the time to get to know us and our food preferences. Our tasting allowed us to sample a variety of their most popular dishes, and it made choosing our final menu so easy—we loved everything.
The lobster bites and mini beef Wellingtons were an absolute hit during cocktail hour. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about them and kept going back for more! Dinner was just as impressive. We chose a menu featuring Caesar salad, lemon caper chicken, beef steak bites with a choice of honey bourbon BBQ or chimichurri sauce, and several delicious sides. The chicken was perfectly moist, and the beef bites were tender and full of flavor.
We were beyond pleased with both the food and the service. We highly recommend Executive Catering for any future event!

ly with us since I (the bride) am gluten free and we had 6 other guests coming that were also gluten free. They made accommodations for most of the food so it would be safe for everyone to eat. Every little detail was thought of from the charcuterie cups to the parmesan crisps instead of crotons on the salads. When we had our food tasting, the food was incredible!! Kristen mentioned that if we liked it during our tasting then we would like it 100-times better on our wedding day. She was not wrong!!
It was very important to us that the food was good. We have both been to weddings where the food was cold and unappetizing. The day of the wedding the food came out hot and was even better than our tasting. The next day at our going away lunch our guests were raving at how good the food was!! Many of our guests commented on how hot and perfectly cooked the Mediterranean chicken and beef tenderloin were. Executive Catering exceeded our expectations and you will not be disappointed if you hire them for your event.

. The food was amazing, and what is even more fun is that they use local butchers for their meats. That added freshness was noticed! Kristin and her team did such an amazing job. The entire wedding, we never visited the buffet or the bar once – bartenders and servers delivered us our food and drinks before we even needed it. Of course, our wedding was still in the middle of a pandemic and their cleanliness and preparations was especially critical.
One thing to note: they are very busy (which is a great sign!). Because of that, they are sometimes a little harder to get a hold of via email, but do NOT let that sway you way from them. It will be worth it, and they will take care of you. Just leave some time or pick up the phone if you need anything immediate.

I decided to make our entire wedding day egg-free. Kristin is an angel. She treated our concern/decision as if it were her own. Aside from preparing all of our choices without any usage of eggs, she went as far as to purchasing brand new silverware and plate(s) for my nephew (& his twin brother, so he didn't feel singled out!) and prepared and presented their food herself. It truly brings tears to my eyes as I write this review to know how much preparedness and care she put into my family and our big day. I would hire Kristin and Executive Catering again and again - for myself and my family, there will never be another choice.

On the day of, Kristin and the staff were very conscious of our needs and were very attentive. We received a lot of compliments on the food. It was delicious...even better than the tasting! We were very happy. Excellent choice for brides and grooms in Brevard!
