When my husband and I started looking for limos to transport our wedding party to and from the venue, we had the hardest time finding a company that was available on our wedding date. We found Exceptional Limousine and not only were they available, but they were reasonably priced and super accommodating! The driver was on time to all of our locations, the vehicle was clean and stocked with drinks, and the entire experience was literally perfect!!!

I did a lot of research on limos before deciding on Exceptional Limos. They had the best price and did not start charging for the rental time until they arrived at your location which was a big concern since we were getting married hours away from Pittsburgh. I was also concerned with construction in multiple areas that day but the limo driver arrived earlier than his appointed time which was such a relief! The limo company called the day before the wedding to say they were upgrading us to a larger limo, no extra charge. The limo was great and the driver was so nice. I would definitely use this company again if I needed limo services.

We didn't have a very far commute, but still needed the transportation. Our driver brought plastic cups so we could use the alcohol in the limo while we were outside taking pictures and could take it with us when he left.

We rented he Stretched Excursion for our wedding. It was very nice inside and they even match the napkins to your wedding color. I know it is small but it is a very nice touch. Great options in the limo from champagne, beer and liquor. Would def use again!

We used Exceptional Limousine for our wedding day, and it worked out perfectly! The price was a great value, every time we contacted them with a question, we got a prompt response, and even when we chose to change to our rain-plan venue, they were accommodating and helpful. Our driver arrived early, greeted us (bride and bridesmaids) warmly, and helped us into the car, making sure we had everything we needed to go to the church. The bar was well stocked, and the limo was nice and cool (something you need on a hot June day). Overall, the service was great and added to our perfect day!

Great choice of limo service for our wedding day! We actually got upgraded to a larger vehicle (at no additional charge) two days prior to our wedding due to the location of our house (too steep of a road for a regular stretch lincoln). Our driver was prompt to pick us (bride and bridesmaids) up at our house. He was very friendly and helped us in and out of the limo. The bar in the limo was very nicely stocked. We would recommend this limo service to others needing transportation on their wedding day!

I am sooooo happy I went with this Limo Service for our Wedding Day! Everything went very smoothly and was perfect! They were very easy to work with. Very quick responses to all my questions. They had all name label alcohols in the Limo for us, including matching napkins to our wedding colors. They were also very prompt on picking us up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering using them!!

My experience with Exceptional Limousine was iffy. Whenever my groom had to call, he was usually answered by someone with attitude, even to answer the simplest questions, like "when can we go over the itinerary?" Whoever we talked to on the phone as strictly business and did not really want to talk or work with me. Either way, they showed up and the driver was very polite and understanding about directions and an extra stop. All that mattered was I got my limo. Oh, and despite an ad saying I would get $50 off for liking on facebook, it was never removed from my bill even after bringing it to their attention.

The driver called about 10 minutes after he was supposed to be at my parents house to tell us he was lost. He was not going to make it in time so we had to drive ourselves to the wedding. When I contacted the company about the driver not showing up, they tried to tell me I gave them the wrong address. I explained that the address was correct, and even if there was confusion about the address, I had provided them directions to the pickup location so there should not have been a problem. I asked to be refunded half of what I paid, but was only given $100.

Seriously he was wonderful! He put my mind at ease the minute he got there and assured me that this was my day and it would be wonderful! Helped with my dress. Stopped at all our places! It was EXCEPTIONAL!

We got a 24 person limo and it was filled with tons of alcohol! Great price. They arrived early to pick everyone up which worked out really well for us and the napkins in the limo were our wedding colors (pink and orange). We were so pleased with the service!

He was so friendly and catered to our every need. he went above and beyond what I expected. He arrived early and helped us with all the little things throughout the day. He even directed traffic so our photographers car wouldn't be bothered while we took pictures!

We love GEORGIE!!! He carried my dress so my BMS didnt have to! He went above and beyond what is required! He even cordinated my colors into the limo!!

I loved the limo service! The driver was very polite and courtious! He made sure we were comfortable as much as he could. My only complaint was that the air conditioner was blowing like it should have been. I was very hot and I had an excursion limo...which is big and roomy but HOT! The phone didnt work so he had to keep holloring up to the front to talk to the driver! I would recommend them and use them again....just would want a limo with WORKING equipment!
