The driver was extremely rude to my mom who was handling the cash exchange at the end of the night upon his arrival. I had showed my mom the contract information and details about ...
starting and ending times, as well as drop off locations and the driver tried to claim his time ended sooner than what was printed in the contract. He was not friendly at all and he was not professional in how he conducted his communication. I hope not all the drivers are like this at Executive VIP Transportation because there was nothing about feeling “VIP” at all with this rude conduct.
