Exclusive Events did a fantastic job setting up and taking down our World's Fair Pavilion lighting on our wedding day. We could not have done this ourselves as it required someone to string lights from column to column. We also had them set up uplights at every column which really made the ambiance of the wedding so perfect for our special day. It was so perfect to have their team's help with this so we didn't have to burden our friends and family with the set-up and takedown of such technical lighting rentals.

Exclusive was so great to work with for our wedding. We ended up renting beautiful wood farmhouse tables to use at our reception through them and it elevated the space so much. There was so much emailing back and forth with them to see about what options they had for all types of small things that I was brainstorming throughout the planning process. They were always so responsive and patient with me as I was making final decisions on everything. I would definitely recommend them for all wedding and event rental needs!

Due to Covid, our daughters wedding was moved to our backyard. Our photographer recommended Exclusive Events for lighting and sound ... and a great recommendation it was! Exclusive Events turned our backyard into a magical venue! We were so happy with the lighting design! After contacting them, they came out right away to look at our backyard and offer suggestions. The lightning not only was beautiful but also lit our entire backyard for the reception! They also provided the sound for the afternoon wedding and the reception. During the beginning of the wedding, a trash truck came by (of course, because 2020!), Andrew, the sound guy sprinted out our backyard like an Olympic runner to tell them a wedding was in progress. It was so nice of him to do that! We highly recommend Exclusive Events for any lighting or sound needs you have - they truly made our daughter's outdoor wedding spectacular! I wish I could describe the work Jacqueline and the EE did for our wedding the allowed character count in this review box. Jacqueline listened to our vision to our wedding then turned it into a fairy tale. We still get comments that our wedding transformed the World's Fair Pavilion back in time to the 1904 World's Fair; even featuring hand-painted food station backdrops of "Meet Me in St. Louis" scenes. Tears come to my eye when I think back to the planning process with Exclusive Events. Our wedding day was heaven on earth thanks to them. This company really are masters in their craft.

Exclusive Events handled a complex a/v setup for a 3-day conference with over 100 participants last May at the Magnolia Hotel. Their price was less than half what the standard outfit, PSAV, wanted to charge and the service was much more responsive. They did an excellent job, and I highly recommend them!

Exclusive Events and Jacqueline went above and beyond for our reception at the Chase Park Plaza! We met with Jacqueline when we were about 5 months out from our wedding and she had so many creative ideas. Another big relief is that she had worked with a lot of our vendors before, so that was a big plus. We hired Exclusive to do the drapery, work with our florist for an instillation above the dance floor and for rentals like bar fronts, patio furniture and a stage facade. Everything was absolutely beautiful! We also loved that Jacqueline and her team were more than happy to work with us as we revised our contract with them at least four times. It was SUCH a pleasure having them contribute in making our big day everything we imagined. We highly recommend Exclusive!

Jacqueline and her team were absolutely amazing! She handled all of the lighting for our wedding at the Peabody Opera House. We had a very unique and complicated vision that required much planning and special lighting. They pulled it off without any issue! When we saw a few strands were out when we did a way through the day before, she had a crew member there to fix any bulb that was out so it looked EXACTLY the way we dreamed. Exclusive Events provided the decor that truly made my wedding exactly as I had visioned. The geometric chandeliers were the talk of the night and drew everyone's eyes as soon as they entered the tent. The farmhouse tables were also exactly what I was envisioning and were the perfect touch to our "rustic elegant" wedding. I loved the gunmetal chairs paired with the farm house tables. They came and set up all of the tables, chairs and lighting on site and were very professional. I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

Exclusive Events transformed my wedding reception from an ordinary room to an extraordinary one. We had all our lighting done through exclusive events along with our seating chart and specialized feature wall. The lighting design was absolutely breathtaking and our guests could not stop raving about it. It was like walking into a fairy tale. I really wanted to create a feeling of warmth, romance, and magic; without it being "cheesy" or "cookie-cutter". Without Erin and her team, I would have never been able to execute my vision. It was elegant, timeless, and mesmerizing all at the same time. After speaking with multiple wedding day event designers and lighting specialists, we knew Erin and Exclusive Events were our only option. Not only did she understand my vision, she shared excitement in it! It felt refreshing to speak to someone in the event world who expressed genuine excitement in being a part of our day. Most people do not remember the seating chart at weddings, but our seating chart was an absolute jaw dropper. Standing over ten feet tall and ten feet wide, a beautiful mirror was by surrounded by exquisite handmade flowers and printed names(a rumor was going around that each name was etched by hand, it was so gorgeous). Exclusive events also designed a feature wall standing ten feet tall and ten feet wide showcasing our relatives on their wedding days. All night there was someone standing at the wall, whether to take a look back in time or reminisce about their wedding day. Aside from the exclusive events team creating an absolutely beautiful room, they did it all within our budget. Marty and I were like most couples when trying to plan a wedding on a budget, the extras did not seem possible. However, with exclusive events we were able to get everything we wanted and more!

prices were right, and erin was so patient and responsive with my constant email. the stage came together perfectly as did the light curtain and the sweetheart chair. only thing is they forgot the elevation for the loveseat and so the venue had to find wooden blocks. i also wish she had recommended that we get a spotlight on us in the front so that we could be seen against the light curtain. would definitely work with this company again.

I dealt with Jesse & Erin for my wedding a few weekends ago, and I can't say enough nice things about them. First, our lighting was beautiful and was exactly what I asked for. Second, Jesse & Erin both treated our small town wedding with the importance of their biggest event of the year. Although I know it was probably not anywhere near that, it's nice to be treated with that level of importance, especially for your wedding day. I would highly recommend them to anyone, no matter the size of your event!

This company set up our ceiling lights and draping behind the head table. The place looked gorgeous. I did not spend as much time meeting with them to discuss what I wanted, so I was pleased with how they viewed my vision. I do think we paid too much for what we got, however. But if you have the extra money to spend, they do a good job.

I loved the lights and draping that Exclusive Events provided. It added an ambiance and a warmth that made the night seem even more magical. The lights photographed beautifully. Erin, JD & the rest of the crew with Exclusive Events were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them!

Exclusive Events lit our reception venue and it would have been a different room without the special lighting. We also rented a large Ferris Wheel for the reception to display table assignments and it was a huge hit. Lots of guests took photos in front of it and it gave the wedding a unique touch.

I’m so very happy with Exclusive Event’s work on my wedding! We had entrance and backdrop draping as well as a St. Louis-themed gobo. They matched the draping to my wedding colors perfectly and the gobo was a hit! Natalie worked with me and we went through several revised quotes before locking in what would work for my vision and budget. She was incredibly professional and flexible, offering money-saving suggestions that worked out well. The set up/take down staff that day was also very professional – showed up on time and worked very efficiently, even through a room flip. I’d highly recommend Exclusive to anyone looking for personalized decor to add that special touch to their wedding!

Not everyone has unlimited funds for a fairy tale wedding! We had a very small budget for decorating and Exclusive Events went above and beyond to deliver a hall decorated beautifully! We could not be happier with the entire staff from the planning stage to the take down crew, you will find no one better!

Erin and the exclusive events team were fantastic for my August wedding!! They went above and beyond my expectations!!

I'll admit -- I splurged a little when I went with Exclusive Events to hang lighting at my wedding. Since I had such a difficult venue (the World's Fair Pavilion) for hanging, though, I believe it was worth the cost of the labor they did. They showed up the morning of my wedding and hung lights before other vendors showed up, so they were out of the way. I'm impressed at however they hung the lights in such a tricky setting. They were even, tight, and looked great. The exposed lights added so much to my reception; it was so romantic and dreamy. They covered the entire pavilion thoroughly, and we had no issues with lights falling loose. They came afterwards to remove the lights, so we did not have to deal with it. Once again, it was a little pricey, but well worth it!

Exclusive did lighting and draping for my wedding and they did an amazing job! I got so many compliments on how great the draping looked behind the head table. If you have the money in your budget to get lighting/draping I would definitely recommend them! They brought our reception to the next level

I used Exclusive Events for uplighting at my wedding reception and they did a wonderful job. They were VERY responsive, easy to work with, mindful of my budget, and most importantly, the ballroom looked gorgeous once they were finished!

Erin did amazing on our reception site. She did some beautiful draping and uplighting that transformed our reception site completely. She did an awesome job and I would recommend her to anyone.

I could not believe what a difference sheer draperies and up-lighting can make until I walked into my reception venue (at Kemoll’s Top of the Met) the evening of my wedding and saw the AMAZING transformation of the room! I got so many compliments from my guests (and even my vendors who were present!) on how gorgeous the room at Top of the Met looked that night. The sheer draperies & color up-lights made a huge difference, it really brightened up the space, making it feel larger, warm, inviting, and beautifully elegant! The owner, Erin Schulte, was WONDERFUL – she was extremely dependable, responded same-day to phone calls and emails, and a delight to work with! She made sure the lighting matched my wedding colors and everything just perfect and I never worried about a thing. I could not be happier with the results and it was affordable – worth every penny and a must for all brides! You will fall in love with the results if you choose Exclusive Events for your big day!

We are The Gifted Wedding (www.thegiftedwedding.org), a St. Louis-based non-profit organization dedicated to providing dream weddings to couples who have faced a life-altering circumstance that makes planning and/or financing a wedding difficult to impossible. Erin and Bryan Schulte of Exclusive Events graciously donated their services for our "gifted" wedding on Saturday, April 9, 2011 for Sonia and Greg Hendl. We basically left it up to them to design the lighting and decor for this wedding as we know how extremely talented they are. Of course, it turned out absolutely beautiful! Sonia dreamed of a true Cinderella-themed wedding and Exclusive Events helped make that dream a reality! Thank you Exclusive Events!

Our venue was Kemoll's Top of the Met. The walls are painted burgandy which makes the room appear very dark. Exlusive Events provided sheer draperies with an ice blue uplighting which softened and hid the dark walls and gave the room a very soft, elegent feel. Communication with the vender was great and the experience couldn't have been better.

Amazing job. Erin did the draping and lighting and it transformed our reception space. I highly recommend her!

The lighting was out of this world. The room had a beautiful glow. There were other elements that didn't turn out quite as I had expected, but they did a good job. I would use them again, but I will be more specific next time.

Speaking as a recent bride, we worry about everything, to include the look and feel of one of the most important days of our lives! We worked with Erin at Exc Evts on our engagement party & wedding reception. Exclusive events took care of my worries when it came to staging the perfect wedding and engagement party. I had my wedding at the MAC-Downtown St. Louis. The lighting and the professionalism were second to none! The MAC did a wonderful job on my cake-but Erin made my cake glow with pinpoint lighting on my cake! We also went with the floating monogram on the dance floor, which turned out fabulous in pictures! I am fairly certain my reception and engagement party wouldn't have looked the same without Exclusive Events. -Amie Dulay-York

I got married on May 15, 2010. I hired Exclusive Events (EE) to set up lighting and ceremony decor at my wedding. I mainly worked with Erin Schulte, owner of EE. Erin always responded to my emails timely and listened carefully to what I wanted for my big day. Our collaboration definitely paid off, and my wedding could not be more beautiful!

I was a little intimidated about working with Exclusive Events. I looked at their website and thought "This is going to be expensive!". I met Erin, one of the owners, at a bridal event and she could not have been nicer. I was on a tight budget and wasn't sure I could get what I wanted. Erin put my worries to rest! She made it all happen within my budget! Both the ceremony and reception spaces were just beautiful! They are so nice and extremely professional! Most importantly, they want to make your vision a reality! I was so happy with my decision to work with them!

5 stars, absolutely fabulous! I used EE for lighting and decor and this is the one thing that I feel really set my event apart from every other wedding. It was my favorite part of the night!

We added lighting pretty close to our wedding. Exclusive Events was able to fit us in and offered their professional expertise. We picked our two colors and let them decide how to light the room, and they did a wonderful job！

When Erin and I designed how we wanted the room to look, I knew it would be a WOW kind of reception. But when I entered that room for the first look, I couldn't believe I was actually seeing it come to life, and beyond my wildest dreams. It was perfect. The color was amazing, the gobo was beautiful (and big!), the room was exactly what we wanted and their attention to detail was certainly noticed and appreciated. They do a great job.
