The groom’s suite had no storage, causing gear to be piled in corners, and the bridal suite lacked table space. The coordinator even placed food directly on top of the bridal party’s personal belongings rather than finding a clear surface. • Logistics & Communication: No ushers or instructions guided guests to cocktail hour. It wasn't mentioned at rehearsal that the bride should have the DJ or Officiant handle transitions, causing guest confusion. • Professional Presentation: The coordinator remained in athleisure (leggings, sneakers, hat) all day. As she was highly visible, this felt out of place compared to professional coordinators who dress for the occasion. Unacceptable Conduct • Contractual Misconduct: Despite a signed 4/19 payment deadline, the coordinator began contacting the pregnant bride weekly in February demanding early payment. She framed these as "wellness check-ins" before pivoting to the balance. When challenged, she insisted the contract date was wrong and sent an updated contract with a falsified due date. • Boundary Issues: The coordinator repeatedly tried to convince the bride to change her date, using fear tactics regarding her pregnancy to suggest the wedding would be "ruined." • Facility Failures: At rehearsal, the bathrooms were filthy. On the wedding day, the women’s sink was inoperable, and there were no paper towels in the men’s room. • Ceremony Management: The coordinator was absent during the processional walkthrough. On the wedding day, she argued with the bridal party—within earshot of guests—regarding the cues we had already practiced. • Environmental Discomfort: Despite it being 60 degrees outside (and colder inside), the coordinator ignored requests to turn on the heat in the bridal suite, suggesting we use AC instead. Heat was only provided in the groom's suite once it was clear the bride’s newborn was screaming from the cold. • Seating Conflict: Before the grand entrance, guests occupied the bridal party's seats. The coordinator refused to assist, raising her voice and insisting we tell guests to move because she "didn't know them." This was unprofessional and easily avoidable with "Reserved" signs. Conclusion While the venue markets itself as "full-service," they struggle with the professional and interpersonal aspects of that claim. The decor was stunning, but communication was subpar and the treatment of the bridal party was often rude. My friend enjoyed her big day despite these hurdles, but I hope this feedback helps the venue improve for future couples.

I did not mention the cocktail hr issues or wrinkled table cloths that were placed on their tables...after I complained about the issues in the video. I was honest and transparent and did not expect it to go viral. Since it has I have been concerned for stressors caused on you and your family just to see this response. It's full of half truths and lack of accountability. It is not taking ownership for anything but an attempt to say let's agree to disagree and move on....NO!!!! Ownership says we messed this up and made some really bad decisions. Life lifed us and we apologize and are committed to doing the best for each individual client as possible as agreed going forward. No gas lighting, no images with dim light with the best chairs etc from afair, no more stereotyping and judging how much effort needs put in to each occasion but give them all 100%. This comment is laughable at this point. I buried 2 children and that young man that couldn't use his suite etc was the only surviving child This was his 1 special wedding day. You definitely should and could have made wiser choices in construction cleaning and platinum decor than you did ...and you know it. We still had a great time when the lights were low the dj was on fire, photobooth amazing all of which had nothing to do with you or your venue, your staff were kind and husband had great vibes in his embarassment. You I had to speak to like a child while being gas lit showing you the proof and being blinked at in silence most of the time. We heard you talking to your staff in your office with the door closed so I knew you werent taking ownership for real just your lips were. The bar was great also but alochol seems to have that effect. Regardless DO BETTER
