to taste the food prior to the event, make sure you're able to attend one of their large tasting events (I was unable to make it because I was out of town) but even without being able to taste the food beforehand, I was not worried because the reviews I saw were so good. The food was delicious and we got so many comments on how good it is. The menu options are endless so you can really personalize your menu. EFS sent out a whole team of servers to make sure our day went just as planned.

w roasted lechon for our main entrees. They were DELICIOUS. The hors d'oeuvres were delicious too. Everything was a hit and guests were complimenting how good the food was. The staff was also very sweet. We highly recommend EFS for your catering needs.

lternative for my personal entree and they made it happen! I was very pleased with eating my meal and not having to worry about feeling sick (due to my lactose intolerance) on my wedding day! We had Kyle in charge for our wedding and he did a great job. Thank you Olivia and thank you Kyle!

L the leftover wings ready for me to take home. All I can say about the staff is Wow. They went over and beyond not just for my husband and I but also for our guests. I was waiting to go downstairs before the ceremony, and they all came over and spoke with me and made me laugh and asked if I needed anything. They were so caring. This catering company will not only meet your needs, but exceed them. You will not go wrong with them. Secondarily this brings me to Liv. I am a person (Bride) who is normally okay with being in control of everything. I found myself completely overwhelmed with my wedding. In walks Olivia into my life. I can’t even describe how thankful I am for her. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I tried to keep everything as organized for her as I could, but this day wasn’t even remotely possible without her. She made me feel so wonderful as a bride, but also as a person. She was there, she listened, and she did. Even more for me, she took the weight off of my moms shoulders. Mom didn’t have to worry about anything because it was already done by Liv. Olivia as a coordinator and EFS are the best package you could ever dream of having on your team and I can’t thank them enough being with us on our journey.

Olivia just makes you feel so warm and thought of and just so oh special!! The catering company.. holy moly so stinking thoughtful and made sure we ate! The food was so awesome and people just raved about it and went back for more! We had passed apps and stations and people loved it!! The cheeseburger was my favorite! It was royal! Olivia and EFS just were such a package deal that I would choose over and over again!!the bar people were so personal! They made the guest laugh and creating for just such a homey feel! Honestly, choose them! You’ll be so stinking happy!!

These are some things that really stood out to us and our guests: servers were checking on guests to see if they needed a drink all throughout the night, they took great care of us (bride and groom) they asked us what we needed and checked in periodically, the food came out hot, and of excellent quality (people were so impressed with their meals-display and taste), there was excellent communication with Olivia. She always responded back very promptly and was super helpful and informative. We feel that her feedback regarding the amount of appetizers and portion size was very accurate. We are so pleased with EFS's service and would recommend them a million times! We want to have another party-just so we can use them again!

She helped my husband and I build the absolute dream menu and helped us stay within budget at the same time. Olivia was able to make room and squeeze us into the last tasting before our wedding day, so we were able to experience what her catering team had to offer. We truly feel like Olivia puts her customers first no matter the cost and treats us more as friends which really makes the entire process a breeze. Vendors can be difficult to deal with during the high stress wedding planning, but I have nothing, absolutely nothing negative to say about Olivia and EFS Catering. We originally hired a wedding planner with a different company, and we were quick to change over to have Olivia and her husband William orchestrate our wedding. A decision we will never regret! Even before actually hiring them to coordinate, I was told to contact her with ANY questions or help for planning. She helped me do my entire floor plan and gave me input my other planner did not. Between her killer personality and her awesome organizational skills, we felt as though a boulder was taken off our shoulders. We trusted them 100% and our wedding was an absolute DREAM COME TRUE. EFS provided our passed appetizers, buffet station, bartending services, a carving station, and butler service for each table. Nobody went hungry, glasses were never half empty, and everyone had an awesome night! Kyle, was a server who stood out to my husband and I. He specifically catered to us and made sure we were greeted to our table with drinks, our plates fixed and checked on us multiple times throughout dinner. As for the rest of team, THANK YOU! The bartenders made drinks in a timely manner considering the enormous line of people after the ceremony. And the waitstaff was constantly checking on tables, filling glasses and removing dirty dish-ware. We were also packed multiple to-go boxes to take home and boy that was great to munch on! I truly have no complaints and my guests are still raving about the awesome food, and services EFS provided for us!! If it were an option I would rate 100000000x stars. Olivia – Your personality is one like no other! We are so grateful for you and what you have personally done for Tyler and I. We’ve maybe even gained a friend in the process :) Also, the relationship you have with William is GOALSSSS. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and I don’t doubt you will continue to make everyone you encounter as happy as we are now! William – My highlight moment for you would be when you came in to check on me in the bridal suite. Everyone had left to line up and I was alone, and the anxiety was really kicking in. ne 15th wedding knowing that my new bff was going to be there. We had a buffet for 170 adults, some of which had major food requirements, but Olivia was all over it. She took copious notes at the month-prior walk-thru at the River House in St. Augustine and had great ideas for decorating as well as the flow of the wedding and food selections. She was our day-of coordinator as well as the EFS banquet manager. The best part is when I needed to hand out the tips to everyone ... she took my stack of about 20 envelopes and ran around to the different staff and made sure everyone got their tips so I could enjoy the wedding. Love her! She even had her husband and son on board helping with the event. The men looked so classy holding the doors open for the reception. After the sparkler exit, I was wondering what to do with the sparkler for about two seconds when BAM, Olivia's husband was collecting them all from the guests per the safety instructions of the venue. I didn't lift a finger all night. EFS Catering was similar in making us feel like royalty. Great food, adorable staff and good portions. The bartenders kept the open bar flowing seamlessly and that was no easy task for our huge, young crowd of drinkers. Do yourself a favor and go with EFS Catering and Olivia Gonzalez as coordinator. I highly recommend them and would use them again without question.

tering was a preferred vendor by the venue. When I contacted Olivia about catering, her energy via e-mail was so WOW that she immediately had me. She responded to every single one of my e-mails very quickly and answered every one of my questions. Not knowing what the heck I was doing, she was an amazing guidance. My (now) husband and I decided to also hire her as a our day of coordinator. Olivia was more than just a day of coordinator, she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for the wedding. We planned our wedding during my last year of dental school, so it was a little difficult to juggle both, but Olivia was a blessing and made it so smooth! She would send me e-mails with checklists of things that I needed to get done. Honestly if it weren't for her, our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was! We met up with Olivia for our EFS Catering tastings and we immediately fell in love with every single item we tried. The food was absolutely delicious, which made it a little difficult to choose just one or two entrees! After our tasting, we headed to look at rentals such as linens, chargers, etc.. She is so knowledgable she will honestly tell you if she thinks something looks good or not (I'm sure she's seen it all!). I absolutely loved Olivia's personality, and it made this whole process much more enjoyable! Her and her husband, William, both came to final walk thru as well as the wedding rehearsal. Everything ran so smoothly both days, they make a great team! The day of the wedding, Olivia was AMAZING! I did not have to worry about a SINGLE thing. I wanted to change a few things the day of, and she had no problem making that happen. She kept it so calm the entire time, I don't know how she does it. You can just tell she LOVES what she does, and she's passionate about it. The day of, I realized I had dropped the ball on a minor (big! ) detail, and Olivia and her husband came thru and still made this happen! I could not thank them enough! EFS catering team was professional and the food was great! Olivia and EFS made sure that my husband and I even had platters from cocktail hour for us to enjoy after we came back from pictures, the appetizers were there waiting for us. The entire EFS team made sure that we were satisfied with our food. We had a few Gluten free guests as well as guests with Nut allergies and EFS accommodated to every one of them without a complaint. Such a professional company! Anyway, from beginning to end, having EFS Catering and Olivia Gonzalez as part of our vendor team was the BEST decision we made. Our wedding would not have been possible without them! Thank you EFS Catering, Olivia, and William!

They were very accommodating with my gluten allergy, since having celiac disease it was one of my main things to focus on when searching for a cater. But they made designing the menu so painless and exciting every step of the way. Everything was amazing and we were able to add a philly flare for my husband with the Philly wontons :) All my guest said the food was amazing and continue to compliment us on our amazing choices for our wedding . As for Olivia being our wedding coordinator, I don't know where to start. I'm one of the first of my close friends to get married so I had no real guide but having Olivia around made it so much better. She help me with all the little questions from what size linens or what height for vases to buy weddings. She was so positive and uplifting always whenever we chatted. And when it came to the day of she made sure the whole day went off as flawlessly as possibly :) . Yes some things popped up that weren't great (i.e.my hair and makeup messing up the whole pre timeline) but olivia was courteous and helped us continue on the rest of the night without stressing about the timeline timing. She set all my decor out in an amazing way and really made my dream come true. We did our wedding at the treasury on the plaza and after the ceremony she made the flip into the reception go off so seemless to me:) Olivia and her husband were so astonishing from begining to end and beyond. Guests are still commenting on how amazing the wedding, food and flow went! Please Book them, Olivia and Executive catering too because they will for sure help make your big day your dream come true and so much more then you could have ever hoped for !!

American cuisine. EFS did it perfectly, making us our traditional “lechón” (roasted pork) rice & beans, chicken plus sides. All the guests loved how delicious the food was, the great service and special attention to the guests and also to the children who were given a different food option than the adults. The communication was always excellent and creating the menu was so easy thanks to the expertise of EFS. A special Thank You to Olivia, who since the first day was so nice and friendly, and always was there for us! Highly recommend!! :)

I cannot even begin to express how helpful Olivia was. She helped us to hand pick our all-star team of vendors, as well as built timelines and kept our stress levels at zero for every single detail. She went above and beyond to answer text that were sent way to late in the evening, pick up extras, and answer any questions we had, some that were even out of her swim lane. I can’t imagine getting married without her. She has a beautiful vision and a beautiful heart. She listens intently and forms ideas that I would have never thought of. I have no doubt the laughs we had and the memoires we made will be in my heart forever. I truly feel like we gained a friend as well as benefited from her professional services. Not only did we have Olivia as an irreplaceable wedding planner we used ESF catering for our wedding. Their staff was very professional and the food was fantastic. I cannot explain how polished and professional this staff is. They took special care of both me and my husband always making sure we had food first as well as water and a cocktail. as on February 25, 2018. She was very organized, helpful, creative and super fun to work with. We had many laughs together. She met with us whenever we needed to and had many phone calls/text. Since she is extremely organized, my daughter’s wedding day was perfect!! The food was delicious and the catering service was awesome as well. Olivia & her team went out of her way to make things perfect. For instance, there was a lot of construction in the back of the Lightner on one side. When I brought this up as a concern to the Lightner people, Olivia decided to move her catering service to the construction side, so our guests could experience a beautiful entrance. This was not easy, since the Lightner had limited electrical outlets. We were very happy that Olivia & Team were part of our special day! She also allowed me (MOB) to enjoy myself and not worry about the details. And our guests are still talking about how beautiful the wedding was, how much they enjoyed themselves, and that the food was incredible! My daughter and her husband said that they had a “Fairy tale wedding” and Olivia and the EFS team were a huge reason why. We are very happy that we selected Olivia and the EFS team! We love you Olivia!!

oordinator - best decision ever made!! If any bride is on the fence about getting a wedding / day of coordinator please do yourself a favor and get Olivia. She is the sweetest and most genuine person I know. In times I was super stressed (which was EVERY day of wedding planning) she was always there with a resolution and helped calmed me down. The week prior to our wedding, she texted me daily asking if there was anything she could do to help. I don’t think - actually I know I wouldn’t be able to plan our wedding without her. The day of the wedding, my husband, family and friends did not have to worry about one single thing because Olivia took care of everything. I walked into our venue and literally was in tears - it was everything I hoped it to be and more. Even during the wedding, Olivia kept asking if there was anything she could do. I literally felt like a Queen on our wedding day as every bride should feel like. From set up to clean up, from day 1 to even after the wedding, Olivia will be there for you! Since Olivia is also in charge of the catering I knew I would be in good hands. Me being very indecisive, she always responded to my crazy requests and emails in a VERY timely manner and never left me waiting or in the dark. We had our first tasting and we were sold. My husband is super picky and he loved all the food we had tasted. We picked a beef and chicken option along with 2 starches and vegetables. We also had 2 passed hors d'oeuvres and a cheese and fruit display. Our guests were raving about how great our food was!! Even to this day almost 2 months later after our wedding they still are saying how delicious our food was. Something I really liked was is that they pack you 2 to go boxes for you and your husband to eat after the wedding since sometimes you get too busy for food during the wedding. We also did their bar package and brought our own alcochol. The cost for everything was definitely reasonable for what you get. A lot of my friends who previously got married stated we spent too much on our food, but honestly you get what you pay for and we didn’t mind at all as your caterer, photographer and DJ was top 3 things we didn’t want to cheap out on. They are worth every penny!! I can’t say enough to tell you how great Olivia and EFS are. We are truly blessed that we found her. If you choose them you won’t regret it. I wish I could redo our wedding day all over again. My vendors were a dream!!!

rom my side as both planner and caterer. I was always secure in the feeling that things were handled or being handled. Customer service was the best of any vendor we used. Every call, text, email, and follow up was responded to. She talked us through every part. I picked our menu from scratch and guests are still talking about it! We knew it was going to be good from the trial but she blew us away. Could not love her more and I feel like part of the family. Her staff and bartenders were so kind, so helpful, and so energetic as well. My wedding party is “experienced” in regards to weddings and are still commenting on her whole teams organization, skill, and approachability. Our vendors loved her, our families loved her. ithout completely busting our budget. They were flexible with our customization to the menu and their staff was AMAZING. For example, we loved the Peruvian chicken during our tasting, but chicken is traditionally a horrible buffet option as it always dries out (it's inevitable) so when we asked that they make it 70% dark meat and 30% breast, they accommodated no problem. Yes, this is OCD, but we got so many compliments on the food so worth it. As for Olivia as our wedding coordinator, I don't know where to begin. I've been in 9 weddings and saw the good bad and ugly of how the day unfolds for a bride and had very particular requests to ensure myself, my family (parents mostly) and bridal party's stress levels were kept to a minimum, something I explained to Liv on our first call before signing on. She definitely delivered, and did so with STYLE. Yes some things popped up that weren't great (i.e. the band forgetting we'd already paid them in full for their services at the reception), but Liv was courteous and "solution driven" to everything. She strikes the perfect balance of getting it done, without making it a living hell for those involved. She was completely open to my very specific requests of placement of tables, moving of elements throughout the night and more, all with a sense of humor. Additionally, she was very pragmatic about her approach to last minute questions, and gave solid advice without making it stressful. Additionally her husband and son who pitched in to help were just as amazing. Guests were even commenting on how amazing the wedding flow was all thanks to Liv. Book her, unless you're one of those brides that can't be pleased no matter what, she will help make your big day better than you imagined.

he last minute was not a problem at all. Price was incredibly reasonable for excellent food. Day of: The servers were terrific- smiling, working hard, not complaining about the crowded room, seeing to our needs. I was the last one to leave that night and even as they finished cleaning up, they still had positive attitudes. The food was so delicious. everyone loved it! Bartenders were on top of it all the time. Cake cutting beautifully done. Emily and Lisa were delightful to work with!

Olivia scratched every pre-set menu option and gave us full creative rights and made some MIRACLES happen! I told her some of our favorite foods, and let me tell you, Olivia is a QUEEN! Our cocktail hour was a huge hit, with a raised Mediterranean tower with a cheese and olive stand (Olives are our favorite), followed by passed h'or doeurves. We had the greatest bacon on a stick, which was another must have and a HUGE hit. I am also a shrimp and grits connoisseur, which she had served on the most gorgeous single serve spoon bowls. We had our wedding party photos arranged so that we could attend cocktail hour and have the food! For dinner, Olivia and her team continued to serve up perfection. Customized salads, bread, and drinks to start. Our guests had the option of Chicken or Beef, and both were incredible. We choose the Fire Roasted sun dried tomato and lemon basil sauce Chicken, which was like Chicken Bryan from Carrabbas, only a thousand times better. The beef option was a Carved King Round with au jus and horseradish aioli, and was heavenly. If you get a chance to taste with Olivia, and she tells you the mashed potatoes are to-die-for, you listen, get them, and eat ALL OF THEM. Our guests had a choice of vegetables, which were cooked to perfection. The EFS team was able to cater to guests with custom orders, such as vegans, gluten intolerance, PKU guests, and children. And as most are too busy to eat, they made sure we had boxed meals delivered to our rooms as well. I would HIGHLY suggest Olivia and her entire team. o be an excellent professional is beyond words. She assisted me and guided me in making my Beauty and the Beast wedding theme truly evolve into a fairy tale wedding. I want to also mention that her catering team was exceptional and that all who I speak to still mention the hors d’oeuvres and the sit down dinner with its elegant presentation but also savory and flavorful food. So, much that many of our guest have said, "we have been spoiled". Olivia made sure that everything flowed accordingly and that everyone was where they needed to be at the right times. On our wedding day, I had no worries or stress thanks to Olivia for allowing me to be a princess for the day. Olivia was an excellent wedding planner and my husband and I without a doubt would recommend her as well as the Executive Catering Events team to anyone looking to make their wedding a memorable as ours was.

As our day of coordinator we met with her ahead of time and she took away all our anxiety! For the rehearsal she kept us all on task and made sure everyone knew what to do. For the wedding day, she stepped right in and took care of everything for us so we could just enjoy our special day. She was truly a blessing!!

The only complaint we have from our wedding is that our guest were told they could only select 1 meat options when they went up to the buffet line, and several of our guest were turned down for seconds. The service staff was great! They were very attentive and checked in on my wife and me several times. It was just not the buffet experience were had in mind, but the food was great!

We had so much food to taste, I was able to be very honest about changes we wanted for our wedding day and it was very honest and open from the beginning. And on that day it was the best ever! Majority of other catering services try to drain your pockets of money! We also hired them for the rehearsal dinner and that was also amazing! I have absolutely no complaints, the food was excellent!

Olivia also surprised Zack and I at the end of the night with a thoughtful detail she knew we would love. I can't imagine anyone listening to us more and creating the vision that I have dreamed of since I was a little girl. Separately, we also hired Olivia as our day-of-coordinator. Where do I even begin...Olivia is literally worth her weight in gold! She is beautiful inside and out, she is a calming spirit no matter the storm you are weathering, she is perfectly organized, creative, a wonderful sounding board, unbelievably responsive, listens to your vision and can execute like no other, she gives great hugs, voices her opinion respectfully, and I'm convinced that she can handle everything that comes her way with ease. Without a question, Olivia is the best decision we made regarding our wedding. I still sit here in disbelief at how quickly that day flew by! I can hardly imagine what the day would have been like if I had to worry about placing decor, coordinating vendors, etc. in addition to getting ready, getting married, and enjoying time with our guests! I can assure you that hiring a day-of coordinator, or full coordinator if your budget allows, will be the best decision you will make, but you shouldn't hire just any day-of coordinator, you should hire Olivia Gonzalez! Olivia is very professional, kind hearted, and she’s on top of EVERYTHING! One thing that will always stick with me is how caring Olivia was. I'm a very indecisive person, and throughout the whole planning I may have changed my mind on things we originally picked out about 20x. So when I finally wrote her, she was quick in her responses and found the humor in my mistake instead of being annoyed. She was affordable and very sweet to talk to on the phone. I am so happy she was able to do my wedding. I had people tell me after the wedding that they ate their whole plate and they normally don’t at weddings. Everyone loved the food! I’m also from out of town so she came and introduced herself to me before the wedding and I thought that was so sweet! Definitely a great vendor hire!!
