Executive Catering

h basic computer functions Executive Catering never provided a formal contract. Ryan’s general unresponsiveness (sometimes weeks to respond to my emails or call me back) and tendency to leave many of the important details out, such as renting the china, silver & glassware, linens & place settings, which he said he would coordinate himself & imposing a substantial amount of additional planning on me. Even so, we trustingly paid him promptly & in full. In the end, his staff quit early (two hours before the end of the reception) & ironically he resorted to confronting me (the bride) with a hand-written, outdated piece of paper he called ‘the contract’ on my wedding night, yelling, causing a scene, & ultimately chasing me out the door in tears in the middle of my wedding reception. Other issues: food took forever to come out during the Cocktail Hour. For the Speeches & Toasts staff didn’t think to fill/refill champagne glasses. Ryan claimed beverages were not part of his (wedding caterer’s) duties even though the bartenders were part of his staff. The bar ran out of liquors & all he had to do was make a phone call to the liquor store that we had contracted to deliver anything we needed throughout the night. No one bothered to notify guests when dinner got served & bunch of them missed it. There were no plates or utensils for the cake cutting ceremony & the staff was nowhere to be found. My photographer had to run out to the next table and grab a plate. In conclusion, Executive Catering staff were disengaged & quit well before the reception was over. Not only was Ryan uninterested in attempting to reconcile the situation or at least apologize for how he treated me (for the good of his growing business if nothing else),he had the audacity to try to charge us more for what I expect were his own miscalculation.

exican themed party and Ryan came up with great food ideas for the party. The food was delicious! Fish tacos were amazing and the gucamole was to die for. The best we ever had! The service was outstanding and there was always someone around to clear a plate, ask you if you needed anything and made sure that everyone had enough food. It was a wonderful affair and exactly what we had hoped for. Great job Ryan and staff!

rked within our budget, saw our vision, and we booked him without even having a food tasting, and the food was amazing! We received many compliments about the service and the food after the wedding! We were at a venue that didn't have an accommodating kitchen, he had his own mobile kitchen to bring and was able to work out of that. The staff was great, you didn't even notice them but EVERYTHING was taken care of. Ryan catered to all our needs and went above and beyond for us on our wedding day, including making 2 trips to get more alcohol for us because we ran out. Without Ryan and Executive Catering our wedding reception would not have of been possible. I would recommend Executive Catering to anyone!
