Getting this booked was smooth as well. The lady that worked with me had a few questions about things and was so accommodating to my a million questions. This company is very professional and an incredible value. Couldn’t of asked for better!!

We almost got in numerous accidents, he didn't listen to our directions, got lost in downtown St. Charles where the streets were too narrow to go down with a bus, and made us even later for pictures. We lost about an HOUR of planned pictures before the ceremony due to him. After the ceremony, we all loaded back on the bus to go to the reception site for pictures. He was passed out on the bus. One of my bridesmaids went to wake him up, called for him, and had to shake him vigorously to wake him up. He pulled out from the ceremony, pulled into a QuikTrip and ran inside. Didn't say a word to us. I was absolutely furious. We were already late, had missed time to take pictures before the ceremony, and now we lost MORE time. He took 15 minutes in QuikTrip, came out with snacks, and drove to the ceremony site. He drove 25MPH on highway 94, drove in the center of the road, and we were once again late due to him. The drive out to the winery was in near silence because my entire wedding party was terrified that we weren't going to make it there. My photographer was furious, we lost two hours of photography due to him. This is time we will never get back, pictures we wont have from our wedding due to an incompetent driver. We have reached out to the company and were told "he had a late job the night before so he was tired". I work nightshift, I ALWAYS have a late job, but I don't let that impact others. Stay away from this company, they nearly ruined my wedding day and I will never be able to get this time or the missed pictures back. We were so looking forward to time with our wedding party in the bus, having a good time, driving around and taking pictures, but all of that was lost due to this company and that awful driver.

We got a bigger bus due to this & didn’t have leftover space by the time everyone was on it with coolers. Jessica at the office is very nice & accommodated all our needs & schedule changes.

In the end, we couldn't use their party bus or their staff but they definitely put the effort in and therefore I would recommend them to my friends and use them in the future.

reatment to a clean and well stocked limo bus that was just perfect to take me and my girls and sisters and the moms to the church and take us around after the ceremony around town. The driver was courteous and just great overall from helping us in and out to being so accomodating to where we wanted to go. We would use them again, very classy company with a wonderful limo bus and driver. Oh, and nice touch with not only the sodas and water on ice but the Moscato D'asti bottles for us to drink between our wedding and reception-I was hoping for that instead of the dry stuff. Overall so happy with this company and Matt!
