We booked Executive Catering for our wedding on October 18th, 2025, and they exceeded every expectation. From the beginning, their team was incredibly accommodating and truly took ...
the time to get to know us and our food preferences. Our tasting allowed us to sample a variety of their most popular dishes, and it made choosing our final menu so easy—we loved everything.
The lobster bites and mini beef Wellingtons were an absolute hit during cocktail hour. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about them and kept going back for more! Dinner was just as impressive. We chose a menu featuring Caesar salad, lemon caper chicken, beef steak bites with a choice of honey bourbon BBQ or chimichurri sauce, and several delicious sides. The chicken was perfectly moist, and the beef bites were tender and full of flavor.
We were beyond pleased with both the food and the service. We highly recommend Executive Catering for any future event!
Executive catering was the catering company for our wedding venue. They presented us with a vast menu, which left us with more choices than we initially thought. They worked close...
ly with us since I (the bride) am gluten free and we had 6 other guests coming that were also gluten free. They made accommodations for most of the food so it would be safe for everyone to eat. Every little detail was thought of from the charcuterie cups to the parmesan crisps instead of crotons on the salads. When we had our food tasting, the food was incredible!! Kristen mentioned that if we liked it during our tasting then we would like it 100-times better on our wedding day. She was not wrong!!
It was very important to us that the food was good. We have both been to weddings where the food was cold and unappetizing. The day of the wedding the food came out hot and was even better than our tasting. The next day at our going away lunch our guests were raving at how good the food was!! Many of our guests commented on how hot and perfectly cooked the Mediterranean chicken and beef tenderloin were. Executive Catering exceeded our expectations and you will not be disappointed if you hire them for your event.
Omg food was absolutely amazing. Everyone was raving about it and saying that it was the best food they ever had a wedding. Highly recommended
Executive Catering is amazing. Our wedding guests are still raving about the meal; it’s not your traditional buffet food! They were super accommodating with food allergies/sensit...
ivities. On our wedding day, the servers and staff were incredibly attentive and took care of every detail!
My husband and I are so happy we went with Executive Catering for our wedding this past October. From the tasting to the big day, we were treated with professionalism and expertise...
. The food was amazing, and what is even more fun is that they use local butchers for their meats. That added freshness was noticed! Kristin and her team did such an amazing job. The entire wedding, we never visited the buffet or the bar once – bartenders and servers delivered us our food and drinks before we even needed it. Of course, our wedding was still in the middle of a pandemic and their cleanliness and preparations was especially critical.
One thing to note: they are very busy (which is a great sign!). Because of that, they are sometimes a little harder to get a hold of via email, but do NOT let that sway you way from them. It will be worth it, and they will take care of you. Just leave some time or pick up the phone if you need anything immediate.
People said it was the best Wedding Meal they had ever had. I am telling you, they are worth every penny. I am also a catering coordinator, and I had high expectations in presentat...
ion, and knew when I was getting ripped off on price. These people are not only the perfect value, but the food speaks for itself.
delicious food and perfect options for our wedding. our guests did not stop raving about how delicious the food was, and they accommodated us perfectly for our buffet style option.
Kristin and her team at Executive Catering are AMAZING! We had so many questions, which Kristin answered effortlessly.
We decided to go buffet: chicken, fillet carving station, ro...
asted potatoes, and broccoli. Everything was AMAZING. One of my friends said he had 5 total plates (!). They also provided our bartender, who was so personable and made delicious drinks. Everyone said the food and drink was amazing, and we enjoyed some leftovers for the next few days! Could not have asked for a better team!!
We chose the buffet style and could not be happier with the turn out. Many guest complemented the food and stated it was better than they expected for a buffet. The food was except...
ional. The staff including the bartenders went above and beyond. I highly recommend (Executive Catering).
Kristin is seriously amazing. She made everything stress free and I was confident everything would turn out great. Everyone I've talked to have told me how good the food was and it...
really made the night. My maid of honor has a palette of a 5 year old and rarely likes anything that's not peanut butter and jelly and she loved every single thing on her plate.
Words cannot explain how amazing Executive Catering is. Kristin went above and beyond for our wedding day! My 11 year old nephew has a severe egg allergy, so my (now) husband and...
I decided to make our entire wedding day egg-free. Kristin is an angel. She treated our concern/decision as if it were her own. Aside from preparing all of our choices without any usage of eggs, she went as far as to purchasing brand new silverware and plate(s) for my nephew (& his twin brother, so he didn't feel singled out!) and prepared and presented their food herself. It truly brings tears to my eyes as I write this review to know how much preparedness and care she put into my family and our big day. I would hire Kristin and Executive Catering again and again - for myself and my family, there will never be another choice.
Executive was recommended to us through our DOC. There isn't very many reviews of them on the internet but they are excellent. Kristin is so sweet and very easy to talk too. She re...
ally wants to make her brides happy which I think is sweet. They do a complimentary tasting and help you come up with a menu that will make you happy and be affordable. On the day of, Kristin and the staff were very conscious of our needs and were very attentive. We received a lot of compliments on the food. It was delicious...even better than the tasting! We were very happy. Excellent choice for brides and grooms in Brevard!
