You cannot tell me there is a better caterer out there. From start to finish, EFS was an absolute pleasure to work with. Olivia is a treasure. She is a great communicator, and was so helpful through the entire process. She is also just SO KIND, I looked forward to emailing her every time I had a question! We did passed apps and family style, and I am OBSESSED. People had the luxury of serving themselves without having to wait in line! The food was so delicious-- people kept telling us it was the best wedding food they've ever had. The chicken and steak were amazing-- we got home from the reception and immediately started drunk eating the leftovers. I cannot say this enough-- the food was unbelievably good. EFS accommodated everyone's dietary restrictions with so much grace. The options they provided were delicious (vegan pot pie, a delicious rice/plantain/black bean bowl for a vegan/gf guest) and our guests felt so well cared for having that option. The day-of staff was wonderful and so hard working. I would give 100 stars if I could. I am so grateful EFS was recommended to us.

EFS catering team was absolutely phenomenal for our special day! The ensured all of our friends and family were well fed and served! They even had a team member attend to me and my new hubby to make sure we had a chance to eat (I’ve heard this is rare on your wedding day lol) they saved us appetizers waiting for us at our table as they knew we were going to miss a lot of cocktail hour. Their bartenders were some of the biggest hits of the night! I cannot begin to count how many compliments I have received from guests about how personable and FUN they were! We got married on September 24, 2022. We booked our cocktail hour food, reception food, and bartending staff through them. We chose our meal from the Southern Favorites options. Olivia helped answer every question that we had. On the wedding day, everything was so delicious! Their entire staff was so friendly and amazing. We LOVED working with EFS Catering for our wedding! This company provides top-notch service through every member of its team, and it is clear that the owners of this company really value their employees on a personal level. Every bite of their food is delicious - and this is coming from a couple of foodies! EFS is also really willing to work with customers, to make sure the menu and pricing are just right. My husband and I proudly paid for our wedding substantially on our own. I negotiated the menu and cost of our reception catering a LOT, to make sure that we selected food that we were excited to enjoy and to also make sure we stayed on budget. Therese at EFS patiently emailed back and forth with me several times, until our menu and cost quote were absolutely perfect. On our wedding day, in addition to making sure our guests enjoyed warm and delicious food within the allotted dining time, the captain of our EFS catering team also checked in with my husband and me personally, to make sure we had a chance to eat at our wedding. We REALLY appreciated that, and we are proud to say that we ate a LOT of food at our wedding reception! Thank you for everything, EFS Catering! Therese and her team at EFS were OUTSTANDING on top of the delicious food they were able to serve us. We fell in love with EFS at one of their tasting events and never looked back. Therese at EFS is top notch and delivered catering service for our wedding like no other! Her attention to detail was appreciated and she and her team executed a plated wedding for 90 guests quickly and with the utmost hospitality. EFS was AMAZING! They were totally professional, and the food was great. We had an issue with the wedding cake from another vendor, and they helped repair the cake, so it looked awesome! I didn't even know about it until afterward, and I would have never known. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Where to even start …. I am part of the Romanian culture and let me tell you, we loooove to eat 🤪 Olivia, she has been God sent!!!! From helping plan a specific Romanian menu, helping me figure serving times and all other extras that go beyond anything I could have asked for just remarkable. The entire team is beyond amazing. Affordable and rich at the same time, from appetizers to dinner, guests are still raving about how fabulous the food was. Butler passed appetizers, Whipped potatoes in martini glasses, and many more elegant special food presentations! As great as that was, Olivia our day of co-ordinator and her husband William were the greatest! Pronto, helpful responses in planning for the wedding. Every recommendation made on other vendors was spot on! Not a single disappointment with Liv! She went above and beyond in helping plan. From rehearsal to the carriage ride bride & groom departure, to clean up, I literally did not lift a finger. Liv directed the wedding party and all vendors, taking every concern off this Mommas mind. Our guests could not stop commenting on how fabulous Liv & William were! I emailed so many vendors trying to get someone to work with our budget and I'm so lucky EFS and Olivia could make it happen. IT WAS PERFECT. We did a cheese and cracker spread for cocktail hour, then a buffet with beef tenderloin, chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies, rolls & salad. Everything was sooooo yummy! We also did a midnight snack of the burger sliders... highly recommend, the guests loved it! We used their bartenders as well. All the staff was awesome & took great care of us and our guests! We even hired Olivia as our day of coordinator and she is such a super star in every way... honestly don't know what I'd do without her!

One of the best food vendors you could choose!!!! Olivia was such a dream to work with and then at the wedding they went above and beyond to bring us specifically requested Crab Rangoons so that they made sure we were able to try some! Our guests said the entire staff was so nice as well! The food was incredible! We had to do a to go tasting where I picked up the food and drove all the way to Orlando so that my husband wouldn’t miss work and we could try everything! They go above and beyond and we love you! We had the best experience working with Olivia! She was always accessible and answered all of our questions throughout the process. We planned our destination wedding during the pandemic. We didn't have the opportunity to visit Florida during the wedding planning process and relied on reviews to book a caterer. We got so lucky booking EFS Catering without even doing a tasting!! Our guests absolutely loved the appetizers and dinner! We also booked bar services and our plating through them.

Food was delicious and visual appealing. Olivia did a great job designing a menu for our plated dinners. We had a lot of compliments on the quality and taste of the meals.

When I saw that EFS could do a pretzel wall, I did not have to look further for a caterer. I had no idea it would lead me to the most incredible staff ever! EFS Catering and Events is the best! My family has used this catering company for 5 different weddings, and we also used one of their team members, Olivia Gonzalez, as our day of coordinator. The catering team thinks of every detail, they even provided a double buffet line for us to ensure things moved quickly since we had a big guest list. The staff is friendly, punctual, and all of our guests, as well as my husband and me, loved our menu selection. We are vegans and the catering company easily accommodated. As far as using Olivia as a day of coordinator, I HIGHLY recommend. She ensures everything is taken care of without missing a beat, leaving you to relax on your big morning. She's amazing to work with and cares so much about her clients and their needs. So thankful for this group of people!

Oliva and her team were AWESOME!!! Since the wedding was originally to have been in April it had to be postponed Until September. Our original caterer planned on retiring so we had to find a new caterer. We hired her company 3 weeks prior to the wedding date. The food was phenomenal!! Nothing but compliments all night about the food and the staff. Thank you again Oliva!!!

We made the best decision by choosing EFS Catering for our reception dinner! They can seriously make anything you could imagine, and it all is SO tasty. Olivia was very responsive, upbeat, and helped us plan each detail. Her experience is invaluable. Olivia was also my day of coordinator which made everything go so smoothly. They are very flexible and reasonable with helping us make sure we had just enough food but not too much. It was tricky for the weeks leading up to the wedding with so much changing with the number of people attending our wedding (thanks Covid), but having an understanding and flexible caterer avoided a ton of stress. The day of the wedding, the staff of EFS catering had plates made for my husband and I so that we would have time to go around and see everyone. The staff was VERY friendly and made sure all our needs were taken care of. It is obvious they are truly passionate about what they do. I highly recommend this team of people!

Olivia was so easy to work with- so responsive to email and was always answering my trillions of questions :) She really works with you to find a menu that fits your budget while still being able to personalize your menu. If you want to be able to taste the food prior to the event, make sure you're able to attend one of their large tasting events (I was unable to make it because I was out of town) but even without being able to taste the food beforehand, I was not worried because the reviews I saw were so good. The food was delicious and we got so many comments on how good it is. The menu options are endless so you can really personalize your menu. EFS sent out a whole team of servers to make sure our day went just as planned.

We recently had our wedding and we were SO pleased with EFS Catering's service. We only have good things to say. We wanted to have something that represented us and was different from the usual wedding menu so we had the flank steak and the slow roasted lechon for our main entrees. They were DELICIOUS. The hors d'oeuvres were delicious too. Everything was a hit and guests were complimenting how good the food was. The staff was also very sweet. We highly recommend EFS for your catering needs.

Olivia and her team were amazing from the start of my first contact! Olivia was very accommodating and patient with all of my ideas and last minute changes; I loved my menu that we created. About a week before my wedding, I asked for a butter alternative for my personal entree and they made it happen! I was very pleased with eating my meal and not having to worry about feeling sick (due to my lactose intolerance) on my wedding day! We had Kyle in charge for our wedding and he did a great job. I promise you, look no farther than EFS. I’ll start with the food. It was incredible and everything we wanted. The food was all everyone could talk about! We did apps outside, and the a buffet dinner inside. The staff was so friendly and had ALL the leftover wings ready for me to take home. All I can say about the staff is Wow. They went over and beyond not just for my husband and I but also for our guests. I was waiting to go downstairs before the ceremony, and they all came over and spoke with me and made me laugh and asked if I needed anything. They were so caring. This catering company will not only meet your needs, but exceed them. You will not go wrong with them. Secondarily this brings me to Liv. I am a person (Bride) who is normally okay with being in control of everything. I found myself completely overwhelmed with my wedding. In walks Olivia into my life. I can’t even describe how thankful I am for her. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I tried to keep everything as organized for her as I could, but this day wasn’t even remotely possible without her. She made me feel so wonderful as a bride, but also as a person. She was there, she listened, and she did. Even more for me, she took the weight off of my moms shoulders. Mom didn’t have to worry about anything because it was already done by Liv. Olivia as a coordinator and EFS are the best package you could ever dream of having on your team and I can’t thank them enough being with us on our journey.

First off, I am so blond and clueless to how much went into a wedding and the details that made it flow... Olivia ... KNEW AND COMPLETED THEM ALL AND MORE! She made the day so easy that we didn’t have to think about anything and could just enjoy the entire day the way we wanted. She helped us with vendor possibilities, decor lay out ideas, how the day would flow.. she literally made the day perfect! Olivia just makes you feel so warm and thought of and just so oh special!! The catering company.. holy moly so stinking thoughtful and made sure we ate! The food was so awesome and people just raved about it and went back for more! We had passed apps and stations and people loved it!! The cheeseburger was my favorite! It was royal! Olivia and EFS just were such a package deal that I would choose over and over again!!the bar people were so personal! They made the guest laugh and creating for just such a homey feel! Honestly, choose them! You’ll be so stinking happy!!

Look no further, EFS is the BEST catering team in all of Jacksonville! We were more than satisfied with this wedding vendor. My husband and I are both so incredibly happy we trusted in EFS to deliver such a phenomenal service. It was truly so on point. These are some things that really stood out to us and our guests: servers were checking on guests to see if they needed a drink all throughout the night, they took great care of us (bride and groom) they asked us what we needed and checked in periodically, the food came out hot, and of excellent quality (people were so impressed with their meals-display and taste), there was excellent communication with Olivia. She always responded back very promptly and was super helpful and informative. We feel that her feedback regarding the amount of appetizers and portion size was very accurate. We are so pleased with EFS's service and would recommend them a million times! We want to have another party-just so we can use them again!

I don’t even know where to begin. Olivia and her team absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the early beginnings when I first sent an inquiry in, Olivia has been in complete contact with me since. From my random phone calls, late text messages and emails, she was so prompt and wonderful to speak with throughout the entire process. She helped my husband and I build the absolute dream menu and helped us stay within budget at the same time. Olivia was able to make room and squeeze us into the last tasting before our wedding day, so we were able to experience what her catering team had to offer. We truly feel like Olivia puts her customers first no matter the cost and treats us more as friends which really makes the entire process a breeze. Vendors can be difficult to deal with during the high stress wedding planning, but I have nothing, absolutely nothing negative to say about Olivia and EFS Catering. We originally hired a wedding planner with a different company, and we were quick to change over to have Olivia and her husband William orchestrate our wedding. A decision we will never regret! Even before actually hiring them to coordinate, I was told to contact her with ANY questions or help for planning. She helped me do my entire floor plan and gave me input my other planner did not. Between her killer personality and her awesome organizational skills, we felt as though a boulder was taken off our shoulders. We trusted them 100% and our wedding was an absolute DREAM COME TRUE. EFS provided our passed appetizers, buffet station, bartending services, a carving station, and butler service for each table. Nobody went hungry, glasses were never half empty, and everyone had an awesome night! Kyle, was a server who stood out to my husband and I. He specifically catered to us and made sure we were greeted to our table with drinks, our plates fixed and checked on us multiple times throughout dinner. As for the rest of team, THANK YOU! The bartenders made drinks in a timely manner considering the enormous line of people after the ceremony. And the waitstaff was constantly checking on tables, filling glasses and removing dirty dish-ware. We were also packed multiple to-go boxes to take home and boy that was great to munch on! I truly have no complaints and my guests are still raving about the awesome food, and services EFS provided for us!! If it were an option I would rate 100000000x stars. Olivia – Your personality is one like no other! We are so grateful for you and what you have personally done for Tyler and I. We’ve maybe even gained a friend in the process :) Also, the relationship you have with William is GOALSSSS. Truly DELICIOUS food! We are so happy we chose EFS as our caterers for our wedding! We did buffet style with a prime rib carving station. The mac n cheese is simply to die for! We loved working with EFS, from our private tasting all the way to the main event, they were quick to respond to emails/phone calls and helped with planning of the day. The staff including bartenders and waiters were all very professional. Highly recommend! Thank you for keeping our bellies happy throughout the day! We also loved being able to take home two to-go boxes at the end of the night with leftover food. What a treat!

*tisk *tisk where do i start? i can begin with the fact i booked olivia in 2017 or the fact she rearranged her schedule at least 3 times to give me 3 different taste testing. or maybe the fact her food is to die for. i also could touch bases on how she customized menu and worked with me on my budget. the list goes on and on honestly. besides all of the exceptional things about her business i want everyone to know the type of person she is. she loves food, period. you can tell THIS is her passion. i would never recommend anyone catering a wedding that truly doesn't LOVE what they do. if you dont eat, sleep and dream about the craft i am hiring your for. your not the company for me. i thank god for Olivia. food can make or break your wedding and she showed out yet again for the FOURTH time (3 tasting and the wedding). i actually wrote her a personal message after the wedding which i will paste below. however i wanted to let everyone searching for a cater this is your girl. this is your company. thank you again olivia. thank you for your patience, love support and guidance on this 2 year wedding planning journey. EFS went above and beyond to make my day special. From the first time I met Olivia and her team I was impressed. They were super accommodating with all of our requests including gluten free and vegetarian kids' meals. I only wish there were more leftovers for me to keep eating it! All the guests remarked the food was fantastic. Highly recommend EFS and Olivia to anyone wanting a professional, high quality, delicious experience!

Olivia Gonzalez and EFS Catering were amazing! I am a type A and VERY particular about punctuality, details, etc. Olivia and her team did not disappoint. In fact, Olivia's personality is so friendly, that I looked forward to my daughter's June 15th wedding knowing that my new bff was going to be there. We had a buffet for 170 adults, some of which had major food requirements, but Olivia was all over it. She took copious notes at the month-prior walk-thru at the River House in St. Augustine and had great ideas for decorating as well as the flow of the wedding and food selections. She was our day-of coordinator as well as the EFS banquet manager. The best part is when I needed to hand out the tips to everyone ... she took my stack of about 20 envelopes and ran around to the different staff and made sure everyone got their tips so I could enjoy the wedding. Love her! She even had her husband and son on board helping with the event. The men looked so classy holding the doors open for the reception. After the sparkler exit, I was wondering what to do with the sparkler for about two seconds when BAM, Olivia's husband was collecting them all from the guests per the safety instructions of the venue. I didn't lift a finger all night. EFS Catering was similar in making us feel like royalty. Great food, adorable staff and good portions. The bartenders kept the open bar flowing seamlessly and that was no easy task for our huge, young crowd of drinkers. Do yourself a favor and go with EFS Catering and Olivia Gonzalez as coordinator. I highly recommend them and would use them again without question.

Olivia provides excellent guidance for pre-planning and is on top of her game with day of coordination. She is truly gifted at her craft and not only provides her expertise but also the type of planner/coordinator who listens to the bride & groom and helps to make their wedding vision come true!! She is the type of person you feel you have known for years and is always so positive! The EFS catering team is top notch and extremely professional. The food they put together for our wedding was AMAZING!!! Our guests raved that it was the some of the best food they've ever tasted. It certainly is not your typical "catered food". The pricing is also extremely fair and Olivia will work with you to get what you're looking for within your budget! My husband and I are so thankful for Olivia & the EFS team for being such an instrumental part of our wedding day! We were extremely pleased with everything!!

I wish I could rate them more than 5 stars, honestly. This review is for both EFS catering and for Olivia Gonzalez as she was my day of coordinator. Our wedding was on July 6th, 2019 at the Treasury on the Plaza. I found Olivia because EFS Catering was a preferred vendor by the venue. When I contacted Olivia about catering, her energy via e-mail was so WOW that she immediately had me. She responded to every single one of my e-mails very quickly and answered every one of my questions. Not knowing what the heck I was doing, she was an amazing guidance. My (now) husband and I decided to also hire her as a our day of coordinator. Olivia was more than just a day of coordinator, she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for the wedding. We planned our wedding during my last year of dental school, so it was a little difficult to juggle both, but Olivia was a blessing and made it so smooth! She would send me e-mails with checklists of things that I needed to get done. Honestly if it weren't for her, our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was! We met up with Olivia for our EFS Catering tastings and we immediately fell in love with every single item we tried. The food was absolutely delicious, which made it a little difficult to choose just one or two entrees! After our tasting, we headed to look at rentals such as linens, chargers, etc.. She is so knowledgable she will honestly tell you if she thinks something looks good or not (I'm sure she's seen it all!). I absolutely loved Olivia's personality, and it made this whole process much more enjoyable! Her and her husband, William, both came to final walk thru as well as the wedding rehearsal. Everything ran so smoothly both days, they make a great team! The day of the wedding, Olivia was AMAZING! I did not have to worry about a SINGLE thing. I wanted to change a few things the day of, and she had no problem making that happen. She kept it so calm the entire time, I don't know how she does it. You can just tell she LOVES what she does, and she's passionate about it. The day of, I realized I had dropped the ball on a minor (big! ) detail, and Olivia and her husband came thru and still made this happen! I could not thank them enough! EFS catering team was professional and the food was great! Olivia and EFS made sure that my husband and I even had platters from cocktail hour for us to enjoy after we came back from pictures, the appetizers were there waiting for us. The entire EFS team made sure that we were satisfied with our food. We had a few Gluten free guests as well as guests with Nut allergies and EFS accommodated to every one of them without a complaint. Such a professional company! Anyway, from beginning to end, having EFS Catering and Olivia Gonzalez as part of our vendor team was the BEST decision we made. Olivia was my coordinator, so the choice to me seemed obvious. I was SO happy that we made that choice. The food was delicious, they were able to accommodate various dietary restrictions, the kids meals were perfect, the portions were generous, and everyone agreed the food was outstanding. We had a plated dinner, and when my FH voiced concerns over food being cold, Olivia addressed all his concerns and ensured the meals were a success.

Working with Olivia and the EFS crew was without a doubt one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning! Olivia was always available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. During our first meeting, I was stressed out about the layout of the event. Olivia flipped over the menu and quickly drew out a perfect layout for the ceremony and reception. Weeks after the wedding, I continued to get compliments about how amazing the food was and how friendly the EFS staff was. We used EFS as my caterer and Olivia Gonzalez as our wedding planner for our wedding on February 17, 2019 which was one of the best decisions we made for our special day! EFS's food was delicious and they gave us incredible service! I truly appreciate the horderves saved for my husband and I and the wedding party too in the bridal suite! They were very accommodating with my gluten allergy, since having celiac disease it was one of my main things to focus on when searching for a cater. But they made designing the menu so painless and exciting every step of the way. Everything was amazing and we were able to add a philly flare for my husband with the Philly wontons :) All my guest said the food was amazing and continue to compliment us on our amazing choices for our wedding . As for Olivia being our wedding coordinator, I don't know where to start. I'm one of the first of my close friends to get married so I had no real guide but having Olivia around made it so much better. She help me with all the little questions from what size linens or what height for vases to buy weddings. She was so positive and uplifting always whenever we chatted. And when it came to the day of she made sure the whole day went off as flawlessly as possibly :) . Yes some things popped up that weren't great (i.e.my hair and makeup messing up the whole pre timeline) but olivia was courteous and helped us continue on the rest of the night without stressing about the timeline timing. She set all my decor out in an amazing way and really made my dream come true. We did our wedding at the treasury on the plaza and after the ceremony she made the flip into the reception go off so seemless to me:) Olivia and her husband were so astonishing from begining to end and beyond. Guests are still commenting on how amazing the wedding, food and flow went! Please Book them, Olivia and Executive catering too because they will for sure help make your big day your dream come true and so much more then you could have ever hoped for !!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! EFS catered my wedding this past December and everything was absolutely fantastic! Not only is the staff amazing but the food is incredible! Being a culinary school graduate and total foodie, I was stressed to find the perfect fit for my wedding... until EFS! The amount of creativity and thought that was put into their menus and different options is like no other! It was so hard to choose! I can’t wait to have another reason to get EFS to cater just so I can try more of their delicious food! Do yourself a favor and look no further than EFS! I promise you won’t be disappointed! If you’re looking for a diverse and creative caterer choose EFS! My daughter’s wedding was the weekend before Christmas (12/21/18) and our family was traveling from our country and we wanted to incorporate our traditional food to make a Spanish American cuisine. EFS did it perfectly, making us our traditional “lechón” (roasted pork) rice & beans, chicken plus sides. All the guests loved how delicious the food was, the great service and special attention to the guests and also to the children who were given a different food option than the adults. The communication was always excellent and creating the menu was so easy thanks to the expertise of EFS. I can not express enough how amazing our food was from EFS. Everyone loved it! I honestly am trying to find another event I would need EFS to cater so I can enjoy the food all over again. I don’t even know where to begin this. Words can’t begin to express how thankful I was to have Olivia as my wedding planner. She was professional, personable, and structured. We planned our wedding from Washington DC and married in St. Augustine FL at the Treasury on the Plaza Oct 19, 2018. We not only planned and executed this wedding in another state, but we did it in less than 6 months. I cannot even begin to express how helpful Olivia was. She helped us to hand pick our all-star team of vendors, as well as built timelines and kept our stress levels at zero for every single detail. She went above and beyond to answer text that were sent way to late in the evening, pick up extras, and answer any questions we had, some that were even out of her swim lane. I can’t imagine getting married without her. She has a beautiful vision and a beautiful heart. She listens intently and forms ideas that I would have never thought of. I have no doubt the laughs we had and the memoires we made will be in my heart forever. I truly feel like we gained a friend as well as benefited from her professional services. Not only did we have Olivia as an irreplaceable wedding planner we used ESF catering for our wedding. Their staff was very professional and the food was fantastic. I cannot explain how polished and professional this staff is. They took special care of both me and my husband always making sure we had food first as well as water and a cocktail. The service for everyone else was quick, and efficient. There was no wait time and they followed the timelines set. From the moment we went in for the tasting to the last minute of our reception we felt pampered and treated well. We received so many compliments from our guest saying how impressive the catering and staff were. ESF’s attention to detail as well as their charming and professional attitudes coupled with the amazing food prepared makes them one of a kind.

Olivia and EFS Catering are amazing! Olivia was our wedding coordinator as well as the point person for EFS catering. I am the mother of the bride and both my daughter and I started working with Olivia 6 months before the wedding. The wedding was on February 25, 2018. She was very organized, helpful, creative and super fun to work with. We had many laughs together. She met with us whenever we needed to and had many phone calls/text. Since she is extremely organized, my daughter’s wedding day was perfect!! The food was delicious and the catering service was awesome as well. Olivia & her team went out of her way to make things perfect. For instance, there was a lot of construction in the back of the Lightner on one side. When I brought this up as a concern to the Lightner people, Olivia decided to move her catering service to the construction side, so our guests could experience a beautiful entrance. This was not easy, since the Lightner had limited electrical outlets. We were very happy that Olivia & Team were part of our special day! She also allowed me (MOB) to enjoy myself and not worry about the details. And our guests are still talking about how beautiful the wedding was, how much they enjoyed themselves, and that the food was incredible! My daughter and her husband said that they had a “Fairy tale wedding” and Olivia and the EFS team were a huge reason why. We are very happy that we selected Olivia and the EFS team! We love you Olivia!!

Where do I even begin? From day 1 of me reaching out to EFS they have been nothing but helpful and super attentive. They catered our wedding of about 100 guests in August of 2018. Olivia who was in charge of our catering was also my wedding coordinator - best decision ever made!! If any bride is on the fence about getting a wedding / day of coordinator please do yourself a favor and get Olivia. She is the sweetest and most genuine person I know. In times I was super stressed (which was EVERY day of wedding planning) she was always there with a resolution and helped calmed me down. The week prior to our wedding, she texted me daily asking if there was anything she could do to help. I don’t think - actually I know I wouldn’t be able to plan our wedding without her. The day of the wedding, my husband, family and friends did not have to worry about one single thing because Olivia took care of everything. I walked into our venue and literally was in tears - it was everything I hoped it to be and more. Even during the wedding, Olivia kept asking if there was anything she could do. I literally felt like a Queen on our wedding day as every bride should feel like. From set up to clean up, from day 1 to even after the wedding, Olivia will be there for you! Since Olivia is also in charge of the catering I knew I would be in good hands. Me being very indecisive, she always responded to my crazy requests and emails in a VERY timely manner and never left me waiting or in the dark. We had our first tasting and we were sold. My husband is super picky and he loved all the food we had tasted. We picked a beef and chicken option along with 2 starches and vegetables. We also had 2 passed hors d'oeuvres and a cheese and fruit display. Our guests were raving about how great our food was!! Even to this day almost 2 months later after our wedding they still are saying how delicious our food was. Something I really liked was is that they pack you 2 to go boxes for you and your husband to eat after the wedding since sometimes you get too busy for food during the wedding. We also did their bar package and brought our own alcochol. The cost for everything was definitely reasonable for what you get. A lot of my friends who previously got married stated we spent too much on our food, but honestly you get what you pay for and we didn’t mind at all as your caterer, photographer and DJ was top 3 things we didn’t want to cheap out on. They are worth every penny!! I can’t say enough to tell you how great Olivia and EFS are. We are truly blessed that we found her. If you choose them you won’t regret it. I wish I could redo our wedding day all over again. My vendors were a dream!!!

EFS was great. The food was amazing. We had hired them to man a buffet line but their employees went above and beyond and made sure my husband and I had all the food and drinks we needed at our seat. Everything the day of went smoothly, and Olivia and Sean are amazing and calming those week prior nerves!

Might not make it through this review without getting teary. Olivia and William are the DREAM team. We had a huge wedding party, huge family - massive set up, lots of vendors, and rain. She took almost every ounce of stress out of the process from my side as both planner and caterer. I was always secure in the feeling that things were handled or being handled. Customer service was the best of any vendor we used. Every call, text, email, and follow up was responded to. She talked us through every part. I picked our menu from scratch and guests are still talking about it! We knew it was going to be good from the trial but she blew us away. Could not love her more and I feel like part of the family. Her staff and bartenders were so kind, so helpful, and so energetic as well. My wedding party is “experienced” in regards to weddings and are still commenting on her whole teams organization, skill, and approachability. Our vendors loved her, our families loved her. Used EFS as my caterer and Olivia Gonzalez as my wedding planner for my wedding in April 2018, and couldn't have been more pleased. EFS's service, food quality and value for what you get was the perfect mix of "not your average wedding food" without completely busting our budget. They were flexible with our customization to the menu and their staff was AMAZING. For example, we loved the Peruvian chicken during our tasting, but chicken is traditionally a horrible buffet option as it always dries out (it's inevitable) so when we asked that they make it 70% dark meat and 30% breast, they accommodated no problem. Yes, this is OCD, but we got so many compliments on the food so worth it. As for Olivia as our wedding coordinator, I don't know where to begin. I've been in 9 weddings and saw the good bad and ugly of how the day unfolds for a bride and had very particular requests to ensure myself, my family (parents mostly) and bridal party's stress levels were kept to a minimum, something I explained to Liv on our first call before signing on. She definitely delivered, and did so with STYLE. Yes some things popped up that weren't great (i.e. the band forgetting we'd already paid them in full for their services at the reception), but Liv was courteous and "solution driven" to everything. She strikes the perfect balance of getting it done, without making it a living hell for those involved. She was completely open to my very specific requests of placement of tables, moving of elements throughout the night and more, all with a sense of humor. Additionally, she was very pragmatic about her approach to last minute questions, and gave solid advice without making it stressful. Additionally her husband and son who pitched in to help were just as amazing. Guests were even commenting on how amazing the wedding flow was all thanks to Liv. Book her, unless you're one of those brides that can't be pleased no matter what, she will help make your big day better than you imagined.

Olivia and EFS staff were absolutely wonderful to work with and made our wedding day spectacular! The entire process of working with them was so enjoyable, they made the experience so lovely. Where do I even begin... EFS Catering was truly amazing! From the very beginning when getting quotes, to the dinner itself at the wedding, they truly did an amazing job. I was super hesitant about our food for the wedding, mainly because I’ve never been to a wedding where I think back and think omg the food was so good. I really wanted that aspect of our wedding to be just a great as everything else, and it was! I was so impressed by how good the food was during dinner and cocktail hour. We had a plated dinner so presentation was also important, they delivered in every way possible. My expectations were beyond met! Thanks for everything EFSC!

Olivia and EFS Catering are amazing! Olivia was our wedding planner and words can't even express how grateful we are to have had her a part of our wedding day! From the very beginning she was on top of everything and quickly responded to any questions we had. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect, and Olivia was a huge reason why. We really wanted to enjoy ourselves and not have to worry about anything the day of our wedding and that's exactly what happened. From ensuring we, the bride and groom, were relaxed and enjoying ourselves, to all the tiny details (including helping me change my shoes under the table at the reception) that made our day perfect, she is amazing! The food at our wedding was absolutely incredible! From the first tasting to the night of our wedding, the food was delicious! Our guests are still talking about how good everything tasted. Most brides say they didn't eat at their wedding and I made sure I did because I didn't want to miss out! The entire EFS staff was amazing, always making sure that everything was perfect and that we, the bride and groom, had everything we needed. Choosing Olivia and EFS Catering was the best decision we made!

Prep:Tasting was so fun and professional! Communication was fantastic throughout the entire 9 months beforehand. Accommodations for special meals (vegan) were readily available and given. Adjusting the contract for a different linen vendor at the last minute was not a problem at all. Price was incredibly reasonable for excellent food. Day of: The servers were terrific- smiling, working hard, not complaining about the crowded room, seeing to our needs. I was the last one to leave that night and even as they finished cleaning up, they still had positive attitudes. The food was so delicious. everyone loved it! Bartenders were on top of it all the time. Cake cutting beautifully done. Emily and Lisa were delightful to work with!

EFS Catering did an incredible job at our wedding! Their staff was extremely attentive to all our guests and made sure my husband and I (bride and groom) were always doing well during cocktail hour and dinner—even got us drinks from the bar! The staff was also on time and were very professional. Our guests raved about the food and were impressed how quickly and efficiently EFS Staff got everyone through the two lines (170 people). Olivia was awesome to work with from day 1, from the tasting, to choosing the menu to bring extremely responsive to any changes we wanted (yes I was that bride that changed her mind a few times). I would highly recommend Olivia and her team for your wedding—you will not be disappointed!!

I Love Love Executive Catering and Events!!!! Olivia and her team went above and beyond for us..She made sure everything went smoothly and made sure the groom and I were happy and taken care of... The food was amazing ..I got many texts about how beautiful the food looked and tasted amazing. Her staff was very friendly ...I will miss our weekly texts to make sure I was doing ok...If I text Olivia she would answer right back..Love them I would recommend them highly..We also used them for our rehearsal dinner and again the food was amazing..Thank you Olivia and the staff for making our day extremely special!!!!!!!

Finally, after 4 months of wedded bliss, I have to accept that my picture-perfect day has come to the end! Where to even begin? When I first met Olivia at our tasting, she was great at offering a HUGE variety of tasting options to accommodate my mom and I's tastes. With a mom who works in the food industry, not everything was hitting the spot just right. Olivia scratched every pre-set menu option and gave us full creative rights and made some MIRACLES happen! I told her some of our favorite foods, and let me tell you, Olivia is a QUEEN! Our cocktail hour was a huge hit, with a raised Mediterranean tower with a cheese and olive stand (Olives are our favorite), followed by passed h'or doeurves. We had the greatest bacon on a stick, which was another must have and a HUGE hit. I am also a shrimp and grits connoisseur, which she had served on the most gorgeous single serve spoon bowls. We had our wedding party photos arranged so that we could attend cocktail hour and have the food! For dinner, Olivia and her team continued to serve up perfection. Customized salads, bread, and drinks to start. Our guests had the option of Chicken or Beef, and both were incredible. We choose the Fire Roasted sun dried tomato and lemon basil sauce Chicken, which was like Chicken Bryan from Carrabbas, only a thousand times better. The beef option was a Carved King Round with au jus and horseradish aioli, and was heavenly. If you get a chance to taste with Olivia, and she tells you the mashed potatoes are to-die-for, you listen, get them, and eat ALL OF THEM. Our guests had a choice of vegetables, which were cooked to perfection. The EFS team was able to cater to guests with custom orders, such as vegans, gluten intolerance, PKU guests, and children. And as most are too busy to eat, they made sure we had boxed meals delivered to our rooms as well. I would HIGHLY suggest Olivia and her entire team. The wait staff were attentive, polite, and in the right place at the right time! Thank you!

This past January, my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Olivia Gonzalez and the Executive Catering Events team. As my wedding planner, her assistance with the decorations, set up, coordination, punctuality and her ability to be an excellent professional is beyond words. She assisted me and guided me in making my Beauty and the Beast wedding theme truly evolve into a fairy tale wedding. I want to also mention that her catering team was exceptional and that all who I speak to still mention the hors d’oeuvres and the sit down dinner with its elegant presentation but also savory and flavorful food. So, much that many of our guest have said, "we have been spoiled". Olivia made sure that everything flowed accordingly and that everyone was where they needed to be at the right times. On our wedding day, I had no worries or stress thanks to Olivia for allowing me to be a princess for the day. Olivia was an excellent wedding planner and my husband and I without a doubt would recommend her as well as the Executive Catering Events team to anyone looking to make their wedding a memorable as ours was. 

Choosing Olivia as our coordinator (aka: my fabulous fairy godmother) and EFS as our caterer were some of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning. We were blown away by the topnotch service that was provided. The EFS staff was very attentive & professional. And the food was absolutely amazing..so amazing that our guests are still talking about it. We missed the food at our cocktail hour, so they saved a plate for both of us so we didn't miss out. They also packed us a dinner to go. Those are the little touches that you remember. They went above and beyond to make our wedding special and genuinely cared. Olivia helped us through the whole planning process, answering all of my questions, giving suggestions and most importantly - understood exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. I trusted her from the first time I talked to her, and she made everything fun. EFS was an amazing caterer! The appetizers and buffet were delicious our guests are still talking about it 2 months later! It was not only delicious but beautifully displayed and hot. Sean and all the staff were so friendly, professional and helpful throughout the night. Chef Larry Grosshans is so talented and created a beautiful menu for us. Olivia was just fabulous during the whole planning process and wedding day! As our day of coordinator we met with her ahead of time and she took away all our anxiety! For the rehearsal she kept us all on task and made sure everyone knew what to do. For the wedding day, she stepped right in and took care of everything for us so we could just enjoy our special day. She was truly a blessing!!

One of our best decisions was choosing Executive Food Service to cater our wedding reception! From the start, Olivia was beyond amazing with helping my now husband and I select everything and we loved that she was so creative with options that were unique to us. She took the time to actually get to know us as a couple and what we liked. Anything that you can dream up, EFS will make happen for you and they will execute perfectly. The EFS staff was incredibly professional and attentive at our reception and of course the food was outstanding. The staff made up a plate for us and had it ready by the time we arrived with a selection of everything on our menu, which we definitely appreciated since it was a whirlwind for us. Oh, and the mac and cheese was the bomb and they kept the veuve clicquot flowing for us.

We had such a great time planning our wedding with Olivia. She was so great during the tasting, helping us meet all the specific needs for our guests - including some severe allergies where we had to worry about cross-contamination! Olivia did it all, glassware to food to desserts. We got RAVE reviews from all the guests and so many people going back for 2nds and 3rds - the ultimate compliment. Thank you Olivia!!!

We worked with Josylynn, who was great! She was very hands on and provided us with great advise and guidance while creating the menu we wanted for our wedding. There was a great presentation at our food tasting, which we really enjoyed! We selected a buffet for our wedding opposed to a traditional sit down dinner. The only complaint we have from our wedding is that our guest were told they could only select 1 meat options when they went up to the buffet line, and several of our guest were turned down for seconds. The service staff was great! They were very attentive and checked in on my wife and me several times. It was just not the buffet experience were had in mind, but the food was great!

Olivia and Josylynn were hands down amazing to work with!!!!! Absolutely love them and the services they provided. Couldn’t be happier. Food was amazing and staff was very polite and friendly. So easy to work with everyone to make our day just absolutely perfect.

Olivia and her staff are absolutely amazing! From the start, Olivia was fun and easy to communicate with. She took the time to get to know us as a couple and listened to what we really wanted. The taco and fajita buffet was amazing and everybody loved it. Olivia was also our wedding planner and really helped us get on track for the big day. The staff at our wedding was great! Even though I was "slightly intoxicated" during the reception I noticed the staff did an awesome job with keeping my wife, our guests, and myself happy throughout the night. My frat brothers were in attendance and can be a force to take in, but Olivia was able to handle all of them in awesome spirit. Olivia is great! Highly recommended!

Olivia and her staff were absolutely amazing! She was also my wedding planner! She made the ENTIRE planning process super easy; she would send me text messages with funny/crazy emojis just to make me laugh! When I tell you that I was not stressed at all when it came to planning the wedding, I felt like I didn't do anything at all but show up, which is what I wanted to do in the first place LOL! I loved her so much that during the reception celebration I went outside and sit on the stairs and just had a conversation with her about random things and laughed with her. I could write a novel about my experience with Olivia and her team and it still wouldn't be enough to explain how amazing she is! She did catering & provided day of coordination for my wedding and I could not have made a better choice! I decided to provide all my own decor as well as centerpieces, etc & Olivia set them up even better than I had pictured in my head! She made sure we had everything we needed, changed things as we went with all of my annoying indecisiveness and our day went PERFECT because of her! If you're looking for catering or planning for your wedding, you must hire Olivia!

We absolutely LOVED EFS! Josylynn was who we worked with and she was simply amazing! From the very beginning they were the only company who really gave us a break down at what our choices were and pricing. Josylynn was professional, friendly and organized. My wedding coordinator was thrilled to hear we had gone with this company and said that they were by far the most friendly and easy to work with from a planners side. Our guests could not say enough good things about the food. Josylynn made this part of planning so simple and stress-free for me. We recommend EFS for so many reasons! Cross your fingers you get Josylynn to work with! :)
