People had the luxury of serving themselves without having to wait in line! The food was so delicious-- people kept telling us it was the best wedding food they've ever had. The chicken and steak were amazing-- we got home from the reception and immediately started drunk eating the leftovers. I cannot say this enough-- the food was unbelievably good. EFS accommodated everyone's dietary restrictions with so much grace. The options they provided were delicious (vegan pot pie, a delicious rice/plantain/black bean bowl for a vegan/gf guest) and our guests felt so well cared for having that option. The day-of staff was wonderful and so hard working. I would give 100 stars if I could. I am so grateful EFS was recommended to us.

EFS is also really willing to work with customers, to make sure the menu and pricing are just right. My husband and I proudly paid for our wedding substantially on our own. I negotiated the menu and cost of our reception catering a LOT, to make sure that we selected food that we were excited to enjoy and to also make sure we stayed on budget. Therese at EFS patiently emailed back and forth with me several times, until our menu and cost quote were absolutely perfect. On our wedding day, in addition to making sure our guests enjoyed warm and delicious food within the allotted dining time, the captain of our EFS catering team also checked in with my husband and me personally, to make sure we had a chance to eat at our wedding. We REALLY appreciated that, and we are proud to say that we ate a LOT of food at our wedding reception! Thank you for everything, EFS Catering! Every recommendation made on other vendors was spot on! Not a single disappointment with Liv! She went above and beyond in helping plan. From rehearsal to the carriage ride bride & groom departure, to clean up, I literally did not lift a finger. Liv directed the wedding party and all vendors, taking every concern off this Mommas mind. Our guests could not stop commenting on how fabulous Liv & William were! I was able to just sit back and soak in every beautiful memory, capturing every precious second of my daughters wedding safely in my heart,

We also did a midnight snack of the burger sliders... highly recommend, the guests loved it! We used their bartenders as well. All the staff was awesome & took great care of us and our guests! We even hired Olivia as our day of coordinator and she is such a super star in every way... honestly don't know what I'd do without her!

They are very flexible and reasonable with helping us make sure we had just enough food but not too much. It was tricky for the weeks leading up to the wedding with so much changing with the number of people attending our wedding (thanks Covid), but having an understanding and flexible caterer avoided a ton of stress. The day of the wedding, the staff of EFS catering had plates made for my husband and I so that we would have time to go around and see everyone. The staff was VERY friendly and made sure all our needs were taken care of. It is obvious they are truly passionate about what they do. I highly recommend this team of people!

If you want to be able to taste the food prior to the event, make sure you're able to attend one of their large tasting events (I was unable to make it because I was out of town) but even without being able to taste the food beforehand, I was not worried because the reviews I saw were so good. The food was delicious and we got so many comments on how good it is. The menu options are endless so you can really personalize your menu. EFS sent out a whole team of servers to make sure our day went just as planned.

Everything was a hit and guests were complimenting how good the food was. The staff was also very sweet. We highly recommend EFS for your catering needs.

I was very pleased with eating my meal and not having to worry about feeling sick (due to my lactose intolerance) on my wedding day! We had Kyle in charge for our wedding and he did a great job. They went over and beyond not just for my husband and I but also for our guests. I was waiting to go downstairs before the ceremony, and they all came over and spoke with me and made me laugh and asked if I needed anything. They were so caring. This catering company will not only meet your needs, but exceed them. You will not go wrong with them. Secondarily this brings me to Liv. I am a person (Bride) who is normally okay with being in control of everything. I found myself completely overwhelmed with my wedding. In walks Olivia into my life. I can’t even describe how thankful I am for her. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I tried to keep everything as organized for her as I could, but this day wasn’t even remotely possible without her. She made me feel so wonderful as a bride, but also as a person. She was there, she listened, and she did. Even more for me, she took the weight off of my moms shoulders. Mom didn’t have to worry about anything because it was already done by Liv. Olivia as a coordinator and EFS are the best package you could ever dream of having on your team and I can’t thank them enough being with us on our journey.

These are some things that really stood out to us and our guests: servers were checking on guests to see if they needed a drink all throughout the night, they took great care of us (bride and groom) they asked us what we needed and checked in periodically, the food came out hot, and of excellent quality (people were so impressed with their meals-display and taste), there was excellent communication with Olivia. She always responded back very promptly and was super helpful and informative. We feel that her feedback regarding the amount of appetizers and portion size was very accurate. We are so pleased with EFS's service and would recommend them a million times! We want to have another party-just so we can use them again!

Vendors can be difficult to deal with during the high stress wedding planning, but I have nothing, absolutely nothing negative to say about Olivia and EFS Catering. We originally hired a wedding planner with a different company, and we were quick to change over to have Olivia and her husband William orchestrate our wedding. A decision we will never regret! Even before actually hiring them to coordinate, I was told to contact her with ANY questions or help for planning. She helped me do my entire floor plan and gave me input my other planner did not. Between her killer personality and her awesome organizational skills, we felt as though a boulder was taken off our shoulders. We trusted them 100% and our wedding was an absolute DREAM COME TRUE. EFS provided our passed appetizers, buffet station, bartending services, a carving station, and butler service for each table. Nobody went hungry, glasses were never half empty, and everyone had an awesome night! Kyle, was a server who stood out to my husband and I. He specifically catered to us and made sure we were greeted to our table with drinks, our plates fixed and checked on us multiple times throughout dinner. As for the rest of team, THANK YOU! The bartenders made drinks in a timely manner considering the enormous line of people after the ceremony. And the waitstaff was constantly checking on tables, filling glasses and removing dirty dish-ware. We were also packed multiple to-go boxes to take home and boy that was great to munch on! I truly have no complaints and my guests are still raving about the awesome food, and services EFS provided for us!! If it were an option I would rate 100000000x stars. Olivia – Your personality is one like no other! We are so grateful for you and what you have personally done for Tyler and I. We’ve maybe even gained a friend in the process :) Also, the relationship you have with William is GOALSSSS. William – My highlight moment for you would be when you came in to check on me in the bridal suite. Everyone had left to line up and I was alone, and the anxiety was really kicking in. loved working with EFS, from our private tasting all the way to the main event, they were quick to respond to emails/phone calls and helped with planning of the day. The staff including bartenders and waiters were all very professional. Highly recommend! Thank you for keeping our bellies happy throughout the day! We also loved being able to take home two to-go boxes at the end of the night with leftover food. What a treat!

nality is so friendly, that I looked forward to my daughter's June 15th wedding knowing that my new bff was going to be there. We had a buffet for 170 adults, some of which had major food requirements, but Olivia was all over it. She took copious notes at the month-prior walk-thru at the River House in St. Augustine and had great ideas for decorating as well as the flow of the wedding and food selections. She was our day-of coordinator as well as the EFS banquet manager. The best part is when I needed to hand out the tips to everyone ... she took my stack of about 20 envelopes and ran around to the different staff and made sure everyone got their tips so I could enjoy the wedding. Love her! She even had her husband and son on board helping with the event. The men looked so classy holding the doors open for the reception. After the sparkler exit, I was wondering what to do with the sparkler for about two seconds when BAM, Olivia's husband was collecting them all from the guests per the safety instructions of the venue. I didn't lift a finger all night. EFS Catering was similar in making us feel like royalty. Great food, adorable staff and good portions. The bartenders kept the open bar flowing seamlessly and that was no easy task for our huge, young crowd of drinkers. Do yourself a favor and go with EFS Catering and Olivia Gonzalez as coordinator. I highly recommend them and would use them again without question.

2019 at the Treasury on the Plaza. I found Olivia because EFS Catering was a preferred vendor by the venue. When I contacted Olivia about catering, her energy via e-mail was so WOW that she immediately had me. She responded to every single one of my e-mails very quickly and answered every one of my questions. Not knowing what the heck I was doing, she was an amazing guidance. My (now) husband and I decided to also hire her as a our day of coordinator. Olivia was more than just a day of coordinator, she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for the wedding. We planned our wedding during my last year of dental school, so it was a little difficult to juggle both, but Olivia was a blessing and made it so smooth! She would send me e-mails with checklists of things that I needed to get done. Honestly if it weren't for her, our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was! We met up with Olivia for our EFS Catering tastings and we immediately fell in love with every single item we tried. The food was absolutely delicious, which made it a little difficult to choose just one or two entrees! After our tasting, we headed to look at rentals such as linens, chargers, etc.. She is so knowledgable she will honestly tell you if she thinks something looks good or not (I'm sure she's seen it all!). I absolutely loved Olivia's personality, and it made this whole process much more enjoyable! Her and her husband, William, both came to final walk thru as well as the wedding rehearsal. Everything ran so smoothly both days, they make a great team! The day of the wedding, Olivia was AMAZING! I did not have to worry about a SINGLE thing. I wanted to change a few things the day of, and she had no problem making that happen. She kept it so calm the entire time, I don't know how she does it. You can just tell she LOVES what she does, and she's passionate about it. The day of, I realized I had dropped the ball on a minor (big! ) detail, and Olivia and her husband came thru and still made this happen! I could not thank them enough! EFS catering team was professional and the food was great! Olivia and EFS made sure that my husband and I even had platters from cocktail hour for us to enjoy after we came back from pictures, the appetizers were there waiting for us. The entire EFS team made sure that we were satisfied with our food. We had a few Gluten free guests as well as guests with Nut allergies and EFS accommodated to every one of them without a complaint. Such a professional company! Anyway, from beginning to end, having EFS Catering and Olivia Gonzalez as part of our vendor team was the BEST decision we made. I truly appreciate the horderves saved for my husband and I and the wedding party too in the bridal suite! They were very accommodating with my gluten allergy, since having celiac disease it was one of my main things to focus on when searching for a cater. But they made designing the menu so painless and exciting every step of the way. Everything was amazing and we were able to add a philly flare for my husband with the Philly wontons :) All my guest said the food was amazing and continue to compliment us on our amazing choices for our wedding . As for Olivia being our wedding coordinator, I don't know where to start. I'm one of the first of my close friends to get married so I had no real guide but having Olivia around made it so much better. She help me with all the little questions from what size linens or what height for vases to buy weddings. She was so positive and uplifting always whenever we chatted. And when it came to the day of she made sure the whole day went off as flawlessly as possibly :) . Yes some things popped up that weren't great (i.e.my hair and makeup messing up the whole pre timeline) but olivia was courteous and helped us continue on the rest of the night without stressing about the timeline timing. She set all my decor out in an amazing way and really made my dream come true. We did our wedding at the treasury on the plaza and after the ceremony she made the flip into the reception go off so seemless to me:) Olivia and her husband were so astonishing from begining to end and beyond. Guests are still commenting on how amazing the wedding, food and flow went! The amount of creativity and thought that was put into their menus and different options is like no other! It was so hard to choose! we wanted to incorporate our traditional food to make a Spanish American cuisine. EFS did it perfectly, making us our traditional “lechón” (roasted pork) rice & beans, chicken plus sides. All the guests loved how delicious the food was, the great service and special attention to the guests and also to the children who were given a different food option than the adults. The communication was always excellent and creating the menu was so easy thanks to the expertise of EFS.
