Excellent Party Rentals

After a few weeks of searching for rental vendors in San Diego, I found Excellent Party Rental (EPR). Reached out to inquire about pricing and exchanged quotes. Two of the most important factors when searching for me is affordability and dependability. I chosed EPR is due to them being the most affordable compared to the other competitors rates. I am also a realist, I know the term "you get what you are paying for", so I kept our communication open and honest. Ramiro (the owner) is very helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention but the prices (on their website) are transparent. There were no tricks and no hidden fees. I remained skeptic, EPR is too good to be true. At the same time, I couldn't help but thought what if their customer service isn't as good and their price being competitively cheaper. I did more research and read all the reviews on every platform this company has, Facebook, Yelp, Google...so on. I felt even more confident, extremely satisfied, and LUCKY doing business with them afterward. Ramiro helped revised my inventory/invoice multiple times due to changes in our guests count. On the day of the event, they arrived on time, carefully loaded down and beautifully arranged all the chairs, also hammered down the 50 feet carpet runner. The runner was perfect WHITE, properly installed, and to top it off they also brushed off all the dusts and rocks (our setting had clay like texture, it can get dusty). Ramiro's team also carefully and politely reminded our guests to avoid stepping on the runner to keep it fresh and clean for the bridal party. Ordered the gold chiavari chairs without seating pad (extra charge for sitting pad/cushion). All without my knowledge, EPR provided the seating pads free of charge!! If this isn't quality service then I dont know what. The pads were soft, beautiful, and match our theme! A small gesture that goes a long way. Lucky for us, the weather fair and on our terms. All of our guests loved their service and how attentive, careful the EPR team was. Thanks EPR team for making our day extra special, cushy, and unforgettable. Keep doing what you're doing now. Great service and dependability without breaking a bank is hard to come by and yet you guys did it! If given an opportunity in the future, we wouldn't think twice booking with EPR again. Cheers! SO IMPRESSED! This company is so incredible! I think I changed the count of our items a million times (thanks to the pandemic) and Ramiro was continuously patient and professional. I am so grateful to Excellent Party Rental. I discovered them at the Big Fake Wedding event and so glad I did. Their rentals are the exact same as other companies, but a third of the price. Additionally, they went above and beyond the day of and the day after my wedding. I will recommend this company to every bride!
