the owner, might as well add coordinator to her resume because she iso the main reason my mom and I were able to be so in the moment and focus on the fun the day of my wedding. My mom and I really connected with her, especially since we booked in 2019 and didn't finally see the wedding through until 2021 due to covid. This venue offers so much more and an amazing price point compared to other venues in Kansas City. We had such open communication with Trisha and her husband, it was wonderful. I think this is it for me as far as getting married goes but if i had to do it again I would choose Trisha and EHPolo Club every time!!

erfect for our indoor/outdoor wedding vibe, a few of the great things about this venue are that you are able to BYOB, you are allowed to essentially bring in any food, beverage, music, etc. vendors of your choice (although we ended up using most vendors recommended by the venue anyways simply out of ease), and Trisha, the owner, has a plethora of decorations that she has accumulated over the years that she allows you to use which ended up saving us from spending a bunch of money on decorations that we would most likely only use once for our big day. One of the other things that initially attracted us to this venue was that - in a normal non-pandemic year - they usually only host one wedding per weekend, meaning you are usually able to have your rehearsal the night before and you're allowed ample time to set up and clean up. No requirements to be out of the venue by a certain time the night of, and less restrictions on accessing the venue the weekend of your wedding, which otherwise tend to cause stress on the bride, groom, family, friends, planners, etc. that are typically involved in helping set up/clean up the day of. That said, we ended up deciding to postpone our wedding originally scheduled in May 2020 due to the pandemic, and were SO thankful that Trisha was willing and able to be compromising and as flexible with us as possible when looking to move our wedding to a later date. She was able to work with the bride that was getting married at the venue the Saturday of Labor Day weekend to reschedule our weekend for that Sunday, which turned out to work great for us and our families. She even worked with the other bride to make sure that we were still able to hold our rehearsal at the venue that Friday of Labor Day weekend, and worked like a machine to make sure the venue was all cleaned up from the wedding that Saturday and decorated/set up for our wedding that Sunday. Trisha goes above and beyond to make sure that the day is everything you imagined and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Plus, she keeps finding opportunities to make improvements to the venue which shows she really cares about keeping the venue in great shape and making sure each couple's experience is better than the last. I would definitely recommend!

u need for decorations/plates/linens etc. I would highly recommend EHPC. Spots fill fast - so hurry!

we were looking for a new place to have our reception. Trisha and her husband own the venue and are such a pleasure to work with! Everything about the space is just gorgeous, and I can’t think of a single thing that I would have changed about this venue. Just book it right now before your desired date is already gone!

may use free of charge. Also included in the contract, is use of their linens, chargers, plates, tables and chairs. Being a "Covid-Bride", I did have some hiccups like continual communication.

nd our event a success. The girls enjoyed a fun and relaxing day in the bridal room having their hair and makeup done and preparing for the big day. For the outdoor ceremony, the chairs were arranged to accommodate our guests and provide social distancing during this pandemic. The grounds were in fabulous shape with a variety of gorgeous flowers and shrubs in bloom and several bubbling fountains. The indoor reception hall was absolutely stunning. The table decor was beautiful and again, the tables were spaced to provide comfortable social distancing. Brenna and Alyssa professionally took care of serving us at the bar and Avery was available to answer questions and assist with any needs. We loved the convenience of having the ceremony and reception at a single venue. It enabled us to spend as much time with our guests as possible. We definitely recommend this amazing venue.

hotels. It is also nice that there is generally only one wedding per weekend there, so you can decorate on Friday. You can also use some of their decorations-they have tons! That helped with cost. The one very unfortunate part of the experience is how the owner, Trisha Scott, behaved at the wedding and decorating. I’m shocked by her behavior because she was so helpful in the planning process. She was loud, rude, stressed, unprepared, and mean to the bride, her family, and people trying to help. She was not “ready” for decorating when we showed up on Friday to decorate despite confirming in writing/text/email. She was rude and made us leave. She then disappeared for a couple of hours during the decorating process. She kept yelling at people decorating telling us what we could and couldn’t do even though those things weren’t in the contract. During the wedding she was rude to multiple people, including the brides family. By the end, multiple people were talking about how unpleasant she was making the day. Unfortunately she does not manage stress well and took it out on the people getting married. She also has not been forthcoming in getting our deposit back. Happy to be married, disappointed in her unexpected behavior.

ll the covid regulations. Trisha was by my side the entire time to ensure safety and luxury! It was absolutely stunning. She was so flexible with some of the requests I had. She is kind and also funny! Her personality shines and helps you feel so comfortable. I am normally a very shy person, but she made me feel good to go ask questions, request things, etc. Having the outside porch area was a HUGE hit with our guests. I promise you will not regret booking this venue.

ed on having an outdoor ceremony but rain became an issue. Once we decided to have it inside Trisha jumped into action to and created a wonderful indoor option. We loved the cozy feel of this venue and would highly recommend it!

was even some construction happening! We loved being able to have the ceremony and reception in the same place. It was also AMAZING to have everything included in that one fee. At some of the other places we visited, we felt like everything was an extra charge. Trisha has an amazing list of things that she includes in the price, and loves to reuse and reduce waste! Her closet of goodies is amazing. Trisha is also a warm positive spirit who just was wonderful to interact with and be around. She answered all emails promptly (we planned from out of town), made sure we were able to visit the venue when we were in town and checked in with us throughout the night. We are so happy we chose to have our special day there!

have to worry about a single thing, because they quickly responded to all of my emails. Every question I had, Trisha put me at ease. On the wedding day I had no worries, because the EH team quickly jumped to complete every last minute task! When we spoke with family members that day, and the days following the wedding, they couldn't stop talking about the "Perfect Venue"! We agree 100%. Unforgettable! I would highly recommend future bride's to this venue for the Ceremony & Reception!!

received so many compliments about it from our guests. Trisha is extremely easy to work with, and she will work to help make your vision come true. If you need help with certain aspects of your wedding or any recommendations, she is very knowledgable and can point you in the right direction. She has about every type of decoration under the sun in her storage room. One of my favorite aspects of the space is the bridal suite! It’s the perfect place to get ready. We had plenty of room up there, even with my bridal party of 6, moms, photography/videography, and our hair/makeup team of 4. I absolutely recommend having your wedding here, you will be taken care of!

has so many connections to get you everything you imagined and has just about anything you need to set up an amazing reception. She has it ALL. I had three other friends get married here, attended each, and knew I was going to get married there as well! It got better and better each time I returned! My wedding day was PERFECT and well coordinated thanks to the amazing owner Trish! Love her and will definitely stay in touch!

on the lawn for yard games, enjoy cocktail hour on the porch, utilize the bar room and of course the beautiful dining room. Trisha is so great to work with. It was an absolute dream wedding.

with cocktail hour on the wrap-around porch. Dinner was in the beautiful dining hall, but we also utilized the room for its additional bar, and a photo booth. Added perk -- there's a popcorn machine. Trisha has access to endless decorations and special touches to make your day unique, including vintage place settings. I can't rave enough about our experience.

so much too. Everything from linens, tables, chairs, decorations, to different signs! I planned for a outdoor ceremony and it was too cold. Trisha turned the venue upside down and had the place looking GORGEOUS. The transition from happy to dinner was smooth as well. I can’t say enough about just how great this venue is. Hands down THE BEST.

We had people playing games in the yard, sitting on the porch, around the fire pit, in the bar, dancing on the dance floor and sitting at tables and it still felt like we were all together at the same party. In fact, it was the best house party I have ever been to! 2. You can bring in your own vendors. Yes, Trisha (owner) has recommended vendors, and we used some of them and they were awesome, but we were also free to cater from where we wanted, have the DJ we wanted, etc. 3. They only have one wedding a weekend – so you don’t have to rush to get out so the next one can come in. On the wedding day, they only have your best interest in mind; and they are so accommodating. 4. The day after the wedding, all we had to do was come to the venue and get out stuff (which the staff had already gathered up for us). They took care of everything else. 5. There’s other stuff, but you’re tired of reading – so just check out Executive Hills Polo Club – they were great!

en had a back up plan in case of rain! We couldn't have asked for a better place to start our journey together. My husband and I fell in love with the venue the moment we visited. It is so gorgeous!!! We were looking for a venue that incorporated a vintage and romantic feel. I loved the dark wood accents throughout the mansion and the outdoor wedding ceremony space was gorgeous. It truly was the wedding of our dreams and Trisha went above and beyond for us. I felt so honored and special that day. I wish we could do it again!! :) Trisha and her people were so accommodating and understanding! There weren't any hidden fees either (which was something we found at other venues). They worked with us to create the wedding of our dreams. Thank you so very much!!! Much love, The Perkins

ng flows together. She made our day so special and made both of us feel relaxed about everything being done. The Mimosa bar was such a sweet gestur and my bridal party thoroughly enjoyed that. It was nice to show up in the morning and everything was organized for our BIG day! The property was breathtaking and the doors I walked through added orginiality to our ceremony. We chose Executive Hills Polo Club because you don't just get the veunue you get Trisha who is an expert in the wedding industry and makes sure your day is perfect. Our wedding was enchanting and ambiance the ball room has was exactly what we pictured for us to get married at. Trisha and her family are amazing and we are so happy with the decision we made to get married there.

venue. However, from what I saw of the grounds, this venue has great potential but needs some up keep (falling down/ paint chipped fence, etc). It is only march so maybe they will be doing this when spring arrives...

ioned. The staff was there throughout the evening to ensure that the night ran smoothly and I could not have asked for a better night or a better venue!!

reception area. Like many other brides, I have dreamed about my wedding since I was a little girl - this venue really allows my vision to become my reality. I cannot wait till October 2016 to marry my best friend at this perfect venue. Lastly, if you are looking for a worry and stress free wedding day, Executive Hills Polo club is the venue for you - the owners are truly accommodating and genuine people who will take care of you and your groom on your special day!
