I did not mention the cocktail hr issues or wrinkled table cloths that were placed on their tables...after I complained about the issues in the video. I was honest and transparent and did not expect it to go viral. Since it has I have been concerned for stressors caused on you and your family just to see this response. It's full of half truths and lack of accountability. It is not taking ownership for anything but an attempt to say let's agree to disagree and move on....NO!!!! Ownership says we messed this up and made some really bad decisions. Life lifed us and we apologize and are committed to doing the best for each individual client as possible as agreed going forward. No gas lighting, no images with dim light with the best chairs etc from afair, no more stereotyping and judging how much effort needs put in to each occasion but give them all 100%. This comment is laughable at this point. I buried 2 children and that young man that couldn't use his suite etc was the only surviving child This was his 1 special wedding day. You definitely should and could have made wiser choices in construction cleaning and platinum decor than you did ...and you know it. We still had a great time when the lights were low the dj was on fire, photobooth amazing all of which had nothing to do with you or your venue, your staff were kind and husband had great vibes in his embarassment. You I had to speak to like a child while being gas lit showing you the proof and being blinked at in silence most of the time. We heard you talking to your staff in your office with the door closed so I knew you werent taking ownership for real just your lips were. The bar was great also but alochol seems to have that effect. Regardless DO BETTER
