Exciting Productions is based in St. Johns, Florida, and dedicated to producing videos you'll love of your wedding day: A highlight video you'll love sharing with family and friends AND full length videos of your entire ceremony, and depending on the number of hours you select: Getting Ready, Introductions and Toasts, Your First Dance and Special Dances, Dancing and Memories!
• Our prices start at $590 for 2 hours. Our most popular packages are the 5 hour package for $1340 and the 8 hour package for $1640. All our packages include an incredible Highlight Video and a full featured movie of your wedding day, with all the details you will love to remember! Contact us for your specific needs!
• We are insured and will provide you and/or your planner with an insurance certification for your venue.
• We capture great audio of your ceremony and reception with wireless microphones! We also have on camera lighting to use to capture most effectively the beauty of your wedding day!
• We've filmed at wedding venues all over Florida and Georgia's Golden Isles. See our highlight videos from weddings at those locations.
• We enable you to choose the music we use in editing! We enable you to see if you would like to make changes or corrections to your wedding videos! All within six weeks of your wedding day, often sooner - see our reviews.
• We coordinate our services with your other vendors. We reach out to your photographer, officiant and DJ before your wedding. We can help you with names and contact information of vendors we've worked with.
• In the planning process, we follow your vision and listen to your needs. We are responsive to your questions. We provide you with suggestions and outlines of what other couples have requested to be filmed for their preparation, ceremony, picture taking sessions, reception and other activities.
• We have over 12 years experience in filming with HD professional cameras that capture the beauty of your wedding day! We use multiple cameras to enable you to see more details.

The turn around was very quick as well because when we had returned from our honeymoon he had all our videos already finished and ready to go! I was thrilled to get to see those as soon as we returned home and relive all the fun moments of that beautiful evening! The day of, they both arrived early and worked seamlessly with our photographer. They were very polite and stayed behind the scenes, occasionally asking for an additional pose or shot after photography.
We received our videos within 10 days of our wedding! For the Silver Package, they were on site for 8 hours of coverage and we received several videos - highlight, getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception (speeches and special dances), dancing (1.5 hours of the dance floor!), and private last dance & exit. He also used songs from our day as background and asked for other song suggestions too.
My husband and I are so thankful for the time they spent to capture our day and how much footage we have to look back on.

As the bride, it is such a treasure to have video footage of the most special day of my life and to be able to see scenes, people and reactions that I missed while I was busy doing something else during a hectic wedding day. He interviewed most of our wedding guests and the messages they left were so sweet and personal. My groom and I were exhausted by the time we got to our interview portion and unable to string two thoughts together, and he was really nice and understanding about it too. He really helped us feel comfortable and like ourselves. James also offered us the raw footage of our wedding, which was also great and fun to watch as well. He has tons of wedding videos up on his Youtube page as examples of his work and they are all incredible quality and really give you a sense of what the day was like. ideographer because of the cost, but I had heard how much people regretted not getting one! And I would tell anyone getting married how important it is! We chose the cheapest package, but the video is really well done! James included music we chose, and nice pictures from the wedding on the front and back cover. He met with us in person (very kind and friendly), and also spoke to me on the phone about what we wanted and didn't want. I do wish we had him stay one more hour later, when the dancing really picked up! But that's on us! For the cost we paid, we are really pleased. James is very reasonable. We also received the video very quickly; about two weeks after the wedding. We got it before we saw a single professional picture from our photographers! We were so excited to watch it. My only complaint is that he fixed a couple of mistakes made by my family and DJ. He dubbed over them, and I bet most people would be really happy with that! A lot of people want a perfect day and a perfect video. But I kind of wanted to see those mistakes. I'm probably not typical. All in all, we would recommend Exciting Productions to anyone. And anyone on the fence about whether you need a videographer, get one! You miss too much and the time flies by, as everyone says it does. This helps you remember, and see things you (especially the bride) miss! The bride misses everything before they walk down the aisle! We opted for the 8 hour package and I'm so glad we did because he was able to capture moments from us getting ready, to the ceremony, to the cocktail hour and dinner, and dancing. We received our 8 minute highlights video DAYS after the wedding (we were able to watch it while watching the sun set on the beach on our honeymoon, which was magical), and we received our full length video less than three weeks after the wedding.
