guidance. I looked at many planners throughout the course of my search and evviva was affordable, offered so many options in packages, and let’s not forget the incredible aesthetic they bring to every function. I wish we could have a second wedding just so i can work with them again! It was beautiful and perfect just like them!

d have done without them. Kat had scheduled calls with us beginning three months out, which I found to be perfect timing because that's when I began to have mainly logistical questions. Kat answered every question I threw at her, provided calm guidance, and she created a seamless timeline for our day.  Day of the Wedding, we were lucky enough to work with Kat and Caitlin, they were both ROCKSTARS. It was incredible how they seamlessly coordinated our entire day and were still so sweet, complimentary, and fun to be around. I never once felt rushed, or even knew what time it was lol. Kat was literally my best friend that day and kindly directed me wherever I had to be! After the wedding, we didn't have to worry about anything! Evviva organized everything, packed it back up, and communicated with us so we knew where all items could be found in the morning.   Overall, they were worth every penny and then some!

hire Evviva. Kat is, without question, the best day-of coordinator ever. She saved the day multiple times and could not have been more pleasant, professional, and fun to work with. I got married 5 months ago, and my guests are still talking about how amazing her team was. When I was struggling to pick out invitations, Kat went above and beyond—she designed them herself, mailed each one, and handled every last detail (including stamps!). She took care of everything from frames to display boards to wrangling my wonderfully crazy family. She saw my vision and helped me implement it across all my vendors. I would have been lost and frustrated without her. Because of Kat and her team, our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives. I didn’t have to stress or worry about a thing—she had it all handled with grace and a smile. Kat was born to do this job, and I cannot recommend her enough. If you want a flawless, joy-filled, stress-free wedding day, hire Evviva. It will be the best decision you make.

to life. Kat is so creative and made our wedding more beautiful than we could even imagine. She took my Pinterest inspo and thought of details that I never have come up with myself such as drink menus, a seating chart and beautiful invitations that matched my vision perfectly. I could not recommend Kat and her team enough. If you’re on the fence, hire them! It will be one of the best decisions you make in the wedding planning process.

orehand so that you feel extra secure heading into your big day. They produced the most beautiful, professional info packets and schedules to share with our friends and family (that I never would have time to do myself)! Plus, they were our ROCKS on our wedding day. They worked with our venue team to ensure we got the wedding we so desperately wanted, especially when the weather forecast was a coin flip just hours before our ceremony. I can’t thank Kat, Sydney and Jaclyn enough for their kindness and support. You guys are the best!!!!!!

e dates she initially gave for delivering a plan. When offering venues I spoke with the planner and said I did not want a bowling alley venue and in her plan 3 of the very few venue options were bowling alleys?? The final plan for the venue I chose included a catering company that the venue did not even approve. I also spoke to the venue and they told me not only do I need to choose one of their approved food vendors but I need to use one of their day of coordinators and the Evviva planner I worked with did not have this information nor include it in the final plan and budget delivered to me. Overall I’m not sure exactly what I paid for, for someone to reverse image search my Pinterest board? We ended up not going through with the plan/budget provided by Evviva since we weren’t in love with the plans and didn’t feel they addressed our requests.

her team at Evviva. The first thing I say to anyone who is getting married in this area is to HIRE EVVIVA. That is the first thing they should do. We cannot say enough amazing things about Evviva Studio and their phenomenal team. From the very first conversation, we knew we were in the best hands with Kat, the owner and creator. She is the sweetest person and is a true visionary with a calming presence, deep expertise, and a heart of GOLD. Kat made the entire planning process feel fun, personal, and seamless—she truly cares about every couple she works with, and it shows in everything she does!! The price they charge doesn’t cover NEARLY what they do for you. From the check-in meetings to the organized itinerary for ourselves and for our family and friends, they covered EVERYTHING. They contacted and managed every single vendor for us and made sure all bases were covered. They offered items that we might need on the day and worked tirelessly to make sure that they were doing everything they could to support us; especially in the overwhelming moments of wedding planning. On our wedding day, we were lucky enough to be supported by Courtney and Meg, who were nothing short of extraordinary. They anticipated our every need, handled every little detail with total grace and professionalism, and still managed to make us feel celebrated and special at every turn. They went above and beyond in every possible way—we felt like royalty AND completely at home. Poor Meg was a saint and helped to tape up my feet when the wedding shoes started hurting. They all supported us in ANY need or issue we may have had. Thanks to Evviva, our day flowed effortlessly, and we were able to be fully present with each other and our guests. We will forever be grateful to this team for helping us bring our vision to life with so much care, talent, and heart. If you’re lucky enough to work with them—do it. We’ll be recommending them to everyone we know!

say that it was a weight off our shoulders is an understatement. We were very on the fence about a day of coordinator because our venue provided one but after working with Kat on the design we knew it was something we wouldnt regret. Kat and her team made our wedding a dream come true and took care of every single detail so that we didnt stress about anything. They go above and beyond to ensure that things run smoothly and that you are always taken care of. I truly cannot imagine our wedding without them! Her team is a must hire - you will be so much better off with them!!

redibly helpful leading up to the wedding helping me piece together the day of timeline and all of the logistics, her and her team really shined the day of the wedding. From the second they arrived in the morning until the second they left at night, every single detail was thought of and taken care of. Kat and her team were the #1 reason the day moved so smoothly as it did - from running around the hotel to grab things that we were forgetting while getting ready / taking pictures, to steaming our dresses, to helping us pivot to indoor photos because of the weather, to getting a stain out of my dress that she saw before I did, to keeping us on schedule, to having a team member at the venue making sure everything was setup properly, they are really just incredible professionals / so great at their job, but more than that, they're just such kind women. I was 100x less stressed that day because of them. If you're on the fence about getting a day of coordinator, DO IT, and use Evviva! I will truly sing their praises for the rest of my life!

e it all ourselves. But after our wedding day, we seriously can't imagine doing it any other way. Kat and her team are INCREDIBLE!! Kat was our main point of contact, and we also had the pleasure of working with Kait and Kharisma - the ultimate dream team. From the start they were organized, thoughtful, and completely on top of every detail. They handled all communication with our vendors, created a down-to-the-minute timeline, and made sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be at all times. On our wedding day, we did run into a few unforeseen circumstances. There was way more traffic than expected en route to the venue, and my parents ended up being late for family photos. But Evviva Studio handled it all with such grace and ease. They never once appeared stressed and came up with a new plan in the moment, making sure everything ran smoothly. Because of them, what could have been a chaotic day turned into the most beautiful and fun celebration of our lives. We didn't have to worry about a single thing and got to soak it all in. I had the wedding of my dreams, and it simply wouldn’t have been possible without them. Kat is truly a special person and I’m forever grateful. I can’t recommend Evviva Studio enough!

ther and to have more confidence and support on the day of the wedding. The lead planner, Kat, helped us organize our details and helped us bring our vision to life- all while taking the stress out of planning. She involved our families in very meaningful ways, both in the planning and up through the day of the wedding. The rehearsal and day of flowed so beautifully because of Kat's lead, and despite the inevitable stress, Kat helped us feel confident in ways we will continually be grateful for. Kat had a way of looking in my eyes and making me feel centered, something money can't buy. She helped with the little crises and helped us take in and enjoy the big moments. Each of the staff of 3 that was there, including Kat, on the day of were exactly where they needed to be and provided exactly what we needed at the right time. I even remember a moment when a wind swept through the tent later toward the end of the evening, knocking over our sweetheart table, and Kat was immediately there helping gather it. She had a way of predicting the moments and taking care of just what we needed. We are infinitely grateful for the services she and her team provided on the day, and will continually recommend Evviva Studios in a heartbeat for helping create the fairytale Philly wedding of our dreams!!!

ce we hired all our own vendors. They did all the work of reaching out to our vendors for any contracts, day of needs, and any questions we had for our vendors so we really only needed to communicate with Evviva instead of 10 different people at once. When we got our final timeline, I was blown away with how detailed and organized everything was. On the day of the wedding, they took care of everything. I didn't have to think or worry about a single thing. I was most nervous about the decoration set up because we did DIY all our decorations and it was hard to imagine it all put together without being the one there to set everything up according to our vision. Once I walked in and saw it all, it was even better than I imagined! They exceeded my expectations of what I think I could even do myself with how the decor was set up. Kat was very communicative with us and really only asked us questions throughout the day if it was absolutely necessary. The quality from this team I really appreciated was how calm and collected they were. Everyone knows how chaotic and stressful a wedding day has the potential to be. They brought such a calm, gentle energy through the day that helped us feel relaxed and present in the moment (all while keeping on top of everything like a well oiled machine.) We also did the add-on package of the content creation. We ended up not hiring a videographer because we wanted more raw footage of the day, and I thought this did just that! It caught all the little moments we didn't want to miss, and even got these adorable reels all compiled together. We were really happy with how they turned out. Evviva Studio is worth every penny and, in my opinion, is very affordable with everything that is included in their packages. I spoke to a few coordinators and I believe Evviva has such an inclusive package that you aren't going to be able to find anywhere else for that price. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing wedding services!

m into a clear vision that came to life perfectly on our wedding day! We had so much fun working with Evviva on everything from venue searching to the design phase to the day of!! We got to work with many different people on the in-house team (designers, florals, day of coordinators) and every single person was awesome and incredibly professional. On the day of, Evviva worked around challenges like heavy winds, timeline changes, and magically fixing my dress (after I stepped in mud). I can tell they have really seen it all which made us feel so relaxed! My husband and I felt like we got to fully enjoy the day because everything was so taken care of. We also appreciate how much attention was given to our families and bridal party and all of their day of needs, too!! Thank you again for everything Evviva!!!!!!!!

the details before the wedding. There were detailed checklists and reminders of everything you could possibly think of. They worked flawlessly with all the other vendors and made sure all was taken care and we could just enjoy the day. Their team also navigated all of the personalities of both our families very well - no small task there either… I would recommend Evviva Studio for any type of event - their professionalism coupled with their warmth is such a wonderful combo . Whether you’re Type A (like me) or feel completely overwhelmed Kat & her team will take great care of you. We really hit the jackpot when we came across Evviva Studio, Truly a 10/10 experience. Cannot recommend enough!

the absolute best person to make our vision come to life. I truly cannot imagine our day without her and her team who made it beyond anything we could have dreamed. Kat took our Pinterest boards, our wild ideas, and ALL our conversations and made every detail big and small so perfect. The day of our wedding was an absolute blast thanks to Kat and Nikki for making us feel like royalty and taking the stress off our plates. If we could renew our vows every year just to work with Kat, Nikki, Natalie and Bridget again we absolutely would. Best decision ever! 100000/10!!

made our special day extraordinary. From the moment we first met, it was clear that they were dedicated to making our dreams a reality. They listened attentively to every detail we envisioned, from the grandest decorations to the tiniest nuances that mattered to us personally. Kat’s calm and caring demeanor throughout the planning process kept us relaxed and confident that everything would be perfect—and it was! On the day of the wedding, she orchestrated everything seamlessly. From coordinating vendors to ensuring the timeline flowed effortlessly, Evviva was exceptional. Their commitment to making our day unforgettable was evident in every aspect. They went above and beyond, ensuring that not only were all our wishes met, but they also added their own special touches that exceeded our expectations. Their professionalism and warmth made us feel like we were in the best hands possible. Thanks to their meticulous planning and dedication, our wedding day was magical and stress-free. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a wedding planner who will not only listen to your every desire but also make sure your day is everything you've ever dreamed of—and more!

Evviva Studio for full planning and design for our November 2024 wedding and barely lifted a finger the year leading up to our wedding. We also added on Evviva’s Content Creation package and can relive our big day forever and ever. Not only did Kat handle everything with regards to design, planning, and logistics, but she also made us feel so excited, special, and celebrated along the way. Evviva Studio has an incredible network of vendors and has curated a vibe and style that perfectly matched us as a couple. Kat brought our vision to life and took it to the next level, while making the planning experience so personal and true to us. In addition to Kat, we worked closely with Natalie the year leading up to our wedding and spent our big day with Kat and Kait on site. In addition to these three, the entire Evviva team was extremely responsive, professional, and fun. We felt like we were among friends the entire time! Our guests, and especially our families, have continuously commented on how beautiful the day was but also how amazing the Evviva team is. We are still in awe of the support we had from them pre, during, and post wedding and could not recommend them enough. Thanks to Evviva the last year was so relaxed and so fun, and we were able to soak in every moment of our big day. We feel like the luckiest couple to have worked with Evviva Studio! We would work with them a million times over!

ade. From our very first phone call, Kat’s warmth and attention to detail blew me away. I was amazed at how much they offered and how easy their portal was to use, keeping us organized and on track with every little detail of our wedding. Kat and her team were always quick to respond to any questions I had, and they sent monthly tips via email that helped us stay ahead of everything. They took care of all vendor communication and created the perfect timeline to keep us on schedule throughout the day. They even provided a detailed packing list and a helpful guide for our friends and family, ensuring everyone knew where to be and when. Everyone was so impressed! On our wedding day, Kat and her team were absolutely incredible. They kept us calm, organized, and on-time, answering any questions that came up. Kait even took the time to capture beautiful behind-the-scenes memories on my phone, ensuring I didn’t miss a moment of the day. The best part was that Kat and her team stayed through the entire night, helping us with clean-up. My husband and I didn’t have to lift a finger, allowing us to focus entirely on each other and the celebration. If you’re considering hiring a wedding coordinator, I cannot recommend Evviva Studio enough. They truly made our wedding day stress-free, joyful, and unforgettable!

t like I was talking to and old friend, she immediately put me at ease. She helped me see the whole process and how I had nothing to worry about over the next year. Though our package was for 90-days out coordination, she offered to be a helping hand along the way if I needed to share ideas or get advice. Those planning meetings were so helpful and helped Kevin and I feel like we were in a good spot ahead of our big day. She coordinated with our vendors and created a seamless timeline for the day. When it came to the day of, I was so grateful to have Kat, Kait, and Kharisma there to help us out. They made sure the wedding party was exactly where we needed to be and they took care of setting up all of our decor. The only thing we had to worry about was getting married and having the time of our lives! Kat even sewed a button back onto one of our guests jacket when it fell off during the reception. They went above and beyond to make our magical wedding day as seamless as possible. I've been telling anyone who will listen how amazing Kat and team were! 100000/10 recommend.

lf a favor and book Evviva!

Even before the official three-month coordination started, they were wonderfully open and responsive over email, welcoming any questions we had. Kat’s dedication to understanding what we wanted really stood out to us; she took the time to learn about our VIPs and went the extra mile to ensure our families were looked after and comfortable on the day. On the day itself, Kat, Katie, and Meg were total pros. Kat kept us on track like a true expert, even sewing a button back onto my dress at the last moment! She also made sure we always had food and drinks, allowing us to stay fully in the moment. Their organization, warmth, and attention to detail were exceptional—no detail was too small, and no request was too big. Evviva Studio went above and beyond in every way. Their patience, openness to our ideas, and genuine care made our wedding day magical. If you’re looking for a coordination team that will give you complete peace of mind and go the extra mile, we can’t recommend Evviva Studio enough. Thank you, Kat, Katie, Meg, and everyone behind the scenes (special thanks to Natalie, who helped with so much planning and admin)! You made our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more!

alming. They were always prompt in their responses and crystal clear in their guidance, yet so kind throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - the arch that Nikki brought to life for our ceremony was breathtakingly beautiful, and Kat was an absolute behind-the-scenes queen, ensuring everything ran smoothly. My right-hand gal, Katie, was the most encouraging and sweetest soul, always there to lend a helping hand. I would hire this talented team 100,000 times over again without hesitation. They helped make our special day absolutely perfect!

want to throw another party without Kat and her team! I have to keep telling my Dad that I don’t think Kat and her team will help you plan a guys weekend in Vermont (eye roll). You will look back on your wedding day with ease and excitement because this team handles it ALL. I looked forward to my meetings with Kat because they were so productive and relaxing. I would not have looked back at my wedding day with such fond memories had I not hired Evviva Studio. They are professional, they are prepared and easy to be around. They take care of you, your families and your friends. Make it work in your budget, you won’t regret it. We did tier three and we added on the content creation. We got so much footage that next morning in our inbox. It was fun to lay in bed and watch it all back and laugh. Thank you again Kat. You and your team are truly the best!

ey, and Katie was out of this world and exactly what you would hope for on the most important day of your life. I am extremely type A and knew I wanted to tackle most of the wedding planning myself, but equally needed someone else to assist on the big day to alleviate the stress and pressure it would put on myself, my fiance, and our bridal party. We hired Kat and her team for day-of coordination, and little did I know, it would provide so much more than just some extra hands for those 12 hours that FLEW by. Even with day-of the coordination package, the Evviva studio still provided multiple consultations, facilitated ongoing communication with all of our vendors, and most importantly, carefully crafted the sacred timeline for our wedding day! This meant EVERYTHING to us in helping us feel prepared and so much more at ease. I can’t even begin to envision how differently our day would have looked without their guidance! Beyond fulfilling their professional responsibilities, the women of Evviva truly prioritize personal connection and high character. Kat was uplifting and encouraging in every single meeting we had. Her positivity and organization was also present in her event coordinators such as Katie and Courtney who never failed to meet us with smiles and an eagerness to help at our venue. Most of all, I need to shout out our lead coordinator for the day, Sydney, who I feel as though I can now call a friend! From the moment she walked in my home and introduced herself to my family and bridesmaids, I knew I could trust her with anything on my wedding day. She not only looked out for myself and my fiancé, but put in the extra mile to build a relationship with my loved ones. Everyone from my maid of honor to my grandmom could not stop talking about how incredible she was. The loyalty and dedication was unbelievable. For example, at one point she saved the day by literally running back to our trolley for my makeup when I cried half of it off during our private vows, lol! Don’t think twice, hire these wonderful people! I’ll never forget their impact on such an important day. Because of them, I could truly be present and not worry about one darn thing. THANK YOU, LADIES!!! We will be singing your praises until the end of time :) <3

ck star from the moment I reached out to her- she was so incredibly organized, kind, patient, calm, positive, and just an absolute pleasure to work with in all aspects. I looked forward to every call I had with her!! Even with such a short timeline, she was on top of every single aspect of my wedding and my mom and I were SO impressed with how detail oriented and organized she was!! She is truly so talented at what she does. Day of, Sydney and the entire Evviva team were so incredibly helpful the entire day- I truly don't know what I would've done without them! I would (and do) recommend Kat and the Evviva team to ANYONE planning a wedding or in search of a day-of coordinator. My only regret is not finding and hiring her way sooner!!!! Thank you Kat and team for EVERYTHING <3

ruly made the day seamless and stress-free. First and foremost, her punctuality was impeccable. She was always on time and ensured that every aspect of the day was meticulously planned. The wedding timeline she created was not only beautiful but also extremely detailed, covering every little detail we hadn't even thought of. On the day of the wedding, she brought a team of assistants who were equally professional and efficient. They had all of our items ready and helped with the setup, which allowed us to enjoy the day without worrying about any logistics. What truly amazed us was that she managed to run the day ahead of schedule, something we had heard was virtually impossible for weddings! Thanks to her, our wedding day was smooth, organized, and incredibly enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. She was the unsung hero of our special day, and we will always be grateful for her dedication and hard work. If you're looking for someone who can turn your wedding day dreams into reality, look no further. She is simply the best!

ith the design. After interviewing many planners, I found the Evviva team. They quickly proved to be the best decision I made (aside from marrying my husband). They turned my dream wedding into a reality. I hired Evviva for their design and planning services, and they had everything down to a science. On the day of my wedding, I didn't need to pick up the phone once— they took care of everything, making it easy for me, my husband, and our families to fully enjoy the day. For brides looking for help with everything from choosing a color scheme and decorations to coordinating uplighting and finding vendors, the Evviva team is the perfect choice. If you're seeking help with planning and day-of coordination and want to be fully present without distractions, the Evviva team is also the perfect choice. They are truly amazing, and I would hire them again and again!

team was the best choice we made” - and it truly was. From the lead up to the day of, the Evviva team was friendly, helpful and so on top of all of the details! We were able to fully enjoy our wedding day knowing that Kat, Meg and Kait were there to make our dream come to life and take care of everything we needed. Beyond that, they were such a great, supportive energy the whole day and it was so appreciated. Highly, highly recommend hiring this team for your wedding needs!

o ask for anything. She took our instructions and direction and ran with it. On the day of the wedding Kat and her entire team made myself, and our VIPS feel 100% taken care of. Kat is a pleasure to work with and you can tell she genuinely wants to make sure you have the best wedding day. Our wedding was perfect, and it is because we hired Evviva. My husband I only had one critique. We would have liked Evviva to be more responsive to our email correspondences. We hired Evviva for the Day-of-Coordination, so we were planning a lot of the details ourselves. In our opinion we wished we felt like our emails were responded to more quickly. Overall great experience.

ocess we had several scheduled meetings with Kat where she expertly discussed details, offered suggestions and outlined the general flow of our big day. She took a lot of anxiety off our plate with her attention to detail. She interfaced with all our vendors and coordinated arrival times to make sure everything went off without a hitch. A few weeks before our wedding Kat had created a timeline for us and our families that was very thorough and a huge benefit. On our wedding Kat and her team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and our families were taken care of. She was able to expertly wrangle family for photos, keep track of vendors for minor things and even brought us extra candles to enhance our venue! Overall we were so pleased with our choice to work with Evviva Studios and cannot recommend Kat enough!

d they helped us stay on track as we approached the wedding weekend. Kat did a phenomenal job of helping guide us through the details of the schedule and the wedding with compassion and patience. One thing we also really appreciated was how they managed the timeline day of, and kept us apprised of key events as they were coming up (cake cutting, how much time left for dancing, and so on). We would highly, highly recommend Evviva!

take my texts and calls in the days leading up to the wedding. When there was an issue with transportation, she quickly cleared up the issue and kept the day running smoothly. During photos before the wedding, Kat’s team helped me move around in my dress and offered us snacks and water. During the ceremony, her team was helping all of us get down the aisle. Not once did I have to ask for anything during cocktail hour or the reception. If there were any issues going on behind the scenes, my husband and I were blissfully unaware as they handled every detail. Kat’s team even packed up our belongings at the end of the night with such care. I seriously cannot recommend Evviva Studio enough for all that Kat and her team did to make our wedding day such an amazing time.

heir whole heart and a smile. Having people with such positive and loving energy is so important to have around on your wedding day, and that's exactly what the team gives. They don't feel like wedding planners, but rather family! Big shoutout to the lead planner Kat, as well as her team - Bridget, Laura, and Jillian!
